Very popular, waterfront restaurant. We were craving some whole, fried flounder and decided to give this place a try for lunch on our way out of town. The restaurant opens at 11 and already had a sizable line when we arrived. As they were just opening, the line moved quickly and we were seated inside with a nice view of the moored cruise ship adjacent to the restaurant. At the suggestion of the waitress we tried the Stuffed Hush Puppies. They were amazing and I would rate them at a 5 by themselves. We had intended to have the Crispy Whole Fried Southern Flounder, but unfortunately they were out of whole flounder when we visited. Instead, we had a Fried Seafood Platter with Flounder and Shrimp. The breading used was light and everything was delicious. They do not have traditional tartar sauce, but the accompanying remoulade was very good. The vegetable special was Butter Beans. They were a nice surprise - probably the best I’ve had dining out and I wish I could make mine at home that good! Even though we were disappointed they were out of the whole flounder, the food and service was excellent and we look forward to eating here again.

We came here for a quick lunch while visiting Charleston and we were greeted by friendly faces. We sat by the bar and ordered their Fried Flounder. It was delicious with just enough peach flavored creamy sauce. Collards greens and rice were perfect to go with the dish. This is a big platter and Perfect for sharing. Awesome location and great service. Thank you.

This place is amazing! My cousin got the fried green tomatoes and they had this crab dip in between that was divine!!! The fried flounder was also good even though I didn't care for the tartar sauce. I always get the bread pudding as it is the best I have ever had but I tried my cousin's Hugenot tort and it is unbelievable! Next time I would get it, but get the ice cream on the side as it turns into soup at some point.

This place is a gem! We were so glad that we could get a table reservation by adding our name and waiting for the table at the terrace. My husband and I shared a couple of appetizers and the fried flounder as a main dish. Our favourite appetizer was fried green tomatoes and then the calamari (very thick and juicy)! We also had hush puppies and they were also very good. We finished with pecan pie. Everything was so beyond our expectations! Hats off to the chefs and the service!

Dropped by to get a bite to eat. And it was delicious. The waitress was the best. Gave us the inside scoop on all the great food and sauces they make in house. The appetizer was scrumptious. Can't complain at all. Had a great view of the water. Watching all the sail boats floating around. It's was beautiful ❤️. Had some coconut butterfly shrimps with fries. It's a great place to kick back and enjoy some delicious food and drinks. With a side of a wonderful view of the water 🌊. Definitely recommend 👌🏼🤌🏼.

Our first time! Because we were a party of 6 no reservation would take our group on a busy Friday night! Luckily we got there at 5:00 PM the restaurant was already full at the first open time, we were lucky to get a table outside with a beautiful view and sea breeze, and all our dishes were delicious and portions were good to share. The Half Shell Oysters appetizer was so good we almost order a 2nd dozen, even though they were super busy, our server Steve was very attentive and ran things smoothly for us. The shrimp and grits, and whole flounder were must try if you are there. Highly recommend! Will be returning soon with my family.

Always a great experience! This is a required stop for me whenever I visit Charleston. The food and service is always amazing at Fleet Landing! Today we had brunch with the fried Calamari for an appetizer. Best Calamari ever!! So thick and tender, and so delicious. For our entrees, two of us had the quiche (brunch special), and the other had the shrimp and grits. Everything was very delicious! Highly recommended!

Fantastic restaurant with good view next to lake and delicious food! Shrimp and grits was very flavorful! Grits still have the corn looking consistency and the gravy is not too salty. Fried were AMAZING!!!! Crunchy and hot! Fish sandwich was filled with fish not just 1-2 pieces. Very delicious food….totally recommended

Best to get reservations, especially for more than a couple people. We arrived on a Sunday about 1:30 - 2:00 pm. There were no tables available and no seats at the bar either and over an hour wait for 2 people. We came back the next day. Their website / open table said nothing available, but we were able to get seated immediately outside. We had also left a voicemail but never received a call back. We didn't make reservations because we weren't sure when we'd be done with other things we had planned. We parked across the street in a garage which was $1.00 per 30 minutes. Our waitress, Nicole, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Oysters on the half were delicious as was the blackened swordfish with butter beans and rice.

Really good Southern Food!!! the fried green tomatoes were awesome!, shrimp and grits was delicious, the pecan pie was to die for!! All the food here was very tasty and authentic. This restaurant is waterfront, we weren’t seated outside but the views seem to be very nice. They are under construction I must say, but the place was extremely busy for a Thursday afternoon. Service was good our server Steven was really attentive, I do recommend this restaurant!!!

Service and all the food were great. They even got us right in with a party of 6. Seafood is the best we had in Charleston. You can not beat the atmosphere on the water. Our new favorite!

Love eating here with such a great view of the harbor. When we got there they told us it be a 30 minute wait. Glad we stayed as it only took 15 minutes to get a nice table outside. The waiter was very good at explaining certain items on the menu and was very attentive if we needed anything. He recommended the deserts so we took advantage since we still had room for more food. I've been here 3 times and always bring out of town guests here. Can't beat it. The food has been so good every time.

Not sure why the stench is so bad on the bay…. We were able to get our name in the list and got in when they said. The Hush Puppies were delicious but lacked the meat promised; a few shrimp and one piece of lobster, 3 puppies for $18. The gumbo was ‘good’ and the chicken penne was good but I wasn’t a fan of the gravy. The grilled shrimp was so charred we could not eat it… we let our server know and she apologized but didn’t offer a discount. I felt so bad leaving jumbo shrimp uneaten but we really tried!!! Even the wooden skewers were so scorched they were in pieces. Everyone was friendly but I let it was Noy worth it…… spent $100 for two and had no alcoholic beverages.
