Good hospital. Large parking area. Road side.. Good and friendly minded doctors and staff. Taxi are available Clean environment

It's a very good Hospital in Changanassry Nice Parking space

NSS Medical Mission Hospital perfectly located at the road side of MC road in Perunna. The hospital is good, neat and tidy. The staffs are very cordial and nice. They have a small place for children's to play which is very nice. They have a large parking lot and lifts for easy access. Security and staffs are available every location.

Too much delay in pharmacy. Only one staff for billing and picking medicine. Not organised.

Hospital is pathetic. Pharmacy is an absolute mess.

Very painful experience just now at this hospital. I brought my Baby with severe ear pain and fever but was denied as the pediatrician has said that no token to be taken. I spoke to receptionist and the nurse with the doctor, It was with such an arrogance they told that doctor will not take any more patients. Without even hearing our issue they told it can't be done its just 6:15 pm right now. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone if this is the way they are treating their patients we can confirm that they will not treat with empathy and sympathy. Really dissapointed with this hospital.

In normal way I can say this hospital is not affordable for a normal person. I waited for a long time to see doctor even there was no one at waiting list, afterall they took more than half hour to take my file. I won't recommend anyone Please don't do this to anyone and a normal person cannot accept it.

Very bad behaviour from the security.. We 4people went to see my grand mother from palakkad. Initially they told no one is allowed to see the patient. After that he yold 2 people can go at a time. After some time he told no only one person is allowed to visit at a time. We told no issues we will wait. My mother first went to see the the grand mother and after she came my btother in law went. That time we went to the cnteen to have a tea and the security person was behind us. We felt very bad.Later he told its hereafter they can't allow anybody. So myself and my sister couldnt meet her.very bad service. We requested several times that we are coming from such a long diatance to see her and we have to return today itself even to the administration departmen.But they didnt allowed us. Service is too bad.. Atleast they could have shown a humanitarian consideration. Without this how they are running this hospital.. In this service field humanitarian consideration quality is very important. But unfortunately they dont have that quality.

Good hospital but parking securities are verry bad Attittude

Reasonably good hospital. Good doctors and staff. I visited on 30/Aug/2022. However, the pharmacy administration is pathetic there. Lack of the token system at the pharmacy is causing unnecessary delays and chaos. No consideration was seen given to super seniors (80+) either.

2 years back , My mother went to this hospital to see any Orthopedic specialist, luckily it was Dr. Sasidharan. Mom is very satisfied and happy under his care. She is old now , and has multiple health problems, still ready to travel 30 kilometers to see this Doctor. We did not have any problems , until last week . She was referred to to the Neurologist there . Got the appt for 4pm . My sister brought my mom there at 4pm at the OP . My sister asked the receptionist is her file was send to the OP and was told it is send . To confirm she asked the OP staff the same , the staff replied , yes , they have the file . Waited for hours , until every patient’s are seen . Then the OP staff asks my sister to go and check with the reception . She went back and saw someone carrying the file to the OP. When my sister asked politely, the staff reacted with utter anger .My mom was so tired by then . When the Neurologist finally so her , her BP was high . After the consultation, the staff did not tell them anything . My sister went to the pharmacy anticipating meds , waited there an hour .? So they went home with more problems than they came to the hospital with. Next day , my sister brought her again to the casualty to have her BP checked . In front of my mom , other patients , staff , and the Doctors, the staff who brought the file told the causality staff very loud that “ this lady fought at the reception yesterday “ My sister should have complained to the administrator the previous day itself , right ? She did not . She maintained her politeness. She took care of her sick mother . She only helped them . We don’t ask any favor from you . Is it the responsibility of a family member to make sure if a file was send to OP ? Is it their responsibility to ask the OP staff if they have received it ? How about for an elderly sick person with no family member with her ? How come the OP staff say , “yes “ then hours after , when the OP time we is over , saying “ no file here , check with the reception ! “ Instead of saying a word of apology and “ thank you “ ,they harassed her. Next day she is blamed and harassed in front other people . We all have a dignity and to be respected . She could not bear the harassment . My mom is sick now , she is afraid to go to the hospital . I went through all the reviews posted here , didn’t see any feedback from the administration. What is a patient? What is sympathy , empathy , tact and poise? Where is their mission if they have any ? My review here doesn’t say we don’t have good people there . The reason for my Mom travels that far with all her health issues , is the good people there . I wish the authorities to take this only as an opportunity to educate the staff on professionalism. It is as simple as treating everyone as if they are your loved ones . If they can’t go that far , be a human . Threat them as a human . People have a good reason to come to the hospital . I know , at the end of the day , it is merely a business to you , don’t you want patients come to you ? The reputation of great Doctors and staff is ruined by very few people like this . I cannot afford my Mom and my sister going through such a painful situation . This review is mainly for the administration to see and do the needful, so it won’t happen to any patients coming there . Need proper management and floor assistance. Please assign a good FMS company which will result in better floor management and cleanliness.

It's not a hospital but a finance company. It's not ment for normal peoples 😠😠😡😡

No booking system based on Time. Sometimes need to wait for 2-3 hours. Pharmacy waiting time is also long. Only plus point is that the Doctors are good.

Poor nursing service,their behavior is totally unacceptable. I won't recommend this hospital.

In pharmacy the pharmacist was rude behaviour if we ask something they will not give reply either they will not see your face at all

Had a very bad experience with the hospital. Pathetic management. Staffs are fighting each other. When asked for report and the availability timing, they reply two different answer for two people from the same family. Need to improve a lot.

Not so crowded ! It's the main thing that gives you peace of mind.The staffs there are so attendive and provides the needful .Also it's located in a prime location and also provide good parking space.

I was there two days . My friendly neighbourhood hospital. Excellent premises, excellent service. May it prosper
