Awesome place for relax in the lap of mother Nature. Moreover there is ancient temple of lord Ganesha.. within two huge rock. Anyone can go inside the rock cave but need some precautions as there is no light and rocks are bit slippery. If you pay some 💰 you can enjoy the boat ride.. It has different views in different seasons but best time to go in winter.so guys please come and enjoy the mother Nature's Beauty.

It's a very beautiful spot but people are making it dirty, plastic bottles, plastic wraps and other unnecessary items got to see everywhere. Whoever visits the place should take care of it, should carry another bag to keep trashes of their own.

Absolutely love this picnic spot! Sunset timing looks the best, do visit with your loved ones, for parking area you have to pay, get plenty of tents and empty area where you can do your picnic, however there is grass land and other part doesn't have grasses, just dry soil, kindly everyone follow SOP, lastly do bring your tent clothes and dark color carpet.

The place is lovely to hangout with friends, relatives, colleagues, family, etc for spending time and relaxing in the sand beside the brahmaputra river. It is mainly a spot for picnicking and chilling. There is a temple beside the picnic spot which is wonderful to watch and do worshipping. Overall i can say it was a wonderful experience for me having a good time.

A very big picnic ground, due to the drying of the brahmaputra during tne winters, awesome place to enjoy, and also has a temple created in the shape of a elephant naturally... ans the most beautiful is the sunset during the winters

One of the more famous picnic spots, and HATISHILA GANESH mandir, which has a natural huge rock formation, like the snout of an elephant, hence the name "Hati"and "shila" which translates to elephant and rock, a Sacred Temple of Lord Ganesha, a must visit for young and old alike.

Basically it is a picnic spot which was near the mighty Brahmaputra river and a an anci1 temple called 'Hatisila Mandir'. The mother nature gives this place a very naturally adorable look but public and government need to maintain cleanliness in this area. Although people will find truly Beautiful natural scenario here but good public toilet should be needed there. If government can make there some good government sight seeing center, good toilet, good rest room then definitely it will be turned in to a beautiful and clean picnic spot. While I traveled there I went by private vehicle that's why I was unaware about the communication of the road. But the road condition is very good. From the Guwahati city, it is very near to Narengi. Here I enclosing some pictures of this place -
