First they have no business listing “dine in” on webste They serve your food in styrofoam containers, cheap plastic silverware unless you use chopsticks. You don’t get waited on, have to order/pickup your food at a window. Staff stays inside the plastic shielded area at all times. There are no fountain drinks or water other than bottled. No fresh tea of any kind. Spicy Tuna Poke bowl was ground tuna with no flavor whatsoever! Tempura shrimp very heavily battered. The pork gyoga was tasty(dumplings I thought it was soup; there are no descriptions) Sadly the “dine in” tables and booths are top quality but no one eats there-all takeout while we were there and we will not be back. We live in Graham so takeout isn’t an option

They nailed our large lunch order for our office! It was correct, numbered so we could easily tell what the items were and who to give them to, and deliciously fresh! Portions are generous and the quality was great! The order was ready on time, the staff was friendly and even helped me carry the bags out to my car. Highly recommend!

I have been eating here for a few years. I have had poke from all over, even Hawaii, and this restaurant still has the best poke in my personal opinion. It's one of the rare places that's not scared to put some meat in your bowl, lol. I hate paying 15 dollars for a bowl full of rice with a small chunk of tuna. If you want a good poke bowl and want to get full check, this place out.

Stopped by and was excited to taste what I thought would be a good meal.. Ordered food and observed the cook dropping a raw piece of chicken on the floor and then picking it off the floor with the same tongs he was cooking with.. I then brought it to the attention of a woman who I think was his mother only to have her tell him what I said and then witnessing him saying he didn't do it...This place is Nasty.. eat at your own risk..If this is done in front of the customer..who knows what's done when you can't see for yourself.. I would not recommend this Restaurant to anyone.

Fresh in an open kitchen. Hibachi dishes are really well prepared. Poke bowl I had was The Hawaiian nice and flavorful, fresh and had a fair amount of Ahi Tuna. Nice group of people behind the counter. Drinks are all case, no fountain.

Finally! Ambrosial Pan-Asian cuisine in our own backyard. I fell in love with poke on my trip to Hawaii, but it was hard to find here at a reasonable price. Hibachi Poke offers delectable bowls of poke--Native Hawaiian seafood bowls with perfectly bite-sized chunks of salmon and Ahi tuna mixed with crabmeat, shrimp white or brown rice and crisp greens. You may order from the menu's Signature Combination bowls, or you can Build-Your-Own for endless combinations. Hibachi Poke serves the freshest tasting saltwater fish for it's "sushi bowls." If raw fish is not your thing, then order from their hibachi menu for a hot meal exploding with flavors (spicy, or not). Make sure to have a cup of their miso soup with the freshest, silkiest tofu you can get. Students get 15% discount! Mea'ai Maika'i ! Hawaiian for bon appetit!

If you're not hung up on atmosphere or great English but looking for really good poké with super fresh ingredients, I suggest giving this place a try. I was served large portions of ground ahi in my bowls each of the two times I've ordered here. The ahi is more like tartare than the cubed pieces I've become used to for poké, but nevertheless delicious! The service was impressively fast. I'll be back!

Eclectic menu. Though my party stuck to the hibachi section. Very tasty stuff. Though I thought the broth for the house soup needed seasoning. Online ordering available.

Service it’s bad. I ordered some hibachi and a cup of hot sauce. The guy just emptied all they had left in the bottle , I asked for more I even ask him for pay for that sauce and said he had no more. It was a lie 3 minutes later he came out with a unopened bottle from the fridge. 👎 Beside they have cheap plastic forks ….

