I wanted to share my recent experience at your diamond jewelry store, and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. Lauren, the sales associate who assisted us, left a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. From the moment we walked in, she seemed dismissive and uninterested in our business. Her attitude made us feel like we were there to waste her time, rather than genuinely looking for an engagement ring. We had serious intentions to make a purchase, but she didn't seem to recognize that. What was even more frustrating was that Lauren didn’t bother to ask our names or make any effort to establish a personal connection. Furthermore, Lauren attempted to push ideas and items that were completely unwanted. Her insistence on showcasing alternatives that didn't align with our preferences was both frustrating and counterproductive. It gave the impression that she was more interested in making a sale for herself than in understanding our needs and preferences. Ultimately, our visit to your jewelry store was a disappointing experience.

I am a new customer at Allen's jewelers in Charlotte,. I have purchased a few pieces of jewelry for myself. They have been very reasonable in making adjustments for sizing a few of those items. Even doing them over to give me a proper fit at no extra cost. Also, making creative suggestions as to how to put on a bracelet faster as I have no helpers living at my home. Wanted to find a gold necklace for my girlfriend but wanted to stay away from Kay's or any of the big time chain stores! I ended up working with the owner Karen and she was so sweet and understanding of my budget! She found me the perfect one!

My parents have been going to Karen for jewelry for decades and I have had multiple pieces of jewelry repaired here as well. I also got my wedding rings from Allen's. My engagement ring had a lot of curves and details and Karen was able to help me create a ring that acts as a spacer between it and my wedding band so that they all sit together flush. She made sure everything was perfect and fit wonderfully.

I can't say enough good things about Allen's Jewelers. They were patient as my (then) girlfriend and I browsed rings, expedient in securing the stone and band, and generally extremely kind and helpful. If you are, like I am, someone intimidated by ring shopping, heading to Allen's is an absolute must.

Allen's Jewelers is fantastic! I loved working with Karen and Lauren. Me and my Fiance came in for custom wedding rings and they nailed the design perfectly! My design was Harry Potter themed and my fiance's was West Point themed. The pricing was good as well. I highly recommend coming here, especially if you have a custom piece of jewelry in mind.

Karen was amazing to work with. Put together a beautiful ring and I never even had to go to the shop. She was perfect at making the experience fun and stress free. The ring is perfect and we are both very happy with it.

AMAZING! We could not have had a better buying experience! From start to finish, the team at Allen’s was extremely informative, welcoming, accommodating, and friendly! They made us feel right at home and gave us all the information we needed. While engagement ring shopping, I ended up loving a few different rings so we actually went the custom ring route! It was completely affordable and honestly really fun! Lauren did such a great job helping us pick out stones and designs, she was so patient and determined to find the right options for us! Great experience every time I have been. A family owned business, you can tell they are knowledgeable and caring about the work they do. I have gotten two custom pieces of jewelry (my sons birthstones on a necklace and bracelet) and they turned out beautifully! Also reasonably priced. Lauren is lovely and remembers me and my husband each time. Will continue going here and recommending to my friends!

Allen’s are truly the best!! I worked with Lauren and she was absolutely incredible, so helpful and friendly! They designed and set my engagement ring and I love it! They also resized my wedding band and I bring my ring back every 6 months for a free check and clean, they are all round super stars!
