At
the
end
of
the
day
it's
a
hotel.
Definitely
a
number
of
things
weren't
great,
but
it's
not
the
worst
I've
stayed
in.
The
good:
it's
convenient
for
events
next
door
at
Chanhassen
Dinner
Theater,
the
hot
breakfast
food
was
good
(watch
out
for
the
chorizo
if
you're
a
Minnesotan!
It's
got
a
spicy
kick,
but
worth
the
pain!)
The
bad:
The
check
in
process
was
very
impersonal,
1
of
our
2
room
keys
didn't
work,
the
couch
had
a
large
stain
in
it
(avoided
that
half)
the
towels
had
holes
in
it
and
the
floor
mat
looked
like
blood
on
it
(probably
not,
but
still
not
a
great
thing
to
look
down
and
see).
The
thermostat
is
in
a
completely
different
room
than
the
heater/ac
so
temperate
control
is
impossible.
The
dresser
was
falling
apart
and
opened
itself
randomly.
Our
room
only
had
two
Kleenex
in
it,
as
in
two
single
tissues,
and
no
replacement
box,
same
goes
for
the
toilet
paper,
no
back
up
and
one
of
the
rolls
was
basically
empty.
The
shower
was
unnecessarily
complicated
to
operate,
and
caused
the
sink
in
the
other
room
to
leak/run
while
showering.
The
real
fun
kicker
was
the
piece
of
metal
protruding
from
the
outlet!
Thankfully
I
know
electrical
and
it's
just
a
ground
plug,
but
still
not
a
thing
you
want
a
guest
seeing!
(I
pulled
it
out
for
them).
Upon
check
out,
they
didn't
even
ask
how
my
stay
was,
just
took
my
key
and
fell
silent,
I'm
like,
do
I
need
to
sign
anything
for
you?
"No,
you're
good."
Not
a
horrible
stay,
but
still
has
a
fair
number
of
things
that
should
have
been
seen
by
maintenance/housekeeping.
If
I
had
no
choice,
I
would
stay
there
again,
but
it's
not
going
to
be
at
the
top
of
my
list.
