Discounted prices for Public Officers - definitely a great place to unwind and relax with your family, and/or friends. SMM is in place, and follows strictly to COVID-19 rules and regulations. 5 pax per room for villas, differing number depending on rooms. (8 pax for same household) Location is a stones throw away from all the food places (incl. Supper area 89.7).

A bastion of calmness and serenity. Has some of the nicest tennis courts around with great views of the sea and incoming planes to Changi Airport.

There's something amazing about dining on seafood while watching ships sail by. The fish and chips at Al Capone's is amazing. Fresh fish that's deep fried till a golden brown on a generous bed of fries. I wish Al Capone's bar has its own listing for this place because this listing is about them!

Went there for 3D 2N chalet. It was fun. The rooms were big. There are 2 restaurants in the chalet and the food are nice too.

The new chalets are scenic, with huge ships, bumboats and planes passing right in front. We were lucky to also spot a family of hornbills in the chalet grounds! However the children water pirate playground and jacuzzi pools are closed in this pandemic times.

Had a good staycation at this place. For the pricing, it is quite competitive compared to staying in local hotels. Though it may not have all the furnishings of a high end hotel, the rooms are clean and amenties are acceptable. There is a Nespresso machine that comes with it in the HCP family suite. Great view when you wake up in the mornings. The swimming pool is very clean and the lifeguards are very alert and make sure all users are properly checked in. Also, there are lots of food options at the nearby Changi Village which is just a 5 min walk out. Very child friendly. The children have a separate pass which allows them to redeem ice creams during the duration of stay. The reception and housekeeping team are very responsive and they try their best to attend to our needs. Overall a good place to stay in if you are planning a staycation for family. Also very near to Changi Point Ferry Terminal so can also take a boat ride to Pulau Ubin. Family friendly location if you have ideas well planned out on what to do at the area. Thank you CSC for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The rooms are clean and lovely as always! The location is also convenient with lots of food options around. Would have given 5 if not for the customer service provided. Had an unpleasant experience with the customer service provided by Sherry from the rooms service. She was crude in answering questions, did not listen and understand query before explaining. I hope CSC Changi 1 would teach her how to handle customer better!

Difficult to locate the exact chalet, for a certain type of unit. All Toilets are poor condition as water splash-out from the shower cubicles, thus making é floors wet. Not good for young children & senior citizens!! Toilet floor rags (1 pc per toilet) are not changed daily. Because of the wet toilet floors, é rags served NO purpose. Cleaning staffs are hardworking when help is needed from them!

A medium sized clubhouse with a multiple lane bowling alley and chalets to let. Ample parking. Dogs friendly. Just next to Changi Point bus terminal and food centre.

Always had a nice time here, the house keeper is very attentive to our needs and went through all the amenities in the room thoroughly. Just a few things I think they could improve are, the Wi-Fi connection and speed is rather inconsistent and smart TV's should have the usual streaming apps installed for convenience. I also think it would be great for hotel guests to get access to use the pool without needing to purchase tickets for reentries.

Interesting place, with limited self parking space. Lots of valet parking, which is empty. Some for the management to improve on if you if they run efficiently.

A very unique location to organise wedding banquet, especially in the evening. Very calm, lights are dim and area is a bit dark that once you step into the ballroom, you will be amaze with the sounds, the decorations, the sitting layout and the huge stage for the couples. Not to mention the food galore location, is another spacious area.

This hidden doggy abode lets your pawpaw smell the sea, feel the open sky, walk along the beach and have a spirit high 5. A wonderful vacation stay along with his owner. Wonderful staycations!

Very nice chalet with beautiful sea views. Minutes away from the changi village hawker and the ferry terminal to pulau ubin! Well connected to the pcn where you can ride a bicycle and enjoy a ride along the beautiful scenery at changi bay. Felt like a mini getaway from Singapore mainland. Good break, will def be back again!

Just back from our short stay.. *cleanliness is quite bad. Floor at the bedroom super dusty totally not mop.. worse can see on the picture right beside the bed.. *water keep on dripping at the shelter joined to the the entrance(right in the centre) at the villa 2B. Don't understand why? is there any piping that is leaking? *Flooring at the entrance, one of the wood is beginning to sink when step on. *Gas BBQ pit is mediocre.. heat is so low Overall still love the vibe and stay is very comfy...

Reviewing the pool area only. Lifeguards are attentive. They actually police the pool users making sure everyone wld take a shower rise before entering the pool. Crowds will start from 5pm. The washrooms are clean with hair dryer and swim wear manual spin dryer basket. The shower room is spacious. Shampoo and body wash are provided. There is a hot water option. I find the signboard comical! It's funny yet 'offensive' and 'insulting' at the same time! What do you think? 🤣

Great club but serious questions on how they spend members fees. This fenced off area is a complete waste of resources. Some kind of weird instagram space that no dog or human would ever use for more than 5 minutes. At the same time the wood decking all over the club is falling apart and not being replaced.

Nice beach scenery. Food is good especially at the Changi Village area. The beach has cycling shops and parks that you can find nature at it's best.

