    I stop by Chipotle quite frequently now on my way to work. I used to only go when I was in a rush but now I make an effort to stop by because it improves my day. Recently, Logan has been the one to make my order. I don’t know if he was brought in from another l location to help improve this one but he’s made a world of a difference. He’s incredibly sociable, friendly, and really improves the atmosphere of the location. You could tell he puts effort into his work and other customers love him too. Not only that, but he cooked the veggie mixture today and it was easily the best bowl I’ve had. Chipotle needs more employees like him!

    If you have a young Indian guy making your bowl you might as well turn around and go somewhere else. The most careless worker I’ve ever encountered at chipotle. Went too fast making the bowl and put 1 small scoop of chicken for a single serving. I ordered double chicken and ended up with a little less chicken than most workers give for a single serving. Usually they take time to drain the mild salsa water before adding… nope, right into the bowl. And I usually get sour cream but this worker was moving so carelessly that the sour cream was covered in hot salsa. Both mine and my GFs bowls and dinner are ruined. The guy behind us was smart enough to say… I’m gonna need a little more than that, to which the kid added more at no charge as if he knew he was skimping the customers. This is an experience that will definitely make me think twice about coming back, especially if he’s working the line.

    Tonight I went in this location and was waiting to place an order. I saw a girl with braids come over and refill the steak. While she did this her hair plopped all over and through the rice. This is a sanitation issue. I walked right out.

    My first visit to this location. It's the basic set up for this franchise, it appears a bit smaller than I'm accustomed to, no big deal, just making an observation. During this visit on a Saturday the restaurant was not busy, therefore there was not a significant wait time. The service was fast and the associate was attentive to my request for my order; I was very pleased with that. The staff was also friendly and everyone appeared to be busy and engaged in their task. I opted to dine in, I had my selection trackers. I did notice the tables could use some cleaning. I was able to manage, but they could use some attention. The floor wasn't visibly dirty with napkins or food, that was a good thing. I also took a trip to the restroom and found it was clean, another plus. Overall, I'm satisfied with the visit, if in the area I would return and recommend.

    I usually have a good experience at this location, but today in my opinion was a huge fail in good customer service and providing fresh food. I ordered my food online on my way home. I went to pick up my order, I located the bag with my name and order on it and proceeded home. When I got home 20 minutes later I find that my order is completely wrong and it has someone else's name on the food inside the bag. I get back in the car, drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant to get the correct order. Instead of giving me a fresh order of food, the guy on the cash register non chantly tells me yeah we messed your order, but it's on the shelf. I asked him for a fresh order since the food has been sitting on the shelf for at least 50 minutes now. He insists that my request is not fair and that I just wanted free food. Like how was asking for free food. I simply asked for what I paid for fresh food. I had also included a tip. He insisted that he would have to throw all three orders, that didn't even make since. I asked for a fresh order the two orders he would have to throw out was their fault for not getting the order right in the first place. Also, my number and email were attached to the order so why not call me and let me know that you got my order wrong and ask me to come back to the store hopefully before I got all the way home? His attitude was uncalled for especially given I wasn't mad or disrespectful, I was understanding that my order got messed up, I was simply requesting that he give me a fresh order not food that had been sitting on the shelf for almost an hour now. I wasn't even asking for a refund. I was simply asking for the commitment to fresh food and good customer service that Chipotle advertised. Anyway, I left very disappointed. I feel this could have been handled better Chipotle.

    We dine in tonight , my rice was half cooked, lettuce are mixed with old , wilted lettuce and the serving area are so filthy. I approached the man, who must be the one in charge and complained about the rice but he is very nasty and not even apologetic. I love Chipotle but please do not waste your money on this location!!!!     My wife ordered chips to go with our burritos and guac and queso, and the bottom of the bag was barely covered with chips, thanks a lot. Way to treat your customer after dropping over $40.

