Unfortunately, this spot did not live up to the hype. I got the chicken and waffle and was disappointed. I would see this is my least favorite chicken and waffle I’ve ever had. The chicken was barely seasoned, chewy, no honey, no butter. Not hot. My wife had the French toast. She felt this was straight out of a frozen bag and warmed up. My son got the Single Deluxe French Toast. I tried some and thought it was ok. The location was not super clean. The waitress was friendly, but I could tell she was new. I did like the corn beef hash. My son loved his omelet with steak. The fresh orange juice was also good.

Love this place. Seems to be very popular for both tourists and locals. We came here early so were seated very quickly, but if you come in later, there will be a wait as this is a popular breakfast place. We ordered an omelette and a low country shrimp and grits. I mostly ate the low country shrimp and grits and it is very good. Super tasty. Slightly on the salty side but the mix of grits and the seasoning on the vegetables and shrimps is fantastic. Also portion is huge for breakfast. You can make it even bigger by adding biscuits to the order but I can't imagine I would be able to finish it. We also ordered some lattes but those are ok. Nothing to highlight. Overall I had a great breakfast here and would highly recommend as a solid tourist choice in the area.

This place feels like a dinner but not a very good one. The restaurant itself is not very clean as we were sat a table covered in leftover food. The eggs were watery and extremely bland. The Turkey sausage was undercooked and oily. The “artisan greens” are just a bag of grocery store lettuce covered in a very acidic vinaigrette. The toast was the best part of my meal. I wouldn’t recommend this place, even as far as diners go it’s pretty poor quality. The server was friendly and the food did come out quick.

The shrimp and grits was good but could have used a bit for salt to my liking. I enjoyed the freshness of the tomatoes on top. Customer service was great, environment was nice, and overall clean. My husband enjoyed his chicken and waffles. Side note: I tried to eat all of my grits and barely did so. The portion was well worth the price. Will definitely return!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a new breakfast spot. We came across Toast through Google. We thought the place would be great, we looked through their pictures and of course their food looked as delicious as it was in real life. One thing I loved about this placed was the very heartwarming welcoming we received by the very polite young lady at the entrance and ghe customer service was great as well. I would definitely go back to this place. I loved it <3

Amazing atmosphere. Slamming music. Extensive menu options and a full bar. I had the best time and had so much fun with my server Erica. She was new but she did an incredible job. It was our anniversary and she made it a great experience! Definitely stop by if you're close. I know I'll be back!

Food was excellent and the speed at which it was served from order was amazing. Make sure you hold onto Teri, before I knew what going on she had upsold both sides of house potatoes to LOADED and then sold me a coffee cup.😁😁😁😜 We will eat there the next time we are in Charleston and highly recommend “Toast All Day” !!!!

I will say, be prepared to breakout the wallet for breakfast. But with that being said, this place is super cute, awesome, and quite. The coffee was always fresh and hot, the beignets were delicious. The omelette was a little small comparative to the amount of home fries that were given, but still delicious. If I were to live here, I wouldn’t frequent here and I’d rather go to another broken egg, but overall is still a great place for breakfast!

Absolutely amazing. I got the biscuits and they were heaven. The beignets were also delicious. It was too much to eat at once so I got to enjoy it a second time!

My friends and I decided to to go to Toast all day On a Saturday. We were excited about a new place to eat as we were in town for a wedding. We ordered a peach Bellini which was the only thing I liked! My meal was the crab cake Sammie w/ sweet potato fries and cup of she crab soup. Loved the soup and the sweet potatoe fries. The sandwich was sooo bland. I tasted my husband’s grits and they had no taste. This restaurant needs to season their food because alot of it was bland and I didn’t taste any love in it! Took forever to get my food as well. The whole table received theirs and I just got my soup. I waited and finally asked the waiter about my food and she said they were still making it but didn’t say nothing to me about it after they brought the table food. I wouldn’t try this place again.

Great food! Large portions!get the single stuffed French toast! The double really is like half a loaf of bread! The food was out pretty quickly and all fresh! The tequila sunrise was yummy! The server we had was absolutely fabulous! He went out of his way to explain things and make sure we have everything we needed! He was very attentive and also jokes with us! Definitely Recommended for brunch although I will Say it is a bit more expensive than we thought! We ended up paying $83 for 3 people! But we did get to go boxes and made another meal out of it so it was like $20 a meal.

Good morning, Charleston! Begin your day at Toast All Day! Started my day with Southern Comfort, Waffles&Chicken. Delicious! Scotty was our server, very charming and excellent server.

