    Music is amazing, not too loud at all! Gives a good energy and vibe to the store! I heard my name perfectly when it was called and my drink was made in a good amount of time, considering how busy it was! The employees work fast and are very kind, despite some customers (like Cesar) who ruin the mood for no reason, probably because he's never worked a food service job lol. Pretty busy but I don't expect it to be slow, considering it's in the center of Downtown Charleston

    Always busy, but the baristas there are constantly on 10 making sure that everything runs efficiently, despite having to deal with some of the most impatient, entitled, and rude people I have ever witnessed. Most of these ditsy rich kids with their low reviews have never worked a day in their lives, and take it personal when minor mistakes are made by baristas during rush. Also, the amount of times I’ve witnessed grown men berating baristas over half their age for minor mistakes, such as not putting enough foam on top of their hot drink (THE FOAM MELTS YOU IDIOT) is ridiculous. If I could cause people that behave like this at their grown age to spontaneously combust into flames with my mind, I would. Nobody cares that you’re in a rush because guess what, so are the other 20 customers that came before you. So wait in line and behave like an adult. Anyway, great place!

    Went down to get a coffee beverage...didn't have to wait in line to order, but I did have to wait a bit for my drink...seems they were doing a big to go order...but still the wait want too long. The drink was good...and I paid with a gift card so it was really free.

    This Starbucks is very nice inside and very clean. However, the person at the counter was a bit snappy towards me. First, they directed me to get in a specific line even though I was the only person at the counter, then they gave me my drink, and I had just asked if it was mine to make sure since they didn't ask me for my name upon taking my order, and they said "yes, does it look wrong to you?" I tried to brush it off, but it just felt off to me. I had never been here before, so I was not familiar with how the line worked or if they took names or not.

    This Starbucks is fairly large and has some tables and couches. The staff are friendly and patiently explain simple concepts to customers, like the fact that a caramel macchiato has espresso. I did not need to wait long. My talk mocha was too sweet and tasted more like Swiss miss cocoa but that might have to do with Starbucks potentially changing the syrup or recipe in the last decade. Customers spill things frequently so some parts of the cafe are dirtier than others.

    I recently visited the Starbucks in the Francis Marion Hotel on my way to a treatment at "The Spa of Charleston" which is one floor down from the Starbucks on the lower level. I was looking for a quick caffeine fix before my treatment, and I was not disappointed. The Starbucks is located right inside the hotel, so it was very convenient to get to. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered a venti vanilla latte, and it was delicious. The coffee was perfectly brewed, and the latte was made with just the right amount of foam. I also appreciated that the Starbucks had a variety of seating options. There were tables and chairs for people who wanted to sit and work, as well as a few couches for people who wanted to relax. I was able to find a seat quickly, and I was able to enjoy my coffee in peace before my treatment. Overall, I had a great experience at the Starbucks in the Francis Marion Hotel.     I was staying at the Francis Marion last week for a work conference, which is attached to this Starbucks. Each morning my co-worker, Maddi, and I would go down to Starbucks and order from Summer. Listen, I’ve never been so happy to go to a Starbucks before. Summer would call us by our name when we walked in, even though we were only there for 4 days. Like come on now, that’s awesome! Maddi and I would randomly comment to each other throughout the day how awesome the atmosphere was because of Summer. Summer and their co-workers were in such great moods that it really helped put the day in motion. Summer, keep it up because you were absolutely awesome!! Thank you for our delicious drinks!!

    Worst Starbucks experience ever.. waited over 20 minutes for a simple coffee and tea wehad ordered online 10 minutes earlier. We were on a time crunch so eventually had to leave without picking up our food or drinks. A poorly designed location that just seemed terribly understaffed, It was incredibly inefficient.

    Very disappointed that this “premium” Starbucks does not have sufficient Wi-Fi for its premium customers needs! Seriously! I’ve been coming to the store for six months and it’s the same story every time….. we’re sorry the Wi-Fi doesn’t work very well. Guess what ? the manager is well aware of this and obviously doesn’t care ! They could easily pay for a better Wi-Fi service plan to fulfill the cafés needs. It’s a joke ! I had some work to do and needed to jump on the internet for a minute and that’s the only reason why I bought a cup of coffee. Sadly all they had was the overly smokey/burnt flavored Pike roast. And of course I got the same lame excuses by the management and the café staff! Avoid this Starbucks! If you hope to hop on Starbucks wifi! That overly Smokey/burnt flavor of the Pike roast has left a bad taste in my mouth! And the lame excuses about the insufficient Wi-Fi is quite nauseating!

    too slow!! I ordered my coffee on app!and I waited 20 minutes before I went over to get my coffee (because I knew they were slow) But still didn't saw my coffee, I had to go back to the workplace, I had to wait until 12:30 before I could use the rest time to pick it up again. why can it be so slow🤷🏻‍♀️

    Ordered ahead and waited 20 min past the time it was supposed to be ready…..just a coffee and tea. No espresso drinks. Finally had to leave to catch our ferry and no way to cancel our order or get a refund, wouldn’t even answer the phone when we called after having to leave. A súper unorganized store!!

    Baristas Shane and Katie are amazing. They ate incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very passionate. Everytime I come in when one of or both of these baristas are working I am greeted with big smiles and delightful conversation. They truly make my day and make the experience of coming to this Starbucks the best it could be. Thank you Katie Shane!!

    This is my favorite Starbucks . The staff is so personable as well as friendly . They are efficient as well . The food as well as the beverages are excellent and I have never had a bad order here . The atmosphere is great and it’s very clean as well. They care about their customers no matter who they are .

    Terrible attendance!!! We placed the order and waited for an hour and a half, we were with children and we couldn't wait any longer. We went to the attendant and asked if something happened to our order and he said we had to wait. After a while we asked for the second time and another attendant said that the order was thrown in the trash, as they had called our name and no one showed up, which is not true, as we were sitting in front of the service counter. They refunded the amount paid and we ordered our snack again, it came with a semi-raw hamburger, my husband ate it and felt sick all day, with vomiting and diarrhea, I threw mine away. absurd!
