Natalia is the most pleasant and polite person I have worked with at Brownlee Jeweler. She is very understanding to any situation that you may have. She never make you feel pressured to buy anything that you may have interest in. I would highly recommend her.

This was my first experience with the Brownlee Jewelers Company and I can honestly say they are truly amazing! I brought my name earring in to have it repaired (or at least see if it could be fixed because it seemed truly beyond repair…like no hope, but I remained with a positive mind that maybe someone could help me). I’ve had my name earrings for about 15-16 years and I wear them to this day! The one I wear in my right ear has been through repair after repair, but they accepted the challenge and prevailed! They fixed my earring so beautifully!!!!! It’s literally the best I’ve ever seen it! Strong, Shining, and Good As New if not better!! Myron at Brownlee’s Park Road store was amazing to work with! He helped me totally redesign my engagement ring, which was looking dull and dated. It is a brand new ring, and the pictures don’t do it justice—it sparkles like crazy! Price was amazing too. Highly recommend Myron and Brownlee!!!

Today I came to pick up a ring that I needed resized and was greeted by Kalie who was super helpful and even showed me the pandora charms which I walked out with on my charm collection. Definitely will be back super friendly staff.

I have been doing business with them for 45 years now. I have bought several watches, rings, bracelets and pendants from them. They have a jeweler that can repair jewelry and watches. Simply put, they have people that know what they’re doing at Brownlee Jewelers. They are always my first stop when I’m in the market for jewelry or jewelry repair.

Family has been going to this store for ages! I was disappointed in my last visit. There was a lady that was downright rude when I walked in but luckily another saleslady helped me who was so nice and I bought something.

Yesterday I went in and a very sweet girl name Kalie Goulet!!! Help me with my purchase she was so sweet and patient she wasn’t like some Sale ppl pushing and uptight when you go in jewelry stores . I would go back there just for her. She gave me options And support the choices I like when I ask she gave me an opinion but She let me chose she even gave me pointers on what to look for. I would rate less than one star if I could. Let me save everyone some trouble; NEVER take anything here to be repaired!!!! I brought my husbands valuable watch to be repaired in October as a Christmas Present. They quoted me a price, and told me when it would be ready in December. That due date came and I called them a few days after when I hadn’t heard from them. They gave me the run around and told me they would call me back with an update. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought, ‘it’s the holidays they must be busy.’ A week after it was supposed to be finished, they called me to say they located the watch and it was waiting on my approval to be fixed. I had already signed a paper saying they could fix this watch, it’s why I brought it to them in the first place. Mind you this is already two full months of them having possession of this watch. No one had attempted to fix it at this point! These people kept my husbands watch for FOUR months continuing to give me the run around, never contacted me to give me updates, or explain what was going on. I finally got my UNFIXED watch back. No one here was competent enough to run a business much less fix anything! No customer should have to hound you to do your job, much less ask for simple communication when you have possession of their property, or ask for their property back! Good luck running a business!

I brought my mother to have a couple pieces of jewelry repaired. The lady in the front said she could help, but my mother had to remove her hat. I understand the policy, but my mother has a very personal reason as to why she doesn’t want to remove her hat in public, so after 30 plus years of being a customer, their policy has disqualified my elderly mother from doing business there.
