In my opinion this chain burger fast food serves the best burger ever. Try this franchise store from LA, pop up in sydney and how in Singapore. The Smoke Shake was out of this world! Apple wood smoked bacon was delicious, really good flavour pairing with the patty.

Second time at this shake shack outlet and my o my, they sure have improved their food standards for sure! 1. The beef burgers all had a impeccable layer of crust to it which meant that the grilling was done perfectly at a sizzling hot temperature. The caramelized layer meant that each bite into the burger was flavorful and damn bloody good. 2. The shake stack is still one of the undisputed must eat for me as the combination of a portebello mushroom, cheese then the beef meant that you had so many different textures at the same time. 3. Fries could have been hotter, but quite they sure maintained their crispiness. Do add on the cheese sauce as well! Overall, not the cheapest burgers around but worth a try.

I had a great experience, service was very quick and the burgers were good, the bun was soft and the meat quite juicy and tasty. The place is busy as expected being located pretty close to the entrance to the airport

Comparing to places of same standing, the shack burger is almost there 98%. Strawberry sake was on the sugary high side. Hotdog was super. Chicken burger uses thigh, nice! Cheese fries, the cheese is unique, not the run of mill nacho cheese.

Very good burgers and fries! It is a bit small though for their price. But still good! We tried their shack burger and smoke shack. Both were really delicious but I would order the smoke shack again as the bacon addition makes it more flavourful! The place was also really comfortable, water was free and service was fast too! Would definitely recommend trying this place. Enjoy! :)

Life changing strawberry milkshakes. It means you will now have a new expectation of what a real STRAWBERRY milkshake should be.(note the vanilla milkshake taste more like milk powder taste than vanilla, i am a vanilla fan i would not recommend it) The burgers are also so amazing that you just can't stop thinking about your next bite. The portion of the burger is just the right logical size, leaving you wanting more!

Food: On their menu, you can find a wide selection of American’s signature burgers, fries, beverages, beers and, plus country-exclusive desserts and a shake: Jewela Melaka Concrete, Takes Two To Mango and Pandan Shake (it’s too sweet for me😒). My favorite: “ShackBurger” – you will never go wrong to order it if you are a first-timer. The patty is moist and juicy (It tastes much better than the average fast-food chain, IMHO) and it is known to be made with delicate texture, great taste and no added hormones Angus beef. Besides, they use fresh vegetables such as lettuces, onions, pickles, etc. 😍😍😍😍😍 “Cheese Fries” - churchy texture fries with strong cheesy topping. 😍😍😍😍 Service: No table service! You can choose to order the food and drinks either over the counter or at kiosk. You need to be patient and sit comfortably at the tables and waiting for the buzzers to ring for collection. Atmosphere It can be easily located as it’s right at the Jewel Changi mall’s entrance and you can’t miss it as you walk through the doors… The restaurant has quite numbers of seating place and a “open concept kitchen” where you can see how your burgers or fries being prepared 😄 Verdict: I enjoy the food very much. However, the price is on the high side and there are less food option to choose. May come back if only I pass by “Shake Shack” AND craving for “Shack Burger”

By far the driest, blandest and most disappointing burgers I have ever had in my life. And I have had a lot of bad burgers. This one takes the crown. So sad because I was so hyped to finally try their burgers as they have quite a reputation. Truly a major let down, cant even finish the burgers. Not worth the time to wait in line and definitely not worth the price. The fries are also mot okay, soft and soggy, the cheese sauce is just salty thick sauce.

It's a very delicious burger shop. Recommended to try ordering the first menu. It's a recommended menu. The other items are delicious. The fried french fries are also delicious. This place is close to the fountain. Anyone who has traveled to the airport or is returning I recommend stopping by.

Might be biased but probably one of my favourite burger chains. When I travel I cannot leave any country that has a shake shack without trying it. Always consistent. I tried the lemon meringue pie shake this time and it was delicious.

- Located inside of the Changi Airport - It has 2 floors. The first floor is very crowded, but the second floor is much quiet - The burgers that are served are quite small in size, not really suitable to my liking. - Recommended Menu : Smokeshack. It has bacon and beef patty in it. - Cold air conditioner, comfortable for hanging out

Regardless of inbound or outbound flight it’s always good to have a burger. You can simply leave your luggage outside and expect them to be there when you’re back. Why? This is Singapore!! Follow the simple rule of adding cherry pepper on your burger and order a beer to go with your meal and you will have a good time!

The smoked bacon burger is really good!! The cheese fries however mediocre. I would go for the burger again but not the fries. The staff handing me the food was very friendly.
