Perfection! Ivan gave me the best manicure I’ve ever had in my life. She’s truly an artist. She is also so kind. Everyone there seems great and the prices are very reasonable. Looks like I found my new go-to nail salon!

I'm very happy with my experience there. I had one of the best pedicures! Lyly did an amazing job and paid great attention to detail. Very nice ambiance and relaxing. Everyone was very friendly. This is definitely where I'll be going from now on.

I feel terrible writing this but it was not a good job. I think it was just the particular nail tech I got; I watched the others and they seemed to know what they were doing. My person was clearly trying to do a good job; she would examine her work and made touch ups. But the end result is something I regret paying for. I’ve been doing my own nails at home for 3 years (regular polish, dip, and gel) and doing a lot of self-education on nail care and application best practices. I am by no means a licensed nail tech, but I have learned what I know from people that are. I’m not claiming to know everything about nails, but I know enough to know that best practices for nail care were not followed by my particular nail tech. She used the carbide bit on the file on my natural nail, which anyone knows is a huge no go. Carbide bits are ONLY for removing gel or acrylic; they are too coarse to use on the natural nail because it will absolutely destroy it. Which it did. My entire nail bed is one big ring of fire. She also soaked my hands in acetone for 2 full hours. I had builder gel on my nails to give them strength, and she wasn’t familiar with it. Since it didn’t melt away under the efile like normal gel does, she wrapped my fingers in acetone-soaked cotton balls wrapped in tin foil (normal procedure) and then wrapped my hands in plastic baggies (to prevent the acetone evaporating) and let that soak for 2 hours (not normal procedure). 20 minutes is the max you should leave acetone on your skin or nails. My skin in peeling off my fingers and my palms because the acetone dried me out so much. The backs of my hands are cracking. The actual manicure itself wasn’t very well done either. My cuticles are flooded, they were stained for a few days after, there was gel on my sidewalls that I had to pick off, and there are bubbles in the gel on my actual nail. I know I shouldn’t feel bad for simply telling my experience, but I do. My nail tech was clearly trying to do a good job, but…she just didn’t.

I got my wedding manicure and pedicure at PT Nail & Spa and loved the entire experience. They do beautiful work, and the environment is so relaxing. My maid of honor and flower girl got a manicure and pedicure here as well and loved their nails!

Easily one of the best pedicures that I have ever gotten. The technician was extremely thorough and spent plenty of time perfecting the nail, cuticle, and callus removal. The massage portion was excellent. I did choose one of the upgraded options, so I cannot speak to the general pedicures, but I highly recommend the upgraded ones. Many other spas don’t feel like you are getting the “value” out of the additional cost for upgraded pedicures, but I felt the time spent, the massages, the hot rocks, wax, and warm towels were all worth the small extra cost. The polish application was also perfect (gel). Overall very impressed and I am more than willing to drive out of Shakopee and into Chanhassen to return to this spa/salon.

So happy to finally find a nail place I love! I’ve tried quite a few nail salons around excelsior, Chanhassen and Minnetonka. This is the first one where I’ve felt relaxed and comfortable. Bee is such a great nail tech and I enjoyed chatting with her. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I love all the personalities in this salon! Everyone is super sweet and incredibly talented! I’ve never written a review for anything before but I’ve truly never loved my nails more than I do right now after Helen got a hold of them. She exceeded my expectations and offered insights on what nail shape would flatter my fingers best. This is my new go to nail place 🙂🦋

I have visited this salon twice now and both experiences were fantastic. The salon is clean and welcoming. There is so much time, care, and attention to detail in the pedicures I received. I was so relaxed when I walked out and my nails looked fantastic. Katie did my pedicure and Ivan did my fill. Ivan knew exactly what length I wanted my nails just by talking with me very briefly. It might seem like an easy thing to gather but the amount of times I’ve had to have a tech make them shorter is amazing. She did them perfectly the first time. I love how they both listened to what I wanted and the delivered. My new spot for sure!

Ivan and Emma always do an amazing job on my nails! I moved to Chaska in April and tried a few different salons before finding this place - and I’m never going anywhere else. Relaxing with a glass of wine and a million colors to choose from, you can be confident they will get you the outcome you desire. I get long stiletto nails, too, which most people can’t/won’t do! They’ve got you covered. 🥰👏 Thanks ladies!!

My mom and I did not have a good experience here. We didn't catch our tech's name but it is listed as Ivan on our receipt. Both of us left with bleeding cuticles, after having them aggressively pushed back and clipped. I actually had to stop the tech after the third one she clipped because it was bleeding so badly she could not get it to stop with styptic. (She still clipped two more later after this but I was struggling to break the language barrier to tell her no.) I'm concerned about infection and will watch this carefully as I didn't get the impression she was cleaning her tools often enough. The rest of my mom's service went fine with traditional polish, but the tech got gel polish on my skin on almost every finger without removing it and cured it like that. This is a no-no as it can cause horrible sensitivity to the ingredients. I asked her to remove it on several nails and she told me she would file it off later which she kind of did. I also have bubbles in the top coat of 3 of my nails which isn't a safety thing but doesn't look awesome. The top coat on one of my nails isn't even fully cured. I did receive a 30% discount on my service after asking for it because I was comfortable paying full price when I left visibly injured. I'm sure there are other good techs here but I can't recommend this one.
