They overcharged my tab for extra drinks I didn’t purchase. I asked for the manager and the manager took the side of the bartender. Talking about “he’s not drunk”. I’m not drunk either, what does that have to do with anything. They’re obviously desperate for money, so they want to overcharge customers. Warning, don’t leave a tab open with them. They also charge an automatic 20% gratuity on your tab. The manager, obviously needs some customer service training. If they’re letting people like her manage their club, I can only imagine how bad the customer service is.. I’ve only been there 3 times, and I’ll never go back again. I only even went because my friend asked me to come. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. To think I was thinking about buying a section in this place. Lol.. Look at all of the bad reviews. They speak for themselves… Also, avoid the bartender Sunny (Asian with blonde hair) he’ll overcharge you for drinks and the short lady manager will always side with the bartenders.

If you are looking for VIP booth services…DONT DO IT HERE AT LEAST! Had a HUGE party and they definitely will scam you. They bring the bottles out and they won’t let you pour your own drinks. Told the bottle girl not to make shots cuz it’s leaking and she still did. Plus she said it’s a new “law” that they can’t keep allow the bottle to stay so they make the drinks and have their staff (bottle girls) to pour shots (that we didn’t ask for) and make your mixed drinks. The catch is the shot glasses has holes in them so the drinks spill once she pour it! We had a couple of other VIP booths came to us and said the same thing & that we couldn’t even enjoy the the services we paid for. THEY ALLOW anybody and EVERYONE in the VIPs wristband or not! Would give 0.5 / 5 stars if I could! Bad bad bad!

Inept security. They’re overly aggressive and borderline fondled my friend. They don't know their role, and act like tyrants. Definitely did not feel safe. The owner did nothing to amend the situation. The whole place is incompetent. We had a terrible experience. If I could give zeros stars I definitely would.

The Hive was a fine time. Music, lights, accessible drinks…however…. The lights are entirely too bright. It looks like they put a lot of money into the decor and lighting system but none of it was really matching the music. Mostly felt randomly timed. The bar and restrooms were pretty accessible; although the bartender never pointed out that 20% tip was already included; so I was tipping on top of an already expensive tab. I also really am not fond of the VIP tables being between the DJ and dance floor. I think it causes an unnecessary eye contact with the VIP table guests and non VIP patrons. Spent 400$ on a booth that was give away under our noses for a birthday party that doesn't includes extra drinks purchased for our party! Will never be back. Was offered free drinks 30 min before leaving not very responsible as a club owner!

Absolute waste of time. $40 just to get in. No specials on drinks. No drinks come with the entry fee. No excitement. DJ was trash ppl just stand around literally a waste of time. Drinks are overpriced and then it’s automatic gratuity. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere they don’t charge $40 to just get in but you buy drinks all night.

I love this place! Madison is the kindest, most respectful bartender and she is very patient and understanding when you order ya drink. Environment is amazing and music is THE BEST!!! 10/10 great club!

Latin nights are fine and fun, they need to improve their staff and attention for what they charge. the servers could care less about you unless you are in VIP. I’ve been there few times. Last time for my birthday after party 🎉 it was a Thursday night (Latin)

Scammed me and my friends out of $500+ for my birthday. Told me when I booked the section a free bottle was included. Up to $300. Paid the $300. And we ordered an additional bottle and we were charged $597. We also were blocked in the section by the bottle girl and security when they gave us our check like we weren’t going to pay when they had my personal debit card.

Great place. Came for a buddy of mines bachelor party. We bought a table and the server was fun and made us feel welcoming. She was an Asian girl with braces. I cannot remember her name but highly recommended. I give it 4 stars because the music wasn’t good

Horrible staff well the brown skin security guard low cut was very rude! we went to the Brent show and the security was very disrespectful we even still bought a section with bottle and bottle girl barely came to pour drinks. Will never come back or refer anybody with that man still working there. He needs to be fired.

So we booked a table online and secured it with a $100 deposit. We had a party of 8 ppl so we had to purchase 2 bottles to cover the $600 table minimum. Please tell me why there was a $180 gratuity that was included on the bill and the $100 deposit didn’t go towards the bill which they stated would be sent back. If that’s not the stupidest thing I have ever heard of definitely won’t be back because that should have been disclosed when we paid our deposit. The DJ was also wack!!

Terrible VIP and bottle service. They tried to scam me out of $500 dollars for a bottle I never received in a VIP booth. The waitress kept switching payment tablets claiming they didn’t work. Once the transaction went through she disappeared & never brought the bottle. Don’t go here!

Went to hive with my girls and got VIP loved the service from Adeline! Would definitely recommend getting a table. It’s worth it!!