UPDATE: I spoke to the owner and he was very apologetic. I did receive food but was afraid it may have been tampered with so was unable to eat it. I agreed to stop by and talk to him and her when I get over this Covid! I swear to God the most irrational, dramatic, rude, Interruptive, loud woman yelled at me over the phone for like four minutes straight. I placed an Uber eats order. Within minutes of the order being accepted I called the restaurant to tell them I’d like to add a couple extra sauces and please adjust the price accordingly. I sent little ❤️❤️❤️ with the special instructions because I typically love this restaurant. She said the kitchen close UberEats is wrong, I said that’s fine could you please cancel my order so I don’t get charged she said no no I can’t. Then almost cried for five minutes said she was making my order and re-opening the kitchen, I begged her not too. said Its fine it’s not your restaurants problem or hmy problem it’s a Uber Eats problem. She still yelled at me hung up on me twice, I’m not a Karen. I was understanding but I was fully being yelled at so I’m sure I did raise my voice a little bit. Worst customer service I think I’ve ever experienced. The food is usually good but definitely overrated and over priced. Sometimes when u can’t drive you go for the alternative and this is what I got this time! The front desk lady needs to be fired she’s completely unhinged. I also recorded it so anyone wants to hear it just reply to this review! I’ll post on social media 😂

The woman at the register was impatient and rude. She didn't understand that I was picking up an Uber Eats order and became annoyed at me answering "Uber Eats" when she asked if I had a phone order or if I was ordering at the counter. While they were preparing the bowl, I noticed they were squeezing plain Sriracha into the bowl. I mentioned that I had picked Sriracha aioli and the woman impatiently insisted that the Sriracha was Sriracha aioli. A potential food safety issue I noticed was that they reused gloves. The cook removed, tossed aside, and rewore the same glove multiple times while preparing my order. The food itself was fresh and decent quality. Unfortunately the large quantity of pure Sriracha in my bowl overpowered most of the ingredients. I wouldn't recommend this place due to the poor service. The cashier ruined my first experience at this restaurant

Our poke bowls were super yummy with high quality, fresh ingredients. We had ahi tuna and salmon with their house poke sauce. Took less than 5 minutes for our order which was convenient after grocery shopping next door. (This photo is my half- eaten bowl-- they are generous portions.)

Poke is one of my favorite meals so I look for places that make it, especially with lots of protein choices. This place hit the marks for that. With some difficulty, I placed an online order. Order was ready when I arrived later than requested. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful but the taste of the whole bowl was bland. I chose two sauces that I hoped were spicy and flavorful, which they were non existent or tasteless. If you up your sauce game you would have a winner for sure. I ordered two hibachi dinners for friends and theirs looked much more delicious than mine did. I do have to say the pickled Ginger was the best I have had. But good sauce reigns - fix it.

Poke was drenched in mayonnaise sauce. Every ingredient was so soaked the dish was terrible.

OMG!!! THIS PLACE IS AMAZINGILY DELICIOUS 😋😋😋 I've ordered from here twice the weekend alone. I have yet to be disappointed with the poke bowls I've got. This time the spring rolls and Kani salad were both deliciously fresh!! Like, it tastes like you are eating from a location that fish for its own proteins. Fresh fresh ingredients 😍 I've definitely become a repeat customer!!!

So I’ve been gone here for a little while now and I absolutely love their food their presentation is also adorable I myself get a very difficult Order because I do like to have a lot more veggies in my bowl and I’m OK with paying for that because the food taste fresh and delicious. I like my Poke bowls Really spicy with a lot of wasabi an soy sauce i’ll put down a picture of what I normally get if you wanna try it I got at least once a week because it’s right around the corner from my job and then I usually hit up meet fresh First for some hot tea and dessert that way my drive back my order will be done. I also usually get the pickled ginger on the side because I like to take bites of it just to cleanse my palate from eating too much this keeps me full for the day which is perfect for me because I’m on a fitness journey to be slimmer than what I am now I sometimes have pickled radish that I get from H Mart as a side also I would like to try the burrito but when I order online I don’t see it on there but I do know that they have it in store

This was the best poke bowl I have had in a long time. Great service. My only recommendation is not to get the cooked shrimp as a protein. It only comes with 3, maybe 4, pieces, so you are better off getting another.

This place has the best Poke bowls in Durham! My wife and I have been coming here for years and it's by far our favorite poke spot! They're also incredibly kind. Tonight, I accidentally left my wallet there. 5 minutes before closing I called them to see if I had left it there. They waited 20 minutes after closing for me to give it to me! That was very kind of them to do. Support this business!

This place is average. The inside was not very inviting. the bowl I got had fresh fish but was overrun by an excessive amount of onions and non cut cilantro with stems. I would probably go back and give them another try if I wasn't just passing through.
