I called to ask a question and the lady at the front desk cut me off three times, couldn't even get my question out because she kept talking over me. If they make asking a simple question difficult, then I can't imagine what it must be like going for an actual appointment.

Lady who answers the phone (name is Donna or something similar i think) is extremely rude, unprofessional, as well as inept. makes every visit unforgettable and i leave feeling worse every time. it is also impossibly difficult to navigate the website, make an appointment, or confirm apppointments.

The front desk lady needs to be fired. The moment I walked in I did not feel welcomed. Unnecessary attitude, no eye contact, and no attentiveness for someone that’s seeking medical attention.

The front desk associate being the first person you see when you walk in does not give a good representation of the student health services. She had an attitude the moment I walked in the door. I waited an extra 30 minutes for her to book an appointment. This wouldn’t be an issue normally since it’s the front desk associates job to know how to do that in most clinics, except this one. She had me running around from nurse to nurse to figure out how to book and appointment. Wasting my time and delaying attention to my medical needs. The desk associate put me in a bad mood and ruined my day.

Lee Penny is absolutely awful. CofC should seriously reevaluate hiring her for the position.

I have PTSD and was working with one of the psychologists at CofC, who said getting my prescriptions for sleeping medication and anti depressants refilled through health services wouldn't be an issue. Unfortunately, health services doesn't really give out sleeping medication, and instead wrote me a prescription for an anti anxiety that my veterinarian had previously prescribed for my dog for thunderstorms-same dosage and all, even though I'm six times my dog's weight. Oh, and the veterinarian was kind enough to even have the medication in their office so I didn't have to go to a pharmacy to pick it up. Synopsis-if you're not a dog, I would suggest going anywhere else.