I walked into the entrance lanes and was told the lane I was in wasn't a viable lane. After that, I moved the end post to close the lane, as I simultaneously entered the adjacent lane and the bouncer told me because I moved the lane cone I wasn't allowed in. I told him I moved it so no one else got confused (as there was no marking to indicate it was a legitimate lane), and he insisted on refusing me entrance. It's unfortunate because I'm visiting and had heard from multiple people that The Hive was a good place to go. I will not be recommending this place moving forward on account of the unreasonable staff.

Terrible nightclub. Do not attend VIP at this place. They are scamming ppl out of money and overcharging debit and credit cards w/o permission. My card was overcharged $200 still working to get money back. I will never attend here again.

I feel it is important to share a recent experience I had at Hive Night Club, in order to warn fellow professionals and potential customers about my unfavorable encounter. During a recent event that Hive Night Club had promoted on their platform open until 10:00pm, I invited guests to join me at the venue. To my dismay, while some of my guests were allowed into the club, I personally experienced being kicked out after 9:00pm. This was contrary to the information given by the night club of the event. When I approached one of the event organizers to help resolve the situation, they spoke with the club's manger , who subsequently informed us that the manager had decided to remove everyone from the premises. Adding insult to injury, despite already taking my money for for the puchase of a bottle, the club owner exhibited disrespectful behavior by shouting profanities to this guy, even going as far as calling security on an innocent individual who was walking out of the club. Luckily, there were multiple witnesses present who can confirm the manager's unprofessional conduct. Given the current climate and concerns for safety, I strongly advise promoters to reconsider booking events at Hive Night Club, as they do not adhere to their promotions. Additionally, if you plan on reserving a section for your guests, I recommend confirming the closing time upon arrival and possibly obtaining written confirmation. It is also worth mentioning that if you encounter the manager, who I believe is of Asian descent and of short stature, please exercise caution and consider recording your interactions for documentation purposes. An incredible venue that I believe would be of great interest to you. I'd like to bring your attention to Encore Next Door, a premier establishment that offers the admission of two different venues or the option to try Imperial. First.... I will say I came on a Thursday night so the crowd wasn't packed. The only knock that I have is I had to pay a cover with only an hour left and the DJ was okay. Other than that it was a nice vibe. Drinks were over priced but you could taste the liquor for sure 😊.

Please be very careful when you are picking a place to have a good time. I initially booked a booth for 10 ppl online for my wife’s birthday and was required to pay a $100 deposit (which I assumed would come off of my total price) & a $600 spending minimum. My server “Hannah”, gave me my total of $793 (which we only bought 2X bottles of Patron that equaled the $600 minimum). So that left and additional $193, in which she told me was for “taxes”. I was also told that gratuity was NOT included…(which normally is for that large of a party) So I tipped $100 with the impression that gratuity wasn’t in that price (false). Now my total was $893…..I then proceeded to inquire about the $100 deposit paid online…..she tells me that is refunded 3-5 days after the visit……we visited on 9/16…..it is now 10/14 and I’ve reached out to both Hannah & the representative “Shea”. No response at all. I was lied to and robbed out of my additional gratuity AND my deposit. Do not do business with this establishment. They also had the men’s bathroom stall closed by choice 🤦🏽‍♂️ Never seen that done in a club your spending hours in!

I booked online for a booth for my birthday and paid $250 because I didn't know that I was only suppose to pay the deposit of $50. I was in contact with an employee via sms and I was told I would just have to pay the $50 plus gratuity. Upon arriving, the manager was rude and told me that he did not send the text after stating to my party that his name was "Shea", which was the person I was in contact with via sms. He told us that we had to pay $300 in the club and that the $250 that was paid online would be refunded in 3-5 business days. I told him that's not right because that wasn't the understanding and agreement that I had with a member of the hive staff via sms. He went on to say that he needed to take to his staff. I told him I would like to speak with him and the member named "Shea". He refused for me to talk to the two of them and canceled my reservation. As my group was walking out, his staff pushed my sister to speed her up waking and as I questioned him and his staff about it he didn't dislooked the issue once again. All in all, the manager is very unprofessional and rude. I also asked to speak to someone over him but I never got the chance too.

I went with a friend the weekend before Halloween & a member of the lgbtq community at the bar was very rude to me. Someone wanted to buy me a drink and the bartender said “I’m not servicing her”. I was baffled at his response towards me. I asked him “what did I do?” & he called someone to kick me out. I just wanted to know “why???” Why did he want to embarrass me that night?? Im going to contact a few more people about this because no one should be treated like that.
