Don’t have much brands..... They have above average collection......... Rates are reasonable..... Staffs aren’t helpful.... shop is situated on a busy street and parking is a major issue

The shop was one of the best cloth centres which I had. However, today’s visit made me disappointed. Especially customer service was poor. Staffs are not interesting to assist us. They are simply sitting and chatting with each other. I thought to buy more clothes as we live 35 kms away from the shop. But, my mind was changed because of poor attitudes of staffs. I feel that they’re doing this intentionally as some issues with their management. While I’m checking the review, most of them went through the same situation. It’s a request to provide good services to the customers.

Very bad experience I got. Sm sales people's are very lazy I think. No proper response. Behavior was not good. Customer mingling not done properly. Cloth also self handing already my weight is underweight they are told carry your clothes iam taken for whole family members 10 saree taken at one bascut alone. Very bad

It was my first experience in SM, honestly it was really bad only because of the unpleasant assistance of the staffs. The service been provided is worse enough that one won't be purchasing from there again. Even if the clothes are having a decent price The sales staffs are extremely incorporative and they don't even know how to deal with costumers, especially lady staffs Dreadful sales service....

Nice shop with lot of styles & designs....in very low price

I had a terrible experience. As I was checking some dress, the women staff were telling us to carry clothes in our hands and not just to look around with empty hands or otherwise their boss will scold them. 😩 Never had like this humiliation in any shop in my life. And FYI, how can you force customers to buy? If there is item we like then only one buys right? Please check on such low class behaviour.

Majestic Ambiance, Disappointing Service I recently visited S M Silks and Sarees at Chanaganshery, drawn in by its grand exterior and regal aura. The large building exuded a royal charm, promising an opulent shopping experience for traditional clothing enthusiasts like me. The sheer variety of clothes available was impressive, with an extensive collection that seemed to cater to every taste. However, my excitement was dampened by the disappointing customer service I encountered. Despite the store's grand appearance, the staff's attitude left much to be desired. I found them to be unhelpful and indifferent, showing a lack of interest in assisting customers. This was particularly disappointing considering the reputation that such stores usually uphold. While the store's grandeur and extensive collection of clothes are certainly noteworthy, it's crucial to address the glaring issue of poor customer service. The contrast between the majestic ambiance and the subpar treatment by the staff was quite jarring. If S M Silks and Sarees wishes to truly provide a luxurious shopping experience, they should focus on improving their customer service and ensuring that visitors feel valued and well-assisted throughout their shopping journey.

Quality is good at reasonable rates. But right selection is a bit difficult. Staff is very cooperative despite of busy surroundings

Average quality clothes at low rate.The main problem is the rush of customers and behaviour of staff due to that...(not everybody but still many of them).Icannot assure u good quality clothes but at the price which they gives I am giving 10/10 for that.For service offered by staff I am giving 6/10 and for collection I am giving 7/10.Happy Shopping....

I went there because I had a good experience at SM's other shop. But I didn't like Changanasseri showroom actually hate it in the 1st time visit. Sales staffs are very incorporative and arrogant. No one cares about what we asking. Parking...... Horrible!!!!

Better selling price and great offers for clothes.Most of workers are Tamil people who are so good in behaviour and nice care for customers.Trial rooms are there .

One of the budget friendly places in Changanacherry. All the products are rated at an affordable price for common man. You may not get the best item but a very good product at an affordable price.

First The Newly Renovated Building looks like old Rajapattu film set. 2nd Staffs behavior is very bad. Gents billing section behavior is so bad. Ladies wedding section staffs were fighting each other when I was posting this review. Feels like I am in a market. No enough staffs. Worst place to purchase.

A very good textile shop where you can get dresses at a lower price. Lot of stock, but targetting average customers. Best shop for common man.

Great collection of dresses. Varieties are available. Staff and service is also good. Parking space is a little away from the store which creates difficulty. Other than parking everything is excellent. Due to heavy demand, a huge rush is always felt.

Well it's ok I would say ...as it does have variety of dress...but it's just little pricy and also collection is not that good enough. It doesn't have that great parking facility but it does have good hospitality overall as well.

If u have time then you can visit sm silks otherwise u have to spend a whole day to find some one to help you to find a shirt or jatty for u Bros don't go with ur lady

Very much affordable. Many collections too. Some staff are not cooperative, that’s a negative. Ample parking available on opposite side in the front, security will guide. Security staffs are all nice and friendly.

We can purchase affordable clothes from there. But the customer service is very poor. The textile has adequate parking area.

Nice textiles with lots of collections , price range is affordable with moderate quality, lots of space inside the showroom and each floor is for seperate catogaries(kids, ladies, gents etc), there were rush most of the time and billing may take few minites delay and parking infrond of the showroom is limited but they have a parking space nearer to the showroom which about 50-100 meter away

Billing need to be fast. No gpay accepting the day I visited. I waited in big que for settling but that time gpay not accepting. They didn't give me any solution. Im not able to buy anything. Return the the things I purchased. But I am regular customer.

Today I visited SM Changanaserry with my family... And my whole experience was terrible. It looks like a market and their worst customer service especially in the section of set and mund When we came there one of their sales girls is sleeping and when we asked the price they didn’t even care and they just chitchat. After that horrible experience, we visit Mahalakshmi Silks OMG! Their customer service was 10/10. If you want to buy a budget-friendly dress and good service don't think about anything just go for Mahalakshmi(muthoor).

Great collections, separate department for gents ladies kids. Cheep and good. Donot expect branded items. Livin and peter englend is the only branded item i found there. Howevr nice and pretty decent
