From the moment we walked in, we knew this was the quality and service we are accustomed to. In this area of St. Thomas, there are many jewelry stores (I have no doubt they are also lovely), yet Beverly’s felt different. Aesthetically speaking, the store is beautiful inside and outside-feels high end and you are treated like a VIP (there is a charming rum bar as well). But most importantly the quality and prices are unmatched. There are beautiful pieces for all budgets, and if you can’t find what you are looking for, they also have a custom jewelry option (which we are also going to use). They are a family owned business. Every single person we interacted with, from the staff member standing at the door, to the jewelry sales associates (Amit and Ranjit), to the staff members assisting in the in-house gift shop that sells cigars, liquor (which we also purchased), every single person was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We never felt pressured in any way. The customer service is impeccable. Once we made our purchase, they graciously offered to hold our item until we were done shopping. They followed up via text to ensure we were pleased with our purchase and they made themselves available in the event we had questions/concerns. By the time I arrived back home from vacation, they had already emailed our appraisal for insurance purposes. The attention to detail was impressive. We will definitely use them again for our jewelry needs. I love my piece! You will be very pleased as well!

Skipped all the international jewelry stores that are in every port and found Beverly’s Jewelry. What a find. Family owned, superb friendly service, no pressure to purchase, very knowledgeable and helpful. I have worn the same gold ball studs in my ears since college, and I’m now 73. (Not good with change.) I am now sporting the most beautiful diamond studs in their place and have not taken them off since I left the store. They are lovely, comfortable, with screw on backs, I’m so excited! Felt like part of the family when I left. I highly recommend Beverley’s Jewelry and will definitely shop there again when I return to Saint Thomas.

Always the most fun stop in downtown Charlotte Amalie hands down!! Make sure to stop here before you make a jewelry or liquor purchase anywhere else. If you want a non-pushy environment with friendly people, this is the place. They have some of the best quality and prices on the island. We have made two purchases in the past two years and will definitely be back again. The are very easy to contact and will search out what you are looking for before you get there if you like. Good customer service. Good quality jewelry. Different than other places on the street-Not pushy, very helpful and have a good item to sell. Everything that I was told was accurate and honest. Including where and how to go to a great beach for the day. Had a good experience and would return for any additional items next time I am in St. Thomas. Good experience and would recommend.

I was very satisfied with my purchase from Beverly’s. I purchased the hook bracelet ( the island bracelet) in 14k gold. Beverly’s had the best price and best quality I found while shopping in the area. There are several jewelry stores to choose from but this place stood out to me.
