My
mother
went
to
this
hospital
to
see
any
Orthopedic
specialist,
luckily
it
was
Dr.
Sasidharan.
Mom
is
very
satisfied
and
happy
under
his
care.
She
is
old
now
,
and
has
multiple
health
problems,
still
ready
to
travel
30
kilometers
to
see
this
Doctor.
We
did
not
have
any
problems
,
until
last
week
.
She
was
referred
to
to
the
Neurologist
there
.
Got
the
appt
for
4pm
.
My
sister
brought
my
mom
there
at
4pm
at
the
OP
.
My
sister
asked
the
receptionist
is
her
file
was
send
to
the
OP
and
was
told
it
is
send
.
To
confirm
she
asked
the
OP
staff
the
same
,
the
staff
replied
,
yes
,
they
have
the
file
.
Waited
for
hours
,
until
every
patientβs
are
seen
.
Then
the
OP
staff
asks
my
sister
to
go
and
check
with
the
reception
.
She
went
back
and
saw
someone
carrying
the
file
to
the
OP.
When
my
sister
asked
politely,
the
staff
reacted
with
utter
anger
.My
mom
was
so
tired
by
then
.
When
the
Neurologist
finally
so
her
,
her
BP
was
high
.
After
the
consultation,
the
staff
did
not
tell
them
anything
.
My
sister
went
to
the
pharmacy
anticipating
meds
,
waited
there
an
hour
.?
So
they
went
home
with
more
problems
than
they
came
to
the
hospital
with.
Next
day
,
my
sister
brought
her
again
to
the
casualty
to
have
her
BP
checked
.
In
front
of
my
mom
,
other
patients
,
staff
,
and
the
Doctors,
the
staff
who
brought
the
file
told
the
causality
staff
very
loud
that

this
lady
fought
at
the
reception
yesterday
β
My
sister
should
have
complained
to
the
administrator
the
previous
day
itself
,
right
?
She
did
not
.
She
maintained
her
politeness.
She
took
care
of
her
sick
mother
.
She
only
helped
them
.
We
donβt
ask
any
favor
from
you
.
Is
it
the
responsibility
of
a
family
member
to
make
sure
if
a
file
was
send
to
OP
?
Is
it
their
responsibility
to
ask
the
OP
staff
if
they
have
received
it
?
How
about
for
an
elderly
sick
person
with
no
family
member
with
her
?
How
come
the
OP
staff
say
,

after

when
the
OP
time
we

over
,
saying

with
the
reception

Instead
of
saying
a

of
apology
and

,they
harassed
her.
Next
day
she
is
blamed
and
harassed
in
front
other
people
.
We
all
have
a
dignity
and
to
be
respected
.
She
could
not
bear
the
harassment
.
My
mom
is
sick
now
,
she
is
afraid
to
go
to
the
hospital
.
I
went
through
all
the
reviews
posted
here
,
didnβt
see
any
feedback
from
the
administration.
What
is
a
patient?
What
is
sympathy
,
empathy
,
tact
and
poise?
Where
is
their
mission
if
they
have
any
?
My
review
here
doesnβt
say
we
donβt
have
good
people
there
.
The
reason
for
my
Mom
travels
that
far
with
all
her
health
issues
,
is
the
good
people
there
.
I
wish
the
authorities
to
take
this
only
as
an
opportunity
to
educate
the
staff
on
professionalism.
It
is
as
simple
as
treating
everyone
as
if
they
are
your
loved
ones
.
If
they
canβt
go
that
far
,
be
a
human
.
Threat
them
as
a
human
.
People
have
a
good
reason
to
come
to
the
hospital
.
I
know
,
at
the
end
of
the
day
,
it
is
merely
a
business
to
you
,
donβt
you
want
patients
come
to
you
?
The
reputation
of
great
Doctors
and
staff
is
ruined
by
very
few
people
like
this
.
I
cannot
afford
my
Mom
and
my
sister
going
through
such
a
painful
situation
.
This
review
is
mainly
for
the
administration
to
see
and
do
the
needful,
so
it
wonβt
happen
to
any
patients
coming
there
.
