    Where do I even begin.. I call consistently and no one answers. Office closes at 5:00 even though they changed the office hours to 5:30. They open late… the gate has been more open than closed, it stays consistently broken. Smells like weed at night, they had a security guard, to keep residents safe, now we don’t have that anymore. Trash is ridiculously overcrowded, people have thrown washers away, couches, mattresses right in front of the trash can. The pavement in front of the trash can is pitch black, I use to be excited to bring guest over to look at my apartments, now I’m embarrassed. Random people walk around the apartments, around the vehicles at night. These apartments use to be quiet and peaceful now it’s like every other run-down apartment. Sad, because it had great potential.

    I have been living here a month and I love it here! The process was a bit longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. Ms Letty and Ms Rebecca are the best! Patience is the key!

    I came here to obviously rent a unit. I requested to be on the waiting list with Ms. Rebecca Cantu. I gave her proper documentation and everything needed to proceed with my application and was told I'd be contacted within 2 weeks. after 3 weeks i received an email from Cathy Cummings that she has a 2 bdr available and to collect a few items, mind you Ive already sent everything needed to move-in and simply asked what are those documents and her response was rude so of course i responded back asking again being that i presented documentation and sent as well via email. Cathy Cummings insisted that i needed to read over the check list as Ive already did and confirmed items Ive sent and when she responded again it was very rude and explained that she asked everyone in office and out about my application and no one knew anything and the names didn't sound familiar and when i gave her Rebecca Cantu's name she told me she left two weeks wither quit or fired being that none of my information was kept so i still wondered how was i put on the waiting list if i didn't provide no documents?!?!?! Very unprofessional yes i had to tell Cathy Cummings about herself and overall i still wasn't able to rent a unit after all of that time. WASTED!!!!

    0 stars. Ive called and left messages about getting an apartment. I cant get amy info on how to apply or even get on the waitlist. Ive been getting messages that they have 1, 2 and 3 avail for waitlist but cant for some reason get on the waitlist. New staff needed to deal with customers. Very unpro.

    I had an appointment last Friday to have a tour of the complex. When my husband and I got there and informed them the purpose of our visit, the ladies told us that they don’t do tours because of the rain. She didn’t even try to service us, nor even offer to reschedule the appointment for another day. If it were possible, The Hollows Apartments deserves no stars. She made my husband and I feel that she didn’t want to service us because of our color. (The last sentence is my opinion)

    I have lived here for almost a year Dec and with the new management I love it and definitely renewing my lease it’s calm and management Veronica is great helpful and makes changes that make the community better cleaner and accessible for everybody and their fur kids! As long as you take care of your unit and parking lot there is nothing wrong and no problems

    The elevators are in constant disrepair. My building has four floors and the elevator has been broken for more than a month. We the tenants have not been updated about the repair date and nobody cares that the disabled and seniors are on the 4th floor and made to climb 60 steps up and down carrying heavy groceries and laundry. Calls to office go unanswered or we're told different stories about it needs parts from overseas or can't break the warranty and use another elevator repairman. The stairwell smells like drugs and is often littered or someone's pet uses it as a bathroom. I've told management these things and still no repair of the elevator for a month and ongoing! Otherwise the units are nice, the people and staff but the service is not always equal and the elevator must be repaired not as just an amenities but for access and safety.

    Omg Im soooooo in love with the apartments there. The staff are so helpful and Stephanie is your go to girl!!! She’s so nice and understanding. Helps you and so knowledgeable about the property. I Can not wait to become a resident there.
