    I’ve gone to many chik fil an and my average bill is 50-60$ which isn’t cheap by any means. I’m eating with my family and in my 30 piece nuggets there is a huge hair wrapped around one of the bottom nuggets, so we are half way done eating at this point. GROSS!! It’s enough to make you gag!!! I call and tell them what happened and they say thank you for bringing it to their attention 3-4 times and didn’t say anything else as if they were trying to get me off the phone and didn’t really care. I know this stuff happens but it’s gross regardless. Also to be honest they need better customer service, I know it sounds shocking but highly disappointed from a franchise of this caliber.

    I do door dash and even after the remodel it's still the worst place to pick up in Port Charlotte. They are the slowest Chick-fil-A in the country. Absolutely horrible. Tried picking up there again. Still horrible. How is it possible that I can walk in to pick up a door dash and see 15-20 cars get their order before me? They are awful. Will never pick up there again. 15-20 minute wait every single time.

    They always meet the CFA standard and are on point with their food. Be prepared to wait awhile in the drive-thru line, somehow people haven’t figured out they’re at a fast food restaurant and take tons of time to order. I mean, it’s really just a matter of deciding how you want your chicken- fried/grilled and then from there on a sandwich/by itself/on a salad. Not rocket science. Unfortunately they are SUPER stingy with their fries. I thought it was a coincidence, but this is my third order with fries where the amount didn’t fill the container. Reducing to one star because despite my concise order, they again forgot my sauces.

    Well, I entered the restaurant and was informed at 8:45pm that dine is not a option and had to eat my food in the car. It would courtesy to post this your customers in advance.

    Update: service has gone from eh to trash. Only people working seem to be incompetent teenagers with attitude problems. Got a shake that had chunks of styrofoam in it. Service is eh. Drive thru is unbearable at all times. No curbside, mobile order unavailable since reopening.

    Fast service, happy/cheerful employees! My daughter enjoys the kids meals tremendously. I tried the chicken wrap with Avocado Lime dressing for the first time today and it was tasty.

    Went through drive thru, the girl did NOT put my entire order in, and I did not notice until after I drove to the other side of town back to work. So now everyone at work gets Chick-fil-A except me. Thank Chick FIL a, I won't be back

    For a Business that generates 20k in sales daily, but can’t break a $100 Bill for food during the busy part of the day is unsatisfactory at every extent! Just wanted to buy lunch for my hard working guys! No worries, went down the road to Zaxby’s and only 2 people were eating there but atleast they could handle $100! Chic-fil-a slogan is eat more chicken…it should be “We make too much money to accommodate the customer!” Just to think I actually supported this place!

    At 8:30 I ordered a #1 with diet lemonade Sorry we are out of lemonade and we are not going to make some just for you then have to throw the rest and loose money just for one person. Pretty much her exact words! At the same time cars wrapped around the restaurant 2 times. So much for have a blessed day……as long as it does not cost them money!

    I don’t know what happened to this place after their remodeling but ever since they reopened it’s been terrible experience waiting to get your food. Every time I went, the line is long and barely moving. It’s definitely no longer a fast food restaurant. Yesterday I waited in drive thru line for more then an hour. It’s ridiculous! Perhaps they should consider opening another restaurant since they are so in demand and busy. NORTH PORT needs one for sure! Also, bring back curbside pickup for those who order on the app and don’t want to sit in that long, long line please.

    This was the first time I've ever eaten inside this fast food restaurant. I'm extremely impressed with the quality of service, how nice the staff was and how delicious their spicy chicken sandwich was. I've had the Spicy Chicken Deluxe before but this was the first time I've ever had the regular spicy chicken sandwich but added extra pickles and pepper jack cheese to it and was very good. I plan to come back alot and recommend the great food to all who read this.

    I work at the Chick-fil-A in Bangor ME and wanted to compare. Emma took our order and exercised the core 4 very well. She made sure we all had everything we needed and the order was 100% accurate! We ordered for 6 and I wanted to see how long it would take and it was less than 5 minutes from when she finalized our order to when we were served. Quality and taste of food exceeded my expectations. I had to ask for a refresh and extra sauces a couple of times and I never waited at the counter more than a minute. Me and my family felt very well taken care of during our visit at your location! You guys have rocked my socks off! HUGE shoutout to Emma and everyone on shift at 11:30!

    Food is always good here. Never any issues with missing items or cold food. Always recommend the lemonade and milkshakes. If you come during lunch hour or dinner time it will be packed and parking will be hard to find and even finding an empty table to sit at. But take it as a good sign that they know how to run a business. To be a little critical I have noticed the daytime staff is way nicer than the evening staff. Try the Cobb salad. It’s really good!

    Who doesn't like Chick-fil-A.. However slower than your average Chick-fil-A, so that was a surprise, and the lobby eating area is small. All the staff was friendly and accommodating.

    The audacity of this corporation to take off Sunday for God. But poison people 6 days a week lol the blasphemy everything is gmo or biologically engineered food such hypocrites Blah. And the lines be so long. I'm glad I don't go there no more. I was addicted to that I stopped eating meat 8 months ago. Best thing I ever did. We have to wake up and stop eating all this fast food because it's killing us. Stop being so lazy and make your own. They don't care about us. They just. Want? Money. Money messed up the world.

