worst
management
team
I've
experienced.
Tried
to
book
Chalet
D
online
but
was
unable
to,
so
we
called
them,
they
asked
us
to
book
via
email
as
we
are
a
member
of
public
and
tells
me
the
email
is
on
the
website.
Emailed
to
csc@changi,
no
response,
called
3
days
later,
told
me
to
email
to
cscii@changi,
Chalet
D
was
still
available
at
the
time,
they
replied
me
that
the
chalet
can
only
be
booked
up
to
60
days,
so
I
asked
to
clarify
then
he
sent
me
a
template
of
some
sort,
I
haven't
replied
when
his
colleague
took
over
as
the
conversation
was
going
nowhere,
asked
me
which
date
I
wanted
to
book
for,
I
gave
them
the
date
(chalet
D
was
still
available),
they
didn't
reply
until
I
sent
a
chaser
the
next
day
asking
for
updates,
they
updated
that
the
chalet
is
already
booked.
Called
them
to
ask
for
an
alternative
solution,
they
proudly
said
that
there
is
no
alternatively.
So
this
has
been
my
worst
experience
with
any
form
of
customer
service.
Thankful
I
didn't
get
a
booking.
