Rude staff. The coffee was too hot . I asked for an extra cup and offered to pay for the cup. Still he refused to give.. and usually they give the hot chocolate in glass vessel with a handle.. he refused to give even that saying that house keeping isn't available to clean it after i use.. i could see fresh glasses right there, and he is lazy about the clean-up later !!

Poor quality and the taste is not what had before

It’s look like hunted house no sign board and you’ll not able to identify without google map support. It’s literally spoiled CCD name. Assuming due to express highway traveller’s are stop visiting CCD therefore sales are not as expected hence CCD team are not focusing on this. If they can renovate this building they it might be cool place for hangout and hot pick for travellers. * Less option to divert you car from express way and it’s near to diversion * it’s middle of the way coffee lover wants good coffee and may stop here.

No maintenance. Foul smell inside coffee day. Power went out after ordering. Had to stay in dark for 10 minutes. None of the machines work properly. Not recommended to have here

Well Madhur cafe coffee day is one of the famous spot for night riders & also for couples driving over.. this place is so neat,clean & hygiene. Pleasant music 👌 but took some time to make them understand about my order & to confirm it back. More over had wounderful time & finest moment with family.

Beautiful place with less rush and food available as soon as possible. The staff is friendly and the treatment is good. Inside you won't find noise. Just ignore the ceiling though.

This location CCD the Taste is not good most of the time when I had to stop while Driving from Mysore . But yeah u may just order a Cup of Coffee and Take a break for a while and refresh and start your drive.

A good place to take a break on the highway. Right on the highway. Refreshing coffee, some sandwiches, snacks and clean toilets. Also some sizzling Brownies to try for. Relax atmosphere. Have various seating options. Have outdoor seating option as well.

Right bang on the Mysore Bangalore highway and next to the bus stop, welcome destination when frantically looking for a decent place for a coffee. Morning 7 Am, bright happy young man pleasing manners make the coffee beautiful. Even the toilet was kept clean. Adequate parking space makes it easier

Love the open seating area inside the cafe. You can normally expect 2 or 3 staff members yet the maintainence is really good. Best for travellers.

The location of the outlet is a good one catering to the localites and the travelers/tourists traveling to Bangalore from Mysore. The drawback is that there is construction work happening right in front of the outlet due to which there's a lot of dust in the outlet. Also the staff is not as much engaging nor keep the chairs clean. Also there's lots of mosquitoes around here which is very annoying. The cold coffee was prepared well but could have been better.

Overrated consumables. Good ambience usually but this outlet especially looks not well maintained. It's decent. But one thing for sure. Their locations are spot on always. Dinging up the stars just for that.

Nice usual Highway Café Coffee day (CCD) in Mandya. Had some coffees and a Tandoori Chicken Sandwich. Everything is good.... But a can be even better too

We reached there around 3a.m and lights were on but locked from inside. It was not opened though we knocked.

Rude staff, i request for a hot water to drink she denied saying she can't give it. I was ready even to pay some extra but no she was so rude and bad that she I can't do it if u need take normal or u can go. The reason why CCD these days market is down

Literally they’re spoiling the name of CCD.. no options of dish, no proper greetings, if you ask for tissue or extra sugar they will stare like if we ask for there kidney.. CCD you must take an action else your reputation will be spoiled, i didn’t mentioned here everything.. But one think all customers are not repeat customer, Some are new and i’m 100% sure after noticing the service in this branch they will never visit any CCD branch.. The location is on the road easy to spot, and it is a good option because you don't get many good restaurants on this route. The service could be improved. It was clean and hygienic, the washrooms were clean. There is ample parking space for 5-6 cars.

An old landmark now overshadowed by the Mysore expressway. It’s used to be my hit spot. Typical CCD flavour and coffee. Toilets are there. Staff are good. Now parking is a bit squeezy though

Looks like it needs a little lift. Did not have any customers we were the only ones there. Tables were not cleaned and had crumbs from the last customers. Food was just OK nothing to write home about.
