Fitness First (Thankot Branch) is a very well-equipped gym. You will find almost all the equipments that you need for your daily exercise. It is very well-maintained too. The trainers (instructors) are supportive and are ever-ready to help. It remains closed on Saturdays.

Lovely place. Not too fancy and shiny like some gyms in the posh areas of Kathmandu but a pretty well managed and well equipped gym. Easily accessible, has parking, opens early in the morning and closes late in the evening. Even has a canteen along with it. The staff and trainers are friendly and helpful. The members are all amicable people, never seen any unnecessary hullabaloo or confrontations going on, friendly for girls and elderly people too. Allround a nice place.
