A beautiful hotel. The rooms are a bit small but excellent. The service is Abdo and the staff are nice. I had a beautiful vacation with my family.

*sometimes* friendly check in staff were the only remotely positive aspect of this experience. My first room was filthy and smelled very strongly of body odour. I have doubts as to whether the linens on the bottom bed were even changed at all. The hotel was extremely noisy and the walls very thin, allowing me to hear snoring and yelling from the room down the hall. I was then forced to change rooms at 1am after waking up to a bed covered in bed bugs. Got no refund, despite being denied the most basic service possible. May seem like a good deal, but it's really not good enough.

Ended up here as where I was wasn't suitable so it was a late night last minute change. When we arrived the first clue should have been the taxi driver making a distinct sound. To look at you think you're entering an old factory or work house. We didn't really care at that point we needed a bed. Now due to my tiredness and stress I hadn't realised it was all shared bathrooms and wc. After passing some shady looking clientele we found our room a tiny double bed with a bunk bed so not suitable for a 2 year old . It looked like they'd been in the back of my grans closet for bedding . There was one plug socket. The first thing we did was get online and look for another hotel. Whilst I went down to reception to let them know it was not at all suitable and we wouldn't be staying the very helpful staff member did refund us and later help us order a taxi so there the 1star was deserved . It is very much a hostel that feels very seedy and there are probably more prostitutes than clean glasses here. It may be suitable for a desperate labourer passing through but absolutely not for families or anyone who likes to feel clean. * it makes you feel dirty walking through the corridor .I did not have the joy of visiting the toilet.... my husband did and I'm sure his bladder was to scared to relax due to fear of infection. Steer clear of this.

We didn't quite have the dream getaway experience at the Classeco Hotel in Charleroi. Mosquitoes, flies, dirty facilities, and other unwanted guests certainly don't paint a promising picture. And let's not forget that vending machine coffee- or as I like to call it, "dirt coffee." Not exactly the kind of wake-me-up you were hoping for! It seems like our stay was accompanied by a rather colourful cast of characters - drug users, sextourism enthusiasts, and even a manager who enjoys night-time hallway wandering. The plot thickens right?! But hey, on the bright side, I need to mention that the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. So if there's one thing going for it, it's the ease of transport for your speedy exit.

Very basic hotel, but clean rooms, such a shame with shared bathrooms. But very cheap, For the price you have a good bed and clean room. I was just surprised that there was no plug for the phone charger in my room.

Really dirty hotel rooms and it seems like a lot of peasants living in the hotel like for good, they was smoking inside the rooms and was walking around on a normal week day the entire night, got a really unpleasant sleep. The staff was really nice and the only positive thing about the hotel.

We spent around 40€ for one night in November (for three people!). We arrived at 3am from a late flight to find the front desk slightly angry at as for coming in so late. The corridors did smell of smoke and the shower situation was interesting (pictures linked) but 40€ for three people is unbeatable. The room seemed fairly clean and did the trick. Good for the price, but certainly no frills. A solo traveller might feel unsafe.

Front of house very good and helpful, arranged taxi to the airport and it arrived on time and very reasonably priced, after that not very good. Only pick this hotel if you are not fussy and have a low budget. No water pressure on shower and toilet did not flush, these facilities are separate to the. The room is very compact and very basic.

Clean. Friendly staff. Good location. But too much money. The bathroom is very bad. However, I'll book again if needed something this close to the airport.

First of all, they have shared bathrooms. Surprisingly, it has very clean rooms. The common area/'Lobby' is very small. The best is that it is very close to the airport. This is not a place to stay with your kids, you see some weird people here. if you are going to stay here, call them, they will send you a taxi that cost half of what they charge you at the main station.

Arrived after midnight had a call with philip( night shift reception man) dont know if i write his name right. But i was already stressed with how the taxi people work at the airport they literally change their prices at every ask, called philip and he was patient with me and was able to help and receive me at a very calm and polite manner. First time in charloi, only wish was that they were closer to the airport like walking distance😅 anyways i weirdly slept so good i woke up at 5am thinking the clock was wrong as i felt i slept more 😂 Thanks philip for the non smoking and comfy room( im pregnant so good sleep was needed on this mini vacay) Really appreciate nice, relaxed staff like him. I can only name him and my room as a good experience in my short stop over trip/ stay . I am pleased and blessed 😇