Condensation on the floor when we lower the aircon setting, we keep mopping, perhaps the room needs a few dehumidifier. My children say pull out bed is dirty, no one dares to use it. One of the balcony cannot lock, so we have to keep putting out belongings in safe when we go out. Swimming pool lady is rude, she can definitely improve her service so give visitors a happier resort feeling on Christmas day.

Bungalow Changi 1 Villa B is spacious, clean, well maintained and has fabulous Seaview. Beds n pillows all soft n comfortable n we all slept well. Towels soft and fluffy and clean! There’s great Nepresso machine n TWG tea! 😍BBQ pit is by gas! And oso there’s a stove beside for us to fry stuff (saving half the time on BBQ). They provide 4 pillows for Queen bed and 2 pillows each for Super single beds. Oso got 4 spare pillows and 2 spare blankets whc all came in useful since 8 of us stayed over (n bedding just for 6 pax). Floor is not oily and no smell in living/dining area. Was sooo good place soo clean we decided to cook everything outdoors at BBQ pit! All my 5 kids loved this place and ofc, we’d surely be back!!😘 (only flip side is a few of the pillow cases had stains on them. Oso, HIGHLY recommend you replace one of sofa with sofa bed then the place can have bedding for 8 pax!) TQSM for a FANTASTIC stay!!🤩🥰

First time had a rooftop BBQ. Thank God it wasn't raining that night - although most areas were covered, there were some that weren't. It was fairly warm as there weren't enough electric fans. There are some toilets and washbasins which were useful. Instead of planters, perhaps there could be more seats and tables where people can have their food comfortably.

The club is fine. But they should be flexible. Since I booked a chalet, it should automatically allow us to use the swimming pool. So rigid. Ask me to go back all the way to office at aloha check in counter to take, not the CSC club. Then all the way back to swimmin pool. And my chalet is not very near to CSC.

A nice clubhouse, with swimming pool overlooking the Changi beach. There’s many good restaurants, food and activities around. Good staycation choice. Although is very hard to book the room even for members

Superb staycation and hotel-like experience perfect for a fun, memorable and budget-friendly family trip! Spacious, complete with all the necessities, breath-taking sunset and scenic infinity pool - all a few steps away! Highly recommended! Thank you CSC🩷

The family suite was spacious and clean and comfortable! Plenty of space for big families and great views of the sunrise and sunset from our balcony. The kitchen was more than sufficient for our simple cooking and the aircon was strong and powerful. The housekeeping service was excellent and did their best to show us how things worked. Will be back!

On the outside, it looked great. But the rules to maintain the cleanliness of the chalet or else need to pay for housekeeping $100, isn't housekeeping supposed to be part of the rental? Not sure abt the safety of the place as the grass cutting staffs can just come into our premises and 1 of the living room window can't even be locked, thus no one dare to sleep in 1 of the room as well as that room can't be locked. Do check the inventory thoroughly as some stuffs are not according to list, we need to pay for any missing items. Can't deco the place properly as nor allow to paste stuffs on the wall but the wall itself is really run down. Good thing is parking is convenient as can park up to 4 cars for free. There are 2 Bbq pit outside the chalet so it is also convenient for us to do our 2 nights bbq event. But most cabby doesn't seem to know CSC 2 and tends to drop my guests at CSC 1, causing them to have to walk down to CSC 2.

The worst management team I've experienced. Tried to book Chalet D online but was unable to, so we called them, they asked us to book via email as we are a member of public and tells me the email is on the website. Emailed to csc@changi, no response, called 3 days later, told me to email to cscii@changi, Chalet D was still available at the time, they replied me that the chalet can only be booked up to 60 days, so I asked to clarify then he sent me a template of some sort, I haven't replied when his colleague took over as the conversation was going nowhere, asked me which date I wanted to book for, I gave them the date (chalet D was still available), they didn't reply until I sent a chaser the next day asking for updates, they updated that the chalet is already booked. Called them to ask for an alternative solution, they proudly said that there is no alternatively. So this has been my worst experience with any form of customer service. Thankful I didn't get a booking.

Location: Walkable disable ~7 mins from changi village bus interchange. Its near to village hotel changi. Rooms: Rather clean and new as compared to the other villas CSC has. Ideal place for large group gathering. Service crew: Polite and friendly Will come back soon definitely.

Location is better than East Coast Park and NSRCC for bbq... More accessible... Love the picnic feel in providing fllor mats and foldable chairs... Very warm and cosy...

I would say the place is very isolated so you can make a lot of noise and probably won’t get much complains. However, I think the appliances are quite worn out, especially the cooler at the bungalow that I went. It looked like it’s been abandoned for years but the cooler is still usable, The aircon works perfectly well and it’s a pretty cosy place to be in, but best to be there with many people so it won’t be scary HAHAHAH. With that said, if you drive, it’s the best, if not you might need to wait for a grab that will take quite awhile.

Nice pool with sea view. Rooftop tennis courts are decent but can get very windy in the evening and affect ball movements.