I cannot express how deeply disappointing this place was. While the mimosas and lattes were great, the food was bland and unappealing. I have never salted food in my life and I could not add enough salt to give this food any flavor. The beignets were old and fried in old oil. My shrimp was rubber, crab bland and tasteless. The biscuits they're supposedly known for were just bricks of Bisquick. We spent over $100 here and left very very disappointed.

We visited Toast All Day a few days ago. I had the brioche French toast and my husband had the cheesesteak. Both meals were delicious. Our waitress was amazing, super friendly and kept our drinks full. She even gave us a to-go cups of both our drinks for us to take with us. Definitely recommend.

Delicious food and great service! Our waiter Scotty really made us feel special, we want to come back and request him! Fried green tomatoes were the best!! The mimosas and chicken biscuit sandwich was also delicious. If I could give more stars I would! Go see Scotty and get yourself some delicious southern brunch!

Great place for some brunch, just a warning though….the portions are HUGE! Also the home fries by themselves are just ok but, loaded are very good. Here’s the thing though, what do you plan on doing the rest of the day? If your just gunna be a bum do it, if you plan on walking around or anything mildly athletic…..share a meal. If we would have finished our meals we would have rolled around today. The biscuits are HUGE and very good with a little salted butter on them. My wife’s egg biscuit was bigger than her head and she said it was very good. My omelette was HUGE as well and made nice and fluffy! Highly recommend!

This place was awesome! My girlfriend and I stopped in while out for the day. I got the corned beef omelet with grits, a biscuit, and a side of sausage gravy and was very impressed. My girl got the crab and shrimp omelet and loved hers as well. I would definitely go again and try something new as everything I saw looked amazing. 10/10.

Everything Awesome We loved ate experience here on King St - Charleston…. We needed a dog friendly restaurant… we didn’t even know there was a back patio and it was nice and perfect. Dog treats, dog water and fresh oranges !! They even treated our dog to a nice piece of bacon. Our food and drinks were so good. I totally recommend the BLT/Fried Green tomato sandwich!! The sweet potato fries so hot and fresh. My daughter said her mimosa with fresh squeezed orange juice was the best she’s ever had. Kileigh our server was very nice and attentive. It didn’t take long at all for our drinks and food. I highly recommend this place.

Late morning breakfast finds us deep into Charleston for our first meal of the day. Easily parked on the street about 50 yards from the restaurant. Wednesday no crowds. Sat immediately. Wait staff was very pleasant. Coffee was tasty. Table for 2. Very low key chill place with Cafe style. Ordered the crab cakes with poached egg and I wasn't disappointed! It was probably the best crab cake I've had in a while! I would order that again just to see if that was a hoax or the real deal. Totally caught off my guard by how good that was. Will do it again next time I visit. Highly recommend.

Had a chance to have lunch at the Meeting Street location. It was a great experience. The staff was friendly, especially Scotty who was amazing, friendly and had a great sense of humor. He definitely made a difference in our experience. For the food, kids had flat iron pancakes which were good but not the best. I had Philly Steak Biscuit and the freshly made biscuit was a good size and very flavorful. The best part was the Deluxe Stuffed (with fresh peaches) French Toast. It was very delicious and perfectly made. There was a choice of a single or a double deluxe stuffed French toast and glad that we ordered only the single as it was a very decent size. Double would have been very hard to finish. The only minus point is that the place could be a little bit more cleaner. Definitely will return the next time we visit Charleston.

This place surprised us! Really liked the Eggs Meeting Street, Deluxe Stuffed French Toast and She Crab Soup. The biscuits are also massive and super flaky and buttery. Everything we'd eat again and recommend. Service was quick and friendly even though we could tell they were understaffed. Give it a try!

Wonderful brunch! We thoroughly enjoyed the Classic Eggs Benedict and the Deluxe French toast. The mimosa pitchers were also a nice touch to our meal! We will certainly be back for another delicious breakfast.

We had a lovely Sunday brunch at this lively establishment a few weeks ago. I bit the bullet and ordered the shrimp and grits, which was satisfying albeit a bit heavy requiring an afternoon nap (that I haven’t taken since college). We opted to sit at the bar to avoid a longer wait for a table where Chandler took good care of us from start to finish. I’d definitely consider a repeat visit on a repeat visit to Charleston. Come famished, leave fulfilled.

Super quaint country breakfast in the city!! Love the 6 AM opening time!! Friendly staff along with delicious food put this restaurant over the top. Jenna went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. We had OUTSTANDING creamy grits and the BEST homemade, soft and fluffy biscuit. Impressed with the quality of bacon and fresh squeezed orange juice. The pancakes were super good!! One order is 2 large pancakes. Crispy on the outside and had a wonderful tangy taste. The Belgian waffle was the perfect size. Taste was not overpowering. Super good coffee served in a super large cup. Toast is the place to be! 💕
