Upon moving to NC, I was a little apprehensive about finding a new dentist, especially after going to the same one since childhood. Thankfully, Eastowne has been nothing but a fantastic experience! All the staff are very friendly and professional and my journey starting as a new patient to an established one has been seamless. Cost-of-service is transparent and very reasonable, especially considering I am using the cheapest dental plan from my employer. Thank you for the incredible care thus far!

My best friend was my dentist in NYC for almost 15 years before we moved to the Chapel Hill area. Big shoes to fill! Dr. Kim has done it. He is so great! I was nervous at first, but he proved to me that his knowledge, skills, and temperament are top notch. I feel 100% confident and comfortable every time I sit in a chair in their beautiful new office with the state of the art equipment and the wonderful, attentive, caring staff. My whole family goes to this practice and we are very happy with all of the services provided. My rwo kids (under 8 years old) even like going to the dentist now! A+ all around and I recommend them 100%

Would definitely recommend Eastowne Family Dentistry! The office is beautiful and the staff are wonderful, they explain things easily and will explain again if there is any confusion, especially insurance questions. I also like that the office has the option to communicate through text, it is very convenient. Dr. Kim is exceptional. He demonstrates genuine concern for his patients, involving them in the treatment planning process and ensuring clear communication. Moreover, the practice is transparent about treatment costs, discussing them upfront. The entire team, from the front desk to dental assistants and dentists, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his team.

Dr.Kim is amazing. I have a terrible fear of dentists but he made me feel so comfortable and safe. The hygienists and assistants are amazing too. I was shaking and shivering and they brought me a blanket and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I high recommend them!

My husband had an urgent need that has led to multiple visits with Dr. Kim. He has been very impressed with Dr. Kim's knowledge, professionalism and gentle nature. I have very much appreciated all of Mistia's help at the front and enjoy chatting with her and the others while I wait. We have now had appointments for my kids and I'll be next. We have been so impressed and couldn't recommend them more! They have been amazing with scheduling, friendliness, communication and most definitely treatment.

My husband had a tooth that had fallen out and we needed to see a dentist quick. I looked up Dr. Kim and was able to set up an appointment for that Thursday. I was able to fill out all paper work at home via text and email including information from the former dentist since he would be a new patient with Dr. Kim. The day of the appointment we got to their office and discovered after calling that it was their old office. They told us at that time that they had moved. We let them know that we had just moved here from out of state and that the forms we filled out had the old address on it and could we still come because my husband's work schedule was not very flexible to work with for a later date. They told us to come to their new address and they would see him. They did the usual things for new patients and took x-rays, came to a common ground on what could be done and affixed a temporary tooth in place and also let us know what 3 treatments were available for him. They were very accommodating and explained the procedure and cost and healing time and even did a recement when the tooth fell out the same day after their return from a short vacation. We are getting the procedure done later this month and so far we are very happy with the staff and Dr. Kim. Thanks to Dr. Kim and the staff for giving us a good experience at your office. I have horrible dental anxiety and was dealing with some issues with my gums so made an appointment. This office was all so good, welcoming and understanding of my anxiety. They were soft spoken and explained everything they were going to do. This is definitely my new dentist from now on out.
