This place is not worth the price, AT ALL, it is super expensive for what you get. And be aware of your drinks if you order a soda or water. They will fill your glass with lots of ice, open a soda can, fill the glass, hide the can, and charge you $6 for the drink. When someone else orders a soda they will use YOUR soda can to fill theirs and do it again, and again. And here's the kicker, they'll do the same thing with a bottle of water. And their pizzas are definitely not worth the price. They're not bad, but certainly not good. They're thieves and should not even be in business.

Feels like a pirate pizza shop with gooey delicious pizza. Great service and pizza that was even better the next morning. The outside dining area is super cool and it was a good time.

Went last night, husband got pizza and said it was great, didn’t take long to get. I ordered Chicken Parmesan at the same time as the pizza but it took much longer to get and since we were ready to go I boxed it up as soon as it got to the table. Today I reheated and the sauce is great , the chicken… no wonder it took so long to cook, this is the largest chicken breast I have ever gotten at a restaurant! This thing could feed three people, recommend getting this if you are a big eater or want a meal later. Excellent service and friendly staff.

This is the best pizza in the USVI! It's full of flavor, fired in a brick oven, and served hot by a great crew of hosts. They treat you like family, everything from giving directions over the phone, to calling you a cab service. It's small and cozy inside, but there's enough seating; there's a bar, booths, and outside seating. We had a small bacon artichoke pizza with alfredo sauce and it was phenomenal! We actually ordered the same pizza 3 years ago, last time we were in St. Thomas, and it was just as good as we remembered it. If you're downtown, by the open market, it's about a 20 minute walk, past the post office and the sea planes.

A guy came back n with a knife, there was no running water, the decor is from 1985, and they were out of half of their menu This place is a joke. Wow. And bugs in the bathroom. People at the bar were talking about selling cocaine m. Please skip this place And the owners reaction to the last review should tell you what kind of person they are. Just terrible 😞 This was about a month ago. The bartender ajai was there and I was sitting at the bar. A man with a knife came in, there was a fight and the cops came. If the owner needs me to retreave the police report I'll be glad to do it. Many witnesses that night. This place is very dangerous and I don't recommend. Also I couldn't wash my hand because the owner did not purchase her water.

Best to park just down the street in the public lot. Yummy pizza with many options in colorful Frenchtown, full bar, very limited but air conditioned indoor seating, also outdoor seating available. Due to large parties ordering, their kitchen was extremely slow and managed to produce our pizza but none of the other things we'd ordered by the time the pizza was mostly eaten and we were ready to box up the rest. The one server was also the bartender and so was kept quite busy, but was responsive and apologized for the larger parties' orders keeping ours from being filled. The food and drink is good enough at a reasonable enough price that locals also like this place, but that also means that it's hard to find a slow time. Maybe order to go and pick up?

Love this place! When I’m not eating seafood I’m eating pizza and this is the bomb ! The food is hot and fresh and the people are friendly. Go!

Update: Felt I needed to come back as the Old Pie Whole is back. Had my pineapple pizza with bell peppers as I’ve had for years. We were happy to say it was perfect! Absolute worst Pie Whole Pizza I ever had. It saddens me to leave this review as I send so many guests there and have used them many times. Ordinarily I would not do a review and instead call the location. I actually attempted to call to avoid anyone else get this mess I got last night 02/17/23 at 730pm. I ordered three pies simple pineapple and peppers. What I got in the boxes were three burnt crust with the largest bell peppers, many slices without one piece of pineapple. We attempted to eat some but four people ate one of three boxes and threw out two full boxes. I saddens me that they had the audacity to place this mess in boxes and thought it was okay. I understand that the gratuity given for take out is understandably less than dine in but the restaurant should discontinue take out if that is what they choose to send out. (PS I’ve had take out as recently as two weeks ago which was just fine). This experience is one where I felt robbed paying $95.00 for a pizza! It is my last experience with Pie While as well as referral.

Awesome pizza, fun staff, amazing appetizers and more. The shrimp pesto pizza is heaven as is the chip pasta. They also have an outstanding craft beer selection.

Hands down the best meal we had on island. We are from Illinois and wanted something familiar. 10/10 pizza and service. Amazing fried pickles and garlic bread. Now for the best part. Olive Garden are you listening? The best chicken fettuccine alfredo on the planet. We wanted to go back the next day but ended up going somewhere different and it wasn't nearly as good. If you like alfredo, you must go here while on vacation.

L O V E Pie Whole! Pizza is tasty! Great service by Ajia! FIRST time we ate we had pizza pies and Caesar Salad. Tonight my wife ate spaghetti and daughter ate beef tacos! Daughter said that was THE BEST TACO EVER! I ate pizza again... Maybe we will be back a third time before we return home! Six stars out of five!

Great place to stop by. Fun menu with tasty bites. Tried the spinach dip - which is served more like pizza - this was really good. Also tried the beer battered onion rings (yum!) and local beer. When the sports bar was closed later in the day, we actually came back for a wrap. Staff was great and had actually spent time in our home town. Really sweet and kept stopping by to chat, provide local tips like snorkeling and where to find some of the local hot sauce they carry. Would definitely come back.

My favorite Pizza place on island, good selection of pies and some other Italian-inspired options as well. Stick to the pizza and the selection of craft brews. Also opt for a seat on the patio where you might catch a home-run ball from a softball game across the street.

Everyone was extremely friendly and the service/food was awesome. They gave me great travel tips for the area and when I didn’t have any internet connection and needed to access my Airbnb, they even went out of their way to let me use their phone. By far the best experience I’ve had with any restaurant!

My colleagues and I had a mini gathering.. We ordered…Pie Whole Signature Artichoke Dip, Pepperoni Pizza with fresh basil and Bacon & Cheese Pizza with fresh basil. They were all a 10/10. I do recommend.

Walked in to a completely empty restaurant.. waited to be addressed or seated and wasn’t.. said ”Hello” to the only woman working and was ignored.. then asked if we should just seat ourselves or wait and was told “I guess so”. Not sure if the food is good or not because the service was too poor to bother eating there. I recommend going to Pizza Amore instead. The service was great and the pizza and salad we had there was so good.

We walked over to Pie Whole from our Shop Talk tour as part of our stay at Margaritaville. We had talked to the owner at Margaritaville while she was explaining the tour to our group. We ordered the Cheeseburger in Paradise pizza in honor of Jimmy Buffet. It was delicious and we got a local beer on draft with it. The owner came in while we were talking to the server, who was very friendly. When the owner saw that we had come out she was excited and offered us a ride back which saved us a 15/20 minute wall into town. The pizza was amazing and she gave us a lot of recommendations for future places

I’m from New York, and when I came to visit my family I really wanted pizza and heard good things about this place. We were the only ones in the restaurant but service was poor, probably due to a lot of take out orders(as it was New Years Eve) but still no excuse. An appetizer took a while to come, and the pizza was okay. When we opened a napkin with our silverware, a ROACH crawled out of it! When we received the bill, I noticed we were charged for cups water, which is something I should have been informed of. Our bill was about $80 and we left a $10 tip, which we felt was appropriate for the service we received. The lady( I assume the owner ) immediately rudely and loudly complained said “that’s it for the tip?!” and I had to remind her we saw a roach. She proceeded to complain that her son was working for 14 hours, which had nothing to do with us. It was just very shocking behavior and all I know is that if I was back home in NY, a bug in the vicinity of our food warrants a free or comp’ed meal.
