Listen,
you
know
what
you
get
when
you
choose
to
stay
at
motels
so
this
review
is
not
at
all
about
the
condition
or
quality
of
the
room
or
building.
However,
after
an
abysmal
experience
at
the
Red
Roof
Inn
which
left
my
poor
mother
in
tears,
I
walked
in
to
the
lobby
to
talk
to
Matt.
He
was
so
kind
and
listened
to
the
crazy
story
about
the
assistant
manager
at
RRI
on
a
power
trip
that
threatened
to
call
the
police
on
me
and
my
mom
for
having
dogs
at
a
dog-friendly
hotel.
Matt
was
so
incredibly
kind
and
told
us
they
allowed
for
two
dogs
in
one
room
with
a
small
pet
fee
and
got
us
a
room
right
near
the
elevator
so
our
older
pup
could
have
an
easy
trip
upstairs.
He
went
out
of
his
way
to
ensure
we
were
okay
and
felt
safe
at
his
motel.
Overall
amazing
customer
service
from
Matt
the
night
before
Xmas
Eve
-
a
true
diamond
in
the
rough
and
cannot
say
enough
positive
things
about
Matt's
demeanor
and
presence!
This
chain
should
be
very
proud
to
employ
Matt
as
he
handles
customer
experience
issues
that
most
3-5
star
hotels
couldn't
even
fathom
with
composure
and
grace.