    My first visit to Chipotle. Ordered online and picked up in store. The label on the lid was correct, but the contents of the bowl were not. I did not realize this until I arrived back home, twenty minutes away. Hugely disappointed and annoyed. Further complaints are only taken online, not by phone. Funny because based on the other reviews, if they took complaints by phone, their phone would be ringing all day. With much technical difficulty I finally submitted a complaint online and I hope to get my money back. I will never return here.

    Two stars because the food (when correct) is reliably filling and better/fresher than somewhere like Taco Bell. But, there is no point whatsoever in ordering online. In the majority of times we've ordered online, they hadn't even started the order by the estimated time it would be ready. And it's not a matter of how busy they are, just seemingly a lack of organization. Which is all bad enough, but the likelihood of an accurate order also plummets when ordering online. If you like the food, just order in person. It'll get made faster *and* you can make sure they fulfill it accurately.

    After picking up my DoorDash order (August 25) from pickup shelves this AP Logan run after me and demanded to see my phone for confirmation which is never done at this location before since I’ve been picking up delivery orders at this location for the last 3 years. When I asked why, he came right at my face aggressively said some orders been stolen recently. So he was basically ethnic profiling and assuming I was stealing the food, even though almost everyone knows me at this location because they see me almost every other day. They still don’t ask anyone else for confirmation and people are just picking up their orders without interacting with the staff. This is clearly discrimination and seems like Chipotle management/ownership doesn’t care working with this hateful person.

    I ordered a Garlic Guajillo Steak bowl and I took two bites and didn't like it. I walked to the register and asked for a refund. The lady at the register says she can, then another guy walks up with an attitude and says "we don't give refunds because you don't like it" . That's terribly rude. While sitting here finishing my drink, he has made rude remarks and ugly glances toward my direction. I shouldn't feel uncomfortable because I don't like the food. I want my money back.

    Big complaints on their serving size. 1. This store only gives a little food just enough for a 5 year old kid. 2. Buy 1 get 1 free is a joke, because amount of 2 entrees on BOGO equals to 1 on regular day. 3. You get more food if you have same skin color of the stuff. Very annoying. DO NOT GO.

    Prices going up, quality going down, customer service is awful, food safety is disgusting. Bought 2 bowls and a kids meal, 40$, entire family had food poisoning with diarrhea, vomiting and fever for the next 3 days, they forgot misc things on the order like my sons apple juice. Wasn’t a pleasant experience.

    Ordered in person and it wasn’t busy but I was still given the wrong order. Didn’t realize until I got home. This is extremely disappointing as I was looking forward to my food after a long day at work. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Called the number to be answered by a bot. Tried to speak with a live agent and slow responses. I received a free entree instead of a refund. So now I have to drive 10 minutes back to Chipotle to reorder my meal. This is unacceptable.

    this place is absolutely bogus. they either gave me a wet bag or the bowl leaked juice and it dropped right out the bottom of the bag onto the parking lot. I went back and asked if I can have a reprieve and I got the "I don't believe you look". Then he says, "Do you have the receipt". Yeah let me go dig that out of the pile of rice and beans on the parking lot. Then I get a half a bowl to replace even though I paid 12 dollars, very unprofessional!

    Went during lunch time and there wasn’t many customers in there at all. I order my usual and the hot sauce ration to the food was too much that it overwhelmed the rest of the ingredients. Also the rice was not cooked all the way and were still very crunchy. It ruined the whole burrito bowl.

