Very nice hotel. Great perfumed smell what you walk in to give it an air of quality. The food was very nice in the restaurant and there was a selection of drinks available. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The staff looked a little overworked in the bar. The shower pressure was a little low but ok, did what it needed to do.

Nice and polite receptionist, clean rooms, no noise outside, perfect for an overnight stay to catch the morning flight. There are busses going to the hotel, but you need to double check. We had to walk to the hotel, thinking that isn't too far, but I recommend using their transfer service. You can order it with them, as well when going to the airport- just confirm with the receptionist. We took the transfer on the way to the airport and it was worth it

Nice bar and resto for a 3 star hotel. Rooms are a bit worn out but clean, 6 mins from the airport is very convenient if you have an early flight.

Stayed one night as I was flying out early in the morning. It's situated close to the airport but not within walking distance. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom even though I didn't see it noted on their website. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Didn't use the shuttle service as I was being dropped off at the airport.

The room smelled of smoke, like if someone had just smoked in the room. I asked if I could get a different room, my request was denied - other rooms smelled too by the way. Their solution was to spray the room with some sort of anti-tobacco product (did nothing to the smell). All of my clothes smell bad. Mediocre, at best, place to stay. EDIT: I understand your issue, but it's not acceptable. I had to dry clean some of my clothes.

25 min walking away from airport. 20€ by taxi, 5 minutes. Small old rooms with 80cm twin beds, and old fashioned bathroom.

Less than 10 minutes drive from Charleroi Airport. Convenient, just to spend one night. Restaurant has good food choices and local beers.

Clean, quiet room. Average breakfast. Very close to airport which is an asset. Ample parking. Inexpensive. I had a rented car, but they offer a commuter to airport. Customer service needs improvement. Still I recommend this hotel.

It is very convenient when having an early morning flight. Good location. Very helpful staff. The room was pretty basic. The only problem was that the room was smelling bad. You have to give the room some fresh air.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in process was quick. The hotel is close to the airport which is nice. They also provided a shuttle service (for a fee) that brought us to the train station. I would stay here again in the future.

Beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The hotels location is undoubtedly one of its highlights as it is conveniently situated a 10 minute drive, from the airport. Furthermore it is in proximity to shops making it incredibly convenient for travelers like myself. Another great feature is having an on site restaurant that exceeded my expectations in terms of its quality and variety. I can confidently say that their steaks were a highlight and an absolute delight. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and convenience, with top notch service and delectable food options.

Great place to stop at if you have an early morning flight out of the airport. Food was good, room was spacious and clean it the bed settee was a little creaky. Shuttle bus was reliable and comes at a cost of €5 per person.

Good service. Rooms were alright, beds were comfy but the bathroom a little small. The shuttle service (taxi) is 6.50 euros per person. Not cheap but better than getting a taxi on your own. We attempted to walk but its much further than expected so do go for their shuttle.

Hotel parking spacious enough. You can eat at the hotel restaurant or Burger King is just 20 min. walk away. You will pass this Burger when driving to the hotel from the motorway. An iron and an ironing desk available at the room - positively surprised. Local tax 3€/person charged separately at the reception desk (A.D. 2023). Card payment for local tax possible. WiFi secured and fast.

Helpful and friendly staff made the trip a pleasure, the room was large for the price and the food seemed to be made with care. For the little experience I have of airport hotels I hope future ones are like this one. PS it's a bit of a slog if you walk it from aeroport Charleroi (I know from experience!) Get the shuttle!

Good motel for a one night. The room was big and spacious. Staff (night shift) was incredible and assisted us with milk for the young one.

For the price its ok. Te food is not the Best, and is expensive. The bier is the Best of restorant. The room not inclued a soap, shampoo or similar. Tv without smart sistem.

Smelly bathroom, at the restaurant were people parting laud hole night, bothering everyone. Also beware of taxi drivers at the airport, they're tried to cheat you! Food and service were OK.

Reception staff where excellent from the moment we entered the building to the moment we left. We were in Charleroi City centre after watching the local clubs league game and were struggling to get back to the hotel. The police wouldn't help us and nobody could understand us! We rung Aero44 and they arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the local McDonalds. Also the next morning, our transfer was due to pick us up at 04:00, when they hadn't arrived, reception sorted us a transfer to come within 20 minutes! So helpful and the rooms were above expectations for the price paid also!

The room smelled literally like sewers. It looked ok and was comfortable, but the smell was horrid. Also, the food at the restaurant couldn't be any worse if they tried. They had no vegetarian options, only a sad looking cheese platter. The service at the dining room was really bad, we had to go and get the waiter a few times until he actually got our order. Also, the prices at their so called restaurant were really high - 16 euros for a frozen premade supermarket lasagna. Do not recommend, but at least the receptionists were polite and helpful.

Very good beds, but the room was extremely hot so we did not shed an eye. Also a bit noisy since we had to open the window to get a minimum of air. Staff was very helpful and friendly though.

When you are looking for a good hotel next to the airport, this is a good choice. Accessibility guaranteed. The restaurant ist quite good, the fitness room is ok.

Hotel is OK, but service is super bad. They claim they offer shuttle service, but then it takes 1 hour to get the lift. They should plan based on the flight schedule as the ad-hoc service simply does not work.

Maybe the location is not super great, but all the rest is excellent.

Only for 1 night stay. All food places far away for 23 or later eating.
