Good place to buy clothing , visit this place when there good offers , variety of materials available here

Met Unprofessional security guard, me and family about visit Max showroom changanacherry at 16/05/2023 7.30 pm and I parked the car infront of the shop where all the cars parked. Once i parked the security giy came and ask me to park the car oposite the road where the place not belongs to Max fasion. Asper him the parking wher i kept my car was assign for Bike's only,but i am not seeing any separate space for both as there are enough space for parking. I requested him to park my car same place but he won't. He don't want listen anything he just order and left from the parking. Family went inside for shoping and i just sitback in the car only. If you consider customer satisfaction and happiness please guide/educate the staff how to deal with the customer's in professional way. He addressed him as Mr.Abu.

Nice new ample collection. Covid specific precautions are taken. Spacious. Well kept washroom as well. Limited parking space. Lift available. Opportunity for management - we lost our umbrella which was kept with the security. They can start a token system for customers valuables as used in other cities so that such inconvenience are avoided.

Enough parking available. Good customer service. Not much selection in the boys clothing section. Affordable rate. Overall good experience.

How can you expect customers to come up with bags ..🤬..so humiliating.. Better take 7 or 10 Rs extra on the bill and give the bags for free..it would make the customer feel different after spending thousands on clothes.. So pity..🤮

Staffs were just doing timepass, a whole family was in the trial room and they're laughing and cracking jokes and a teen boy is changing cloth in the presence of his family and it is awkward. Whole family was inside the path for several rooms and they don't need the room , only the boy wants to change cloth. Anyway i cannot handle this nonsense and this was my last shopping experince with this shop. I have also reached the floor manager and he doesnt know what is going there? Pathetic. Next time I prefer Reliance or Lakshmi Silks , at least they are nice.

Nice experience...but a bit costly

Vow.. one of the largest clothing store in changanacherry.. really this is the first max fashion store i am seeing in such a big space in kerala. Parking is also available nearby ground. Compared to the reliance trends this is the best clothing store.

Max fashion at changanacherry is a good place to buy clothes. But one thing I don't like is that the customer service is very poor. The sales girls are very arrogant. Is this the way they behave to customers. Too bad

Even for a Purchase for 10k they have no option to provide the customers with a bag to carry it home. The Max Fashion is turning to Min Fashion. But the staffs were good. They cant help with company policies.

The store is spacious enough to have good shopping, but the parking space is so limited that you can just park 3-4 cars at a time , which makes one think whether you want to make visit there(having such a big store and with a small parking space is a huge letdown by Max). I'm satisfied with the variety of dresses they offer for all ages

Good collection. Decent prices. Unnecessarily more staffs than needed, as it is with many cloth shops in Kerala. Trail rooms are open, but they do not encourage using them due to covid. Security at the entry checks for temp and collects contact info, which is good. Parking for around 5 cars available. I would go again for my next shopping here, as I do not see a better place for quality clothes in Changanassery.

It's a very good place for shopping in terms of cloth collection. But the customer service they offer at Changanacherry max is extremely poor. The sales girls are very arrogant and show a bossy attitude towards customers.

Good shipping experience ,Maxx's own brands collection are more than other brands and satisfying customer service

Loved that Max makes it easy to shop in spite of the Covid situation. The place is well maintained and hygienic. I was sceptical about trying out clothes but loved their policy. Will definitely recommend. Fair priced, good quality products always. And a good shopping experience.

No collection..

I like the business held in MAX. Here the staffs are cooperative with us. We can try the clothes here. All clothes are available with limited no. of brands. Mainly MAX brand is seen. Not sure about ladies section thou.

The shop spread in 3 stories with separate floors for ladies ,kids and men's collections. I found they have a good range of items when compared to other "max" shops.

I purchased two T-shirts from Max yesterday, and they had a 50% discount marked on the price tag. But they only offer a 30% discount at the time of billing.

This three stories shop is One among the largest max fashiom showroom in and around. There is enough staff here to help unlike other. There is enough trending collection for all . The parking space is the best part . There are only few parking spot in the front of the shop. But by the side there is a parking area where lot of cars can be parked. Overall had a good experince shopping here.

Store is mid and new collection s don't arrive very often. Customer service is horrible and the employees do not even co-operate or help. Overall wudnt really recommend the experience.

Poor display of specials, staff unaware about the discounts. Absolutely rubbish.

The attitude of the staff especially ladies staff is too bad 👎 .. and there is no good collection in this store. Overall I'm not satisfied..

I loved very much by there way of handling the customers and selecting the right product or perfect product to the customers I really loved it and also they have variety products and have lots of selective products makes me a delightful customer

The thing I hate about max is about giving the cover for free. Even if we purchased things for ₹100 or ₹1 lakh there is no cover for free.

It's located in old Karikineth building/behind edimannikal jewellers near MC Road. Have lots of parking and large shopping area...usually very less crowd...better collections... Decent price as usual. Only problem I found is - their staffs are Not so helpful and all busy playing/chit chat. We visited 2 times... a week before Onam. Even though their are Lot of staffs in store, it was very difficult to find staffs in kids section in first floor and found most of them chatting together in Ground floor. Only 1 or 2 staffs seems to be active and was trying to help customers. Remember, that time now of customers was very less and hardly 1/3 of no of staffs...so, easily they can attend...if more crowded...then we can understand...So, why keeping so much people onboard...without No proper utilisation. Have been to Max across various cities and sad to found such situation in my Hometown. Hope it will be rectified soon.Mgmt has to work it out urgently and provide better in-store experience.
