It was a good experience but there is one big problem, that is that the taxi drivers are partners with the employees here, when you go to find out, they take a lot of money.😁😁😁

Great place specially in winter season . You will get 10ft of snow here. All winter activity happens here . People Who comes shimla, comes here . You have to treak 1500meter to reach here . There is other option that is horse . Up down rent 500. You will get various stall here from shopping to food .

Kufri is a must visit place while in Shimla (just 14km drive from shimla) Its beautiful and you can enjoy various activities. But you should be very careful while selecting the best guides. There are various stalls along the way to kufri. Make sure you select the stalls from the end. The best guides would have a rate board (as the rates are fixed by association). You can see in the below image. Other stalls are going to charge very high rate (almsost 8-9k per 2 people) We spent the entire day in Kufri, and had our own 4*4 with guide. They pick and drop us to various points and wait for you till you return (never forget to take the number of the driver who is showing you around) Note: Do not blindly trust your driver or cab person (they run on comminsion, you might not always have the best expirience)

We visited this place during December 20, 2021. There was no sight of snow. Avoid taking the horses as it will ruin your clothes. try going this places around snowfall to enjoy more

We visited (Group of 4 collegemates) in the month of February 2017. From Delhi we booked bus for Shimla, we reached our destination at 5 AM and as soon as we stepped out of the bus, the experience was chilling to our core. We looked the temperature it was -1° C. Soon we booked the hotel and then we were relieved. There are lot of destination spot to thrill yourselves. Kufri Fun Campus is an amusement park to enjoy the whole day. This park is equipped with various rides, pools, and the world's highest go-kart track. The name Kufri is derived from the word kufr meaning "lake" in the local language. The highest point in the surrounding region, Kufri has a Himalayan wildlife zoo that hosts rare species such as antelopes, felines, and birds etc.

It is the best place for the people who seeks adventures. You can get there very easily from the shimla railway station and just enjoy. It was the best day of my life, i had never been in the snow ever but that day changed everything. If you wants to come with family it will be the best thing to do this weekend. It was very affordable and 🎿 was best and the tube slide.

The place is so good. Kufri is famous for the snow point in shimla. You will find the amazing views over here for photoshoot. Don't waste your money on the activities in Kufri if you are planning to visit Solang Valley Manali. The activities are much more expensive compare to Solang Valley. One should only take Clothes and Shoes on rental from the local store at lower prices only to protect you regular clothes getting dirty or wet. All other activities are waste of money.

Scam artists near here for a trip towards the top for fun world or adventure sports. They are charging 500 for horse riding which is very dangerous along the route and they don't even provide enough guide and try to hurry then along the steep way. Also they keep pestering you to get the 1000₹ sightseeing package which is basically free if you reached the top.
