12/6/23— I stopped here for a quick cup of coffee . It is excellent . The two ladys working here love that they do . I can tell their hearts js in it and it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas (song playing ) . You first pass the specialty coffee and the ice cream and a little more you will hit Calypso Cafe . Bathrooms available. Clean and spacious bathroom . This place is located inside a jewelry place and it’s towards the end of the building . A. Lot of steps everywhere be aware if you have a knew or leg injury but it’s doable for me .

The place is nice, clean, inviting, situated in a nice location, not far from the center of Charlotte Amalie. Food wise, there are plenty of vegan options (hard to find in the islands) as well as a large variety in the menu of meat based food. Prices are fair and correct. The order didn't lasted long to be served. The staff is engaging, not intrusive, attentive. Also a lot of beverages to choose from. They even have a daily specials and happy hour. Definitely a place to go!

Cute little place tucked away on a nice street! Enjoyed the spicy calamari. The cheesesteak and burger were a good size and came with fries. Really liked the fettuccine Alfredo that came with garlic bread! Beautiful Caribbean musician playing the drums on Friday nights!

Stopped by after dinner for dessert and coffee and the pecan tart was fantastic. The woman who actually baked and plated it, brought it to the table and served us, beaming with pride. The whole pecans were gently roasted, the crust was baked with "too much" real butter (just the way I like it) and a lot of love, topped with vanilla ice cream and actual cream that was whipped ("whipped cream ") and chocolate drizzle. Extraordinary. You're not going to want to do this too often, but great vacation food. Great atmosphere in stone-walled bar and restaurant. UPDATE: Came back the next night for pistachio cream cake, which was also incredibly moist and rich.

Beautiful restaurant and food was delicious. Started with the Lobster Fritters and Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, if you are not a fan or red and green peppers I would skip these as there were quite a few in each dish. Had the Mahi Sandwich with mashed potatoes & gravy and the Roasted Veggie Salad with added Mahi. After seeing the photos online of dessert we had to get one, the Blueberry Cheese cake was just enough and not too much. We will try to go back for the Coconut Crusted Mahi, it’s hard to choose with so many great looking things on the menu. The service was great as well!

Had a decent meal here. Food was good but the service was terribly slow. I realize they were short staffed but we weren’t even acknowledged for over 15 minutes. We got the fettuccine alfredo and bacon & pineapple fried rice. Both were good.

Stopped in for a light lunch and drinks. The fish tacos and chicken parm sandwich were delicious. You can tell that everything was made from scratch and fresh. Only reason for a 4 star is our server never shared the specials and did not give our table much attention. Besides that I would highly recommend Stone House Cafe.

I was a bit disappointed by my lunch. I had the fish tacos. It was very light and looked good. But the flavors just didn’t come together for me. I will have to go back and try some of their other dishes. The restaurant had a nice look. There is a beautiful well stocked bar for hanging out. The waitress was super sweet and helpful. It’s conveniently located and easy to get to.

Stopped in again while walking by as I had an Old Fashioned there a year ago that was excellent. Enjoyed them again this time - a classic cocktail done well. Also has the spiced run glazed grilled shrimp, bacon pineapple fried rice and sweet plantains meal. Good "traditional old" looking place, tucked in on a side street. Very much enjoyed it - that rice was particularly outstanding. I recall that last year I had the sausage ravioli app and it was also very good. Worth the trip if you are staying in STT. Kcome to think of it, i kinda wished I had stayed for one more OF actually - but there is always tomorrow.

Had an outstanding time meeting the owners, Mike, and his daughter, Destiny yesterday. They were very friendly, the food was great, and the atmosphere was perfect. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stop for lunch and relax. We will be back again.
