Yesterday 1. Requested for a Puri thali + the aloo mutter sabzi was not khas It too over 30 mins. We needed a fast healthy meal. The waiter did not ask one of us go the south Indian thali packed it up and kept waiting for the thali of a family member to arrive 2. Requested the waiter for a spoon Magically he took one out from his pocket 3. The waiters love to talk so 📢 loudly amongst themselves not caring about customers peace 🕊️ 4. No car parking guidance. Hence entrance blocked with a car 5. Two elderly people fell off the side at the entrance with no railing. They were hurt. Sad 💔😢 6. Bathrooms are dirty 7. Wash area is dirty Money making business

Had visited this place during lunchtime on a Sunday, To begin with ,the table which we sat on was dirty, and only upon repeated attempts, they agreed to clean it Then when we ordered our food , 15 minutes later one main course arrived before the starters ,and about 15 mins after that we got our starter, The main course came a minimum of 45 mins after ordering , we had ordered two paneer items and dal, and everything had a huge amount of oil.. and the masala was just added it was not even cooked well.. And to top it off their service was among the worst i have ever seen, young ,dumb and lazy waiters who don't bother to come to you even after you've been screaming for 10 mins straight. I rarely write such negative reviews for any restaurant because i understand it is a tough business, but this was beyond acceptable. Please don't go here with your family. The old rasraj had its charm, if not anything else , this one doesn't even have that Pathetic

I have ordered thali here. Thali was good with proper quantity of chapati and rice. Taste is also nice. It's a perfect thali for dinner. Ambience is good.

Good location with fine dining.. Worst service..lac of privacy.. unavailability of dishes.. unexpected excuses by waiters...complete negligence.. poor response.. need to improve the service ,menu & taste.. the star is only for location..

The price of raj kachori printed on menu card was 80 rs but when bill came it was of 110 rs.. Its not good for brand restaurant like rasraj.. Bad service👎

Worst service. Weight 1/2 kg besan laddu and packed but they delivered pedha. Our fault is just we trust on Rasraj and don't open the parcel while receiving

One of the best restaurant and sweet mart in whole Chandrapur area. Had an amazing experience having tasty food and their service. Must visit this place and especially try sweets of different varieties😀😍

I'm from Nagpur and loved haldiram sweets a lot till I tasted the rasmalai of Rasraj... The most delicious sweet I have tasted far now. Haldiram have lots its touch. Way to go Rasraj!!

yesterday i bought chocolate sonpapdi from RASRAJ opposite to Dominos in Chandrapur .so when I opened the package today right now i saw two of the sonpapdi was missing in the packet . i thought of making and posting a video but by the time i opened it and saw this

Big sweet mart. Variety of sweets including Bengali sweets are available here. Also veg restaurent is there on the first floor. Quality of food is good.

We ordered Masala Dosa for everyone(family) , they took 20min to serve it ! AC was not working, in the Middle of November we were sweating, only one portable cooler which was on demand (you have to ask them to rotate towards your table) Overall Experience Was Not Satisfying! Taste: Okayish Service: Okayish Atmosphere: Hot (In Mid November) Parking: No proper place (they asked us to leave our food and shift car elsewhere) No one to attend when we wanted to Order Ahead!

It was not good experience at all. But when I visited I felt hot inside maybe ac on High temperature. They gave water bottle without asking and charge for it. It was worst experience...

Best new restaurant in chandrapur nice ambiance, friendly and polite staff, delicious taste of food and fast service.

Decent restaurant. Good food. quick service. we tried dosa, misal and kachori and everything was tasty. Service was quick. There was no waiting. Enough parking available. clean washrooms.

Sambar is not good It's basically a sweet shop with below average meals

4 star due to manager behaviour i asked him to bring pastry he rudely denied and told we can't order it i need to go downstair to have it and at a same time on another table waiter bring pastry after that i again called him so again he rudely refuse me and after that i asked waiter then he bring the pastry but you need to give attention towards manager behaviour if he will behave like this than no one will like to visit it again so please look into these

Only Restorent view is Good But Food and service is Total zero We Visit 2 Time here . Order Mix Veg and Found 50% Panir in Veg .not understand is panir is vegitable ? Next Time Order Kolhapuri Veg Again same panir mix more then 50% . I think Shef need to Learn Again Cooking . Service is also Too Slow . Worker Bevaier is so poor .

I honestly don't want to give any stars. The food was really bad, we ordered Mysore Masala Dosa and they added Szechwan sauce loads of it, it didn't taste good at all. The manager was quite rude as well. When we asked him to change it or make it better he added dosa in the check. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Better only for snacks and if you have cash in your pocket. Vegetarian food only, food was ok ok. Service was little slow
