Excellent place to stay, stayed here for 10 days on all inclusive plus which I highly recommend to anyone going here to upgrade to. Animation team who do all the daily sports activities are fantastic. All staff are really friendly and always willing to help you. Food is very nice, not repetitive like some all inclusive. And lastly highly recommend a visit to the roof top restaurant, makes for a very nice evening. Thanks to everyone at Kiani!

Great hotel with extremely friendly staff. Great value for money. Very family friendly and kids oriented so something to consider. Some smaller things to improve but overall nothing to complain. Go for the sea-view rooms as the view into the bay is fantastic.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Angelica, the bartender, is super friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. The large rooms were spacious and comfortable. The drinks and food at the hotel were great, and I highly recommend trying them. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the beach is a big plus. It's definitely worth a visit!

Just coming to the end of a ten night stay, which is our first visit to this brilliant hotel. It's clean and stylish and well located about 5 miles east of Chania and right on the beach. Our room is spacious and the big bed is super comfortable. Great sea view from our room too. Food excellent with huge choice and lots of delicious local stuff. Staff friendly and helpful and facilities first class. Can't fault anything! We'll be back next year!

Excellent resort for families! The kids had a blast with the swimming pools and the entertainment. Our family sea view room was perfectly situated, and the view was breathtaking. The cleanliness was acceptable. However, the food quality was the main concern for me. It could use some improvement. Additionally, the overall maintenance of the structure might need a little attention. Nonetheless, we had a memorable time, thanks to the fantastic amenities and location.

What a lovely bar lady was made to feel welcome from the minute we walked in! Couldn't recommend enough goes well our of her way to make sure you are looked after, my little boy has has a smile on his face since we entered. Thank you so much Angelina