    I needed a catering order and the earliest time for pick up online was 7:30 am, but I needed it a bit earlier for a meeting. I inquired at the store in Port Charlotte FL. Wendy Leslie was so friendly. She stated they would try their very best but could not guarantee it to be ready at 7:15 am. I put in the order and hoped for the best. She called me at exactly 7:15 to tell me my order was ready! I was just about to pull into the parking lot. She was so gracious and accommodating! I didn't have to wait at all. My order was bagged up and ready to go. Incredible customer service. Wendy should be recognized for going above and beyond. The food was delicious too.

    Great atmosphere and experience every time I’m here. Food is always fast, fresh and delicious. It’s pouring really bad right now and I just witnessed an employee walk a couple to their vehicle while getting drenched, just so he could hold the umbrella for them while they got into their car…he then got wet on the way back and didn’t complain. He came in with a smile. I hope the company knows how amazing their employees are and how they go above and beyond for the customers. Bravo!

    They always forget something. I ordered a meal and they forgot my fries. That’s the part I look forward to. It doenst seem like a big deal but when you pay for it it is a big deal you should get what you paid for. I understand that they are busy but they should check everybody bags to make sure their orders are correct because it is what we paid for. Very disappointing.

    Wendy is the best! We are with the Crisis Cleanup volunteer crew helping families in Port Charlotte. Wendy delivered chicken biscuits at a home we are clearing debris and tarpong a roof for a lady in her 80's. A true Chick-fil-A miracle.

    The teenage staff at night are unwelcoming and rude. I waited at the window for about ten minutes while 8 teenagers were talking and laughing inside. Food was cold! The little black girl at the window was rude and insisted my bbq sauce was in the bag. Well, I got home and it wasn't. The chicken was so dry and cold I couldn't eat it without sauce. The girl at the window doesn't even say a word to you and just hands you your food. What happened to "how are you" or "my pleasure"? She just glares at you like she is sucking up your soul. I suggest letting her work somewhere else besides the drive thru window.

    Foods great as always, app is useless and saves no time. Might as well order inside or in the drive through. They don't start the order until you arrive or when you click I have arrived in the app. I sat in line for about 10 min with everyone else. Tried pickup inside and same wait. Useless

    Honestly I love chick-fil-a, however we tried to go through the drive thru with a trailer on the back of our vehicle and they began to take our order but then kicked us out of line saying they couldn't help us through the drive thru because of the trailer. There is plenty of room to drive thru especially when you know how to drive with a trailer. I suggest they post signs requesting no trailers.

    Great food, friendly staff, but super slow... I don't recommend the drive thru, unless you have an extra 20min to just throw away. Also this location seems to run out of menu items. Interesting business practice as they have such a huge demand. McDonald's and Burger King fails where Chick-Fil-A has completely dominated.

    Huge fan of chic fil a , this location rarely disappointments but the night time window girl was extremely rude. Got there around 8:20pm and they close at 9 the line was long and it was hardly moving,the first girl on the speaker taking our order disappeared mid order and someone else came back to take our order 5 minutes later and had to repeat it 3 times at least. By the time we reached the window it was well after closing time and the girl working the window was impatient snappy and rude when we repeatedly told her she didn’t give us any of the sauce we asked for and insisted it was in the bag when I checked multiple times it was not. Finally after arguing with us about it she angrily grabbed a handful of sauce and gave it to us. I understand everyone wanted to go home but that attitude is unacceptable. Edit: not sure why curbside pickup isn’t an option any longer but once the line is wrapped around the building it needs to be available.

    The girls in the drive thru taking orders and everything are very nice & helpful regardless if their busy. I appreciated the fact she did not make me feel rushed to order because their busy. The nuggets,waffle fries and Mac & cheese were delicious!! Also my little girl didn't know about waffle fries & as I ordered them she asked me for pancake fries!!! 💖😆 It was too cute!     I ordered a large 4ct strip meal with a coke at 6:31:58pm on 8/23/2022. It came to $10.58 so I knew something was wrong. Paid for the food, then get my meal which turns out to be a medium. Knew it! He heard me say large so I’m not sure what the problem was. I tell them my meal was supposed to be a large (even told him I’d pay for it) so he gives me a large coke (completely flat soda by the way!). I tell him he forgot the fries, so he comes and gives me fries with no bag. Awesome. They also took the sticker too.

    Unfortunately they not only got my drink wrong, they also didn’t even fill it up. Just think this ridiculous, took a sip and realized it was a tea instead of the soda I ordered (checked my ticket and it said I ordered the soda) and popped open the lid to see it’s this empty. Very strange, because this location was very good and not lazy BEFORE the renovation. 😞

    Good food that’s it. To the girl with way too much make up that continued my order without letting me get a substitution on one order and have to start a whole new order. While it is the restaurant’s fault for running out of Mac and cheese when I had a mobile order. How about taking it off the online menu instead of hanging around out front not doing anything Mr. manager. Had to remind them about the second order. Got the food for the second order and had to ask for the drink. Get it together. I’m cashing out my points and deleting the app if it causes this much trouble.👍
