The heritage villa is modernised old house located near very famous changanassery market and Cathedral church. Ambeience, landscaping, gardening and location is great. Restaurant / Bar service available but the area of restaurant/ bar is conjusted. Single available toilet found extremily unhygienic and smelly. Service at bar was not upto standard. Serving spoons, table mats etc were not clean.

Its Really Home away from Home. Ambience is too good. Feel like home. food quality & staffs coordination was perfect. Dinner is soo tasty and malabary fish curry was soo tasty. Rooms are too good we stayed in room no 102.We enjoyed our Stay.Recommended to all who visit Kuttanadu.

I had an amazing two night stay here. The building is very well maintained and the rooms are very spacious and neat. Their staff was extremely courteous and polite. They called and enquired our arrival time on the day of check in.The property is walking distance to the city, Artworks, furniture and interior deco sets an enjoyable ambience. Rooms and amenities were clean and neat. Highly recommend your stay here 😍

To be honest, it's a place where the peaceful people can chill. It's no party vibe or anything but it's a different vibe I'd say it's one of the best spot in chry to chill and stay low ... Nothing to worry it's not crowded or anything Though the prices are bit Higher than expected KF 200 bro code 275 but they provides a quality service From my personal experience it's the BEST PLACE FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO CANT DRINK IN POPULAR PLACES Cause not everyone will come here

Breaking the old stereotype of charging a heavy price for an event, jk portico is ready to get your usual outdoor events hosted here at a great price, almost half the price of its competitors. property is an original heritage tharavadu retaining it's old style with all the comforts of a luxury stay, rooms are of high quality, the shower in the room was as good as the one's you see in marriot or itc. the caretaker is a gem of a person, you won't find him saying no and he never drops his smile, guy deserves a raise for that, will definitely come back here soon.
