I had a few pieces of jewelry that I treasured because of who gave them to me but I never wore them due to the design. These included garnet earrings from a dear friend, diamond earrings from my grandmother, and sapphire and diamond earrings from my parents on my 21st birthday. I had no idea what I wanted to do with them, only that I wanted something that I liked. Lee and Vanessa at Custom were helpful from the moment I walked through the door and patiently spent time with me working through different ideas until I was happy with two designs that would use all the gemstones. They kept me updated on the status of the work and I have been extremely pleased with the result. Each time I wear these pieces I remember the special people in my life.

We had our wedding rings made here and I was so happy with how we ended up. The 3D custom printed process helped us to see how things were fitting into our engagement rings. I loved the way it looked from the top and the front in different aspects.

We took a loose gemstone and worked with Lee to design the perfect engagement ring, it turned out exactly how we imagined! The ring itself is so well crafted and the process was super simple. We modified our design midway and it was still so easy. Definitely choose them if you’re looking for local, handcrafted jewelry from a small business you can trust!!

Had the most wonderful experience working with these folks. I had a custom piece in mind with much detail and specifics and they worked with me through the whole process. The design component took the vast majority of the time and they were great with communication, listening to my ideas, forwarding their own, and, most importantly, making real something that only existed in my head. Cannot recommend them highly enough, whether you are looking for something very custom like I was or if you just want one of the many beautiful pieces they already have in stock.

Lee and Vanessa are amazing! I came to them after a disaster with another jeweler. I wanted a bezel setting with a shank that matched my fiance's band that we had already purchased elsewhere. I brought in my own sapphire and they were super cool about that, even a little excited that I found the perfect shade. They took the time to get everything right and the ring is perfect. My only regret is not coming to them sooner so they could have made my fiance's ring too. I cannot thank Custom enough for this special ring!

Lee and Vanessa at Custom Jewelry Lab worked with my partner and I every step of the way. Through the initial meet and greet, the design process, the mock ups, test prints and finally the finished project, they walked us through and made certain every detail was exactly what we wanted. And now we have something completely custom, unique, and wonderful. They are patient and caring and really want to create something special. Lee does absolutely incredible work! I highly recommend working with him for any custom jewelry project. We went to Custom for my wife's engagement ring, as well as both of our wedding bands. Lee was helpful and communicative through the entire process, including with aftercare. He gave very insightful advice when we were designing the rings, offering tips to make my wife's ring look just the way she wanted without losing structural integrity. My wife wanted a fairly delicate design, and he had no trouble making it a reality. He also had great insight on the different types of metals and how they all hold up over time, which I found particularly helpful. Our rings ended up looking stunning! We have absolutely no complaints, and will be going to Custom for all of our jewelry needs!

Vanessa and the team at Custom were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. From conception to execution, they exceeded our expectations. We gave them 3 various ring designs we liked, and they came up with the perfect compromise between them. Even better than we could have imagined!

This review is LONG over due - my husband designed a custom engagement ring with Vanessa and Lee's help in 2018. With their help, he made an heirloom quality piece that is unlike any ring i've ever seen on the mainstream market. They both take time, effort, and heart to listen and create your vision. Above all else, their work is quality. I loved my engagement ring so much that we went back to them for my wedding band, which they made custom as well. I say this is overdue because today, nearly 2 years after our wedding date, we were able to walk in and speak with both Vanessa and Lee. Vanessa remembered the stones in my ring and gave my special piece a complimentary cleaning.