    I went into chipotle tonight excited to get me a burrito bowel. Well I was met by a tall Caucasian Man that was working front line. It started off great him asking me what rice I wanted and beans but after that it took a turn. When he asked me my sides were at the salsa station , before I can spit out my full words I was met by pico de gallo salsa on my bowel. All because I said mild being I was thrown off by him moving extremely fast. Then he proceeds to say out loud as if I was dumb , just so you know this is mild and this is spicy I know my salsa’s thank you. Next I told him that is not what I wanted , so when I voiced that I was met with the worse attitude and he’s like you said mild , he states “so do I have to take this off now “ I say yes. So he goes and slams the food in the garbage. And I’m telling the other co worker he’s moving so fast I can’t think or truly say what I want . The other co worker just bows their head as if they don’t see how this man is acting. So he comes back to the salsa station after remaking my food and says you want spicy salsa and I’m so shaken up by his attitude literally I’m having anxiety attack in the inside , I couldn’t get out that I just wanted a little bit of spicy salsa . He then literally dumps a spoon full of salsa on my bowel , after feeling so disrespected and afraid to speak up I just accepted what was thrown in my bowel . Now my bowel is ruined by all this spicy salsa, this is the second time this has happen at this chipotle with the men. Idk if that last time was the same guy because the last guy was also a tall Caucasian man . How can you treat your customers so poorly, when we are literally paying for the food it’s not free or cheap . Also no person wants to feel rushed when they are ordering food , I didn’t know this was fast paced chipotle . The resolution I’m looking for is better customer service , everyone can’t order at a fast pace. I get it it’s getting busy but a split second to slow down and listen to a paying customer isn’t going to hurt anyone.

    Worst location in the area! Was greeted upon entering establishment, however food is very bland no spice or seasoning. Employees seemed to be new or confused on the process of checking out customers, which resulted in me not receiving my full order. Will not be returning.

    Absolutely incredible staff! I came in fairly late and my order was made wrong. They gave me a discount and a free item and were so kind and apologetic. I work in service and for this kind of energy at the end of a long day and an annoying mistake is incredible. LOVE THESE PEOPLE!

    I always order through the app. Last time, when I arrived they said my order was stolen from the pickup shelf. Didn't believe it at the time, and I see from at least one other review that that's a common excuse. I realize crime is on the rise and civilization is slowly disintegrating but how many burritos can one "unhoused person" eat? It's only busy during rush times, so I'm guessing they're just clowning around. Whatever, been there myself as a lad. Anyway, I waited another 10 minutes and I must say the portions were huge compared to most franchises. Didn't really pay attention to the seasonings or the texture of the rice because...it's a fast food restaurant. Half of these reviewers seem to think they're dining at The French Laundry. Which wine do you pair with your McNuggets? That said, the chips are always stale at this location.

    Chicken Al pastor is great. I love their salad dressing, every time I come they don’t have it. I am now asking every time before I order if they have it. They tell me yes, I get to the end and guess what… the do not have any salad dressing. Really disappointing!!!! And the tables are always dirty, Diet Coke is out, no sign to tell you that so you fill up with clear liquid, have to dump the ice and start over. Coke Zero was their answer when I asked if they were out. Management is obviously lacking! Next time I’ll have to get evidence that they have dressing before I order. Oh, and the salad I got had about 10 pieces of lettuce with 2 of them being the end/core of the lettuce.

    I usually try to give stores the benefit of the doubt, but rude employees coupled with empty promises is not a good look. I ordered online, got my food, all is well. Bought a drink specifically for the sweet tea just to notice they’re out. Oh.. Okay. I ask the girl at the front when they’re making some more. Apparently they’re not. At 12pm on a Sunday. Ok… So I ask for a refund. She grabs who I assume is the manager and they tell me they’ll make some more for me and come and get me, should be about 10 minutes. I sit down and wait. And wait. And wait. I see 4 people also try to get tea. Nothing. Ok… I go to the front so they can see me again. No acknowledgment. Granted there were a lot of people coming in now. I wait. 35 minutes later and still nothing. So I’m probably just gonna leave. This just goes to say that I wouldn’t recommend this Chipotle, mainly due to the irritation you can expect along with your meal. Not to mention my food was cold. Great.

    Worst chipotle I've ever been at. Multiple late online orders that varied from 15-30 minutes based on the estimated ready time. I have the unfortunate circumstance of living near this location and it's been terrible experience more than half the time.
