It ws horrible as i had gone to the ladies and kids section. They made a horrible mess of smoothening my hair. Thankfully i didn't let them do the whole ear to ear. And they charged me a bomb for the mess they put up. I usually do it at polonica and my experience at alanis thiruvalla ws horrible

Becoming more unprofessional day after day .. running the show with just one hair dresser , there are lots of different good places other than this . I recommend them more than Alanis (on top of Aden's)
