Very impressed by the service staff/mgr - Rex. He is very hospitable and attentive to our needs. One notch above the other F& B outlets (in Jewel)/Jack's Place restaurants that we have patronised. Will definitely come back to this outlet again! Kudos to the serving team too. The Tomahawk set is awesome and value for money. Student meal portion is big too and the carrot soup is yummy too.

Nice place to have a western meal, great daily set meals available. Wide variety of choices of drinks to choose from, but the service of this particular Jack's Place isn't up to standard compared to other outlets, long waiting time and food was served separately with long intervals in between. However overall food taste and quality was commendable, apart from the poor service from the assistant manager here, I would recommend anyone to drop by for a meal here.

Boiled steak on a hot pan. Nothing much to shout about really. Restaurant was half empty at 1230pm on Thursday but I was left standing idly for some time before I was seated. Saving grace was that this was a voucher redemption and I did not have to pay.

Thanks Alenz for wonderful service. Checked on every table he served. Attentive and even helped me take a photo for my family dinner. Well done. The filet steak for my son was tender. I had rib eye with sambal. And my wife the fish and chips. Sides were oysters and mushrooms. Pretty much everything was ok except the mushrooms. I thought they would be larger. Overall, was good and enjoyable.

Quality of steak not there. Doneness also not what we asked for. We asked for medium but a portion of it was almost raw (see photo). The raw portion of steak was recooked for us. However, seems that they cooked a small portion for us (not the original portion that is raw). Asked to serve cheesecake a few times before it is served. Lightings a bit dim before 7pm or should say not all lights are turn on.

Wonderful place, good food and excellent service! Brought my parents here on the way to Japan, and they enjoyed it very much. Rex, Richard and the crew on duty this afternoon made my mother's birthday one to remember fondly about as well! :D

Decent outlet. The food quality is overall ok though the baked potatoes were a little overcooked and hard, and not enough butter given. Service could be a bit better as it was a little slow and not very well communicated.

Great service by staff. Decent portion. Chicken was grilled perfectly, however it was a little salty. Pasta was flavourful enough. Haven’t had Jack’s Place for awhile now and won’t be a frequent place for me either. Overall a decent meal. :)
