First of all don't go with online booking. They will ask for extra money. Atleast 1600-2000 they will charge per room. All amenities are old and dirty and most of them will not work like AC, fan regulator and bed mattress also not good spring was broken. Rooms are spacious but really dirty and the room service is too much slower. Many more complaints are there but don't want to write. Be careful before paying extra money.

Never ever book this hotel. They are the worst people on earth. In reality it is a zero star property. If I am wrong just scroll and see what others say. They are Talibani people with extremely rude behaviour. They ave their own stupid laws. I went there to meet my male friend ( I am also male) who was their guest. Their first word was that no guest was allowed after 4 PM. That was ridiculous. Then they allowed me. When I left the hotel they charged Rs. 500 from the guests.

I had a worst experience in this OYO hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. You will book this hotel under 1000 but after visiting the hotel, the receptionist will charge you above 2500. Also the rooms service is pathetic, they don’t even have towels and soaps. The AC leaks water and the bedsheets are dirty.

The AC was not working. Finally we were shifted to another room. That room had cockroaches and the water supply went off for few minutes. My room was in the 3rd floor and there was no lift.

They will not give you room. Do not book any ticket online. They are tied up with OYO only to show others. In the name of OYO they allow only offline couples there in the room. They are running a big scam there. Please do not use OYO app for hotel booking in Guwahati. Worst behavior of Hotel staff. They are damaging the hospitality culture of Assam.

This property doesn't provide you with drinking water. You have to purchase bottled water at 30/ per bottle. I mean it's too cheap business mentality. On top of that it's quite far away from the main road. Don't even try to book online. They will not provide you rooms at the rates that you have closed the deal. You have to pay extra amount and all sort of drama. TV does not entertain you as recharge is not done for tata sky. They don't even allow a male guest inside room for business discussion or meeting. And they don't even have a restaurant to sit and talk.

One of the worst experience. I booked this hotel through oyo app in a specific amount but at the time of check in they clearly refused me to stay at that price. Moreover the bedsheet was very dirty. They didn't provide any towel. Very poor hospitality.

Devastating, Horrible, Worst Hospitality and Rude Hotel Staff. They didn't even provided drinking water after repeatedly requesting them. They will charge you 2000-25000 more before checkingout putting false accusations of breaking things or blah blah. It's my humble request to all the tourist outside from Guwahati please don't ever try to book the place. If you do it will be your biggest regret of your life.

Worst experience we've ever had in all parts of the world. Booked it through agoda and payment was done at the time of booking. While we arrived at the hotel in the evening after 6-7 hours of long and tiring journey, they didn't allow us to check in. The reason - they asked twice the amount through offline mode which is illegal and never happened with us at any place. Pathetic hospitality, unprofessional . I'll never suggest this hotel at any cost .What happened to us should never happen to any other customers . Avoid this hotel through online booking sites! Also , We aren't the first ones to experience this here . I've come across many reviews which states this kind of experience in this hotel .

Very poor hospitality. Not recommended at all. They think they play it smart by taking the money in advace as we are aware we can pay it after checking out and that's the way we are pay it in other guesthouses. Too many issues with blue bell and their staff. I surely advice you to go through some other hotels. Smart idea of taking the money and not dealing with the guests. They dont even provide a towel or water bottle!!!

On arriving hotel person asked to pay more money, they said that they can't give room at oyo price.. So i had to pay 1500 extra per night stay along with oyo's price.

The staff was very unprofessional,they are registered with oyo but doesn't comply with their terms and conditions,they rates shown are different,the manager remains missing and refuses to talk with others,this hotel needs to be closed asap or needs to be removed from oyo

Trust me don't book this Hotel Online. I don't want anyone to be in trouble like I had with this property. If you have booked online your property at low price. They will refuse chekin by saying property is overbooked. And staff behaviour is unprofessional they don't care Online service provider.

Oyo charges 1400 per day They charged 1400+600 per day Because they say its loss for them.. Early morning charges 600 extra Visitor charges 300per person. Dirty plates served Used room alloted without cleaning No towel provided until repeated complaint.. Couldn't provide bill for all my payments.. This hotel is a big scam... Dont visit

The Oyo and hotel running a scam together in guwahati. Oyo told that this is their own property and booked. At hotel the check-in was denied. They were charging 2200 rs although there was no lift. This happens when I confirm with Oyo proactively about this issue. The customer representative told there won't be issue . I have a leg fracture and don't want to be in trouble. Somehow I have shown the faith. Unfortunately I lost my faith in Oyo. As I can see the same review eraloet as well. Whats the point of apologies when you are not correcting it. Please remove it from the list of hotels. As property was not full and property manager lied to oyo in front of me. I am about to log a police compalint on Oyo and hotel both

From the moment I entered the hotel till the moment I made an exit, I only had trouble. They charged us more than what Oyo charged us. We had to pay an excess amount of 1200 rupees. And then we filed a complaint through Oyo, but I am still at an awe why Oyo is not removing the bade. They provided us a room which was already used and not cleaned with unbearable dirty things in the dustbin. No toilet paper, no toiletries, no towel, no water bottle provided until we called them ten times. No lock in the room. Ac was not working. The spring of the bed was broken, not properly maintained. The plate of sugar had oil. And what not! The list would go on and would never end. They also didn't provide us a bill at the last! Such a pathetic condition...do you want to listen more?!

The rooms are very luxury.you will get bedroom with a big hall area ...very affordable.staff are very corporative and professional..testy food .you will visit once in your life

My booking id-H4WL4762, Behaviour of the staff was ridiculous.They didn't even listen to the problem of us.We reach after 5minute of the time given in the app,they ask for extra money over booking,we are not ready for that so they did stupidity with us. Rascal.

A genuine place like this, that is very supportive towards young couples spending time together, is just phenomenal in a place like Guwahati. Definitely recommended place for young couples who wants to spend close time together, staff is really good and understanding.

Very bad service, arrogant staff, dirty rooms... my friend had a very bad experience. Inspite of online booking they tried charging him extra. Didn't serve complimentary breakfast which was due.

Worst ever. The only thing good about it was its location and its spacious rooms. Worst service ever. Asked for money even when we paid online. They said it was full although on every website it was shown available. They asked us to check in at 4pm even though the check in time was 11am. Had to pay extra to check in at 2pm. Rooms uncleaned after the last guest left. Overall terrible experience.

Very poor service...I booked the hotel online and paid the amount at the time of booking only...I called hotel that I am about to reach and will be late by sometime...they said their policy does not allow check in later than 10 p.m.. i took cab and when I went to check in at 9.30 p.m, they said the room you booked are not available..i enquired that if so than why you were available online to which they gave reply that few people do not come even after payment..they were asking to take deluxe room for which they need more money...when I argued to them than only they allotted a room that too to some other place into some apartment it seems...too terrible

After online booking, they fool people and charge extra and do not give money receipt.

I have stayed at this place twice and both times were work related visit with hectic schedule that required last minute booking and travel arrangements etc. The staff is incredibly cooperative and they explain everything smoothly. People are often seem to be complaining about the price/extra charge but that is an issue with mostly booking sites. The hotel is budget friendly and has consistent price. Moreover, they help with early check in and check out too. Most of the important places are nearby. Highly recommend.
