Very helpful and informative! I was able to discuss multiple options for my upcoming trip to Peru with a knowledgeable professional who made sure I was comfortable with the information at hand and received the appropriate vaccination/medications on the spot without delay. I absolutely plan to use for all future travel vaccination/medication needs.

I’m glad to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the services at Passport Health. While I was initially put off by the Nurse’s “salesman-like” approach to presenting the required medications and products, they did a great job of explaining the importance and application of everything I’d need for my upcoming trip to Africa. Their facilities were clean and hospitable. Their communications prior to my visit, as well as desire to follow up and continue our relationship were also good. The staff member I worked with was very personable, and I felt assured she was both knowledgeable and experienced. This feeling of professionalism carried into her actual “nursely” behaviors when she gave me a vaccine. Overall, I highly rate going to Passport Health for its convenience, cleanliness/comfort, and comprehensiveness. The only drawback I can point out is the high price of their services, and the initially off putting combination of capitalism/healthcare that I wasn’t really used to.

Wonderful experience! Preparing for a work trip to India and I wasn't quite sure what all was needed. All of my questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly and confidently. The Center even provides additional health supplies for your trip - in addition to the vaccines needed. They make everything very easy and seamless! Traveling can be daunting but I was very happy to find out that the vaccination part (and staying healthy throughout my trip) was not.

Fantastic experience!! I had no idea what I was walking into or what to prepare myself for before this visit, but the nurse was so kind and informative! She did a great job of explaining all the risks and vaccines to me in a way that was easy for me to understand and not scary. Definitely will be coming back before my next trip!

Excellent service at Passport Health. I have visited multiple locations for vaccinations and a immigration medical exam, and I have always received a great standard of care. Linda is very helpful, and went through all the paperwork clearly and concisely. I can highly recommend.

I had the most delightful and informative meeting today with Shannon re: my upcoming trip to Kenya. She explained all I needed to know; the risks and how to avoid the illnesses that might be dangerous; ruin and shorten my trip. I was able to get my last two vaccinations. One, I didn’t think I needed, as I’d been vaccinated as a child. Shannon had updated information that indicated that there are cases of polio being reported. She has a great enthusiasm for travel. I think that experience makes her perfectly suited to help others. I was glad that she was able to recommend and provide OTC items that I needed, including a filtration water bottle. Thanks Shannon.
