Not so happy with their service..As said by another reviewer they just ask us to collect it from them as if they do not have any responsibility to hand it over to us.

Worst courier service in Changanacherry from my experience. They will make a call to inform that our item has reached them and they think that it's our duty to go and collect it. They won't deliver it to our house even if it is less than a kilometer away. Now, I wonder why we are charged of delivery charges at the time of purchase ?

Haven't seen this much irresponsible courier service. They haven't updated me any details of my pancard sent by NSDL. Infact, I tracked it down through NSDL site and came to know it is in here at trackon couriers for days. And when I called them they were switched off on a working day. Then I called on another number in their board and someone replied it is a wrong number!

Worst service. If we need to pickup item from the hub, what is the point of online ordering.

One of the worst ever courier service in Changanacherry. They are so arrogant. They take it granted once the consignment is booked. Give it to them if you don't want it to deliver and you are not worried about the quality. Never ever ever go with their service. Trust me...never go with them. Giving one star as there is no option for zero

Pathetic Service! They don’t deliver at home. Every time, they find some excuses for not delivering at home. First time courier, they told me that their employee is infected with Covid, Second time courier, they told me that their delivery van is broke down, 3rd time courier, they told me that their van has gone to some other location and the 4th time courier - they simple told me that they don’t deliver at home. The lady who is running this business is very rude. When I told her that other couriers deliver at home, she asked which courier - and claimed that no courier in Changanacherry have home delivery. 🤦‍♂️ I strongly do not recommend Changanacherry TrackOn! Such a worst service!

Very pathetic service.All the staff,especially the lady staff who attends the call is so very rude.Dont know the name of the lady ,but she attended the call on 27th June by 5.30 pm.Dont know how they run this courier service only. Such a poor experience from a courier service. I have no idea why Amazon be associated with them. They do not pick up calls or have a correct location for their office, and when I asked for my package(after I somehow found their office) they said that they were busy at the moment and couldn't hand it over to me. Why do they even run this branch(changanacherry,kerala) if they can't atleast communicate properly with customers...

Consignment despatched by track on not delivered by them even the delivery location is just 500 meters away from their office. Tracking system shows out for delivery even at 7 pm but package was lying at their office and i collected from their office. Even they did not call me. Can't trust this for business shipments.
