Such an underrated place! Love the vibe! Great drinks and very friendly staff! Near impossible to find places like this in Noda anymore. Has an old school Noda vibe!

Great new retro bar with games and electronics from the 80s on each table, plus cool artwork on the walls. Nice drink menu ans friendly staff. Will definitely be back soon.

Awesome new place in the Optimist Hall/Villa Heights/NoDA neighborhood! Great place to hang out with some friends for a drink or two. Bonus: they are displaying local art. The owners are super friendly and can't wait for warmer days to enjoy their spacious outdoor space! We will definitely be back on a regular basis

Fun, welcoming outdoor lighting and clear Free Parking. Fun vintage decor pieces: , old phones, trophies, radios, random items are good talk pieces. Friendly bar staff, pleasant lighting for stage and the whole room. Seating arranged with many cozy options, a couch and 2 mismatched chairs,etc. In winter, I would like more hot drinks on the menu including alcoholic ones.

It gives OG NoDa vibes - fun, funky, inviting, thoughtfully curated spot. Feels like a little nook, but spacious with lots of lounge-y seating + games and a huge outdoor space. Bonus is local art and live music.

First time customer. Beautiful place with games and a wonderful bartender. My friend and I drinks were prepared perfectly, Great DJ. It was empty when we can we definitely need 100 people here next time. Will be coming back

Starlight is truly a hidden gem! The owner, bartender, and host were the sweetest and the atmosphere is immaculate. Dogs are welcome and the outdoor seating was perfect. There were also games everywhere, from ping pong to monopoly. I will definitely be coming back and bringing more friends. I hope they bring karaoke to the joint, as it seems like the perfect spot for it! My only qualm is that the drinks were a little expensive, especially the beers. I don’t mind paying a little extra for alcohol for the atmosphere and customer service. Definitely recommend any of their open mics! (:

Had a great night listening to live music and hanging out with friends. Super chill atmosphere. They are currently building a new outdoor stage. The bands here play their own original music. The owners are very interesting and a part of the fabric of the NoDa art scene, and now they are moving into supporting musicians. There is a small gallery space that helps pass the time between bands. The outdoor area was nice until it got too smoky for me. There are games like Jenga, ping pong, and frisbee outdoors and bunch board games indoors. Overall, I loved the space and felt like I would like to return.

Amazing event. The Tamra+ The Finnas Vintage Soul Session was so fun. I wish it was longer!!!! The roasted butter popcorn was good, although too salty for me... I guess it was expected. I love the art, the vibes. The people were singing and dancing just as I did. The parking is ok, not a huge fan of the parking. Otherwise, the outdoor space was nice, and they offer a selection of cocktails and beverages, etc, as well as small plates. The cashier was super kind and even got me a room temp water. I've heard great things about this space and glad I got to experience it. I'll be back!

Such a super cute place but you better get there early if you want to have somewhere to actually park. Staff is friendly and helpful they have your normal drinks just like any other bar. But they do have some other things that you can actually eat like popcorn and I think they have Hot pockets I'm not sure lol I will say this though they also have and can make a charcuterie! The wife and I had one and it was absolutely delicious

Really cool spot, tons of outdoor and indoor seating. They have some signature cocktails that looked delicious but we were just doing beer. The bartender was super friendly and gave us a rundown on the events and the menu. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area

The drinks were pretty good. The only thing I didn’t like was that are bartender just served are drinks and left to go sit down. We were waiting for a drink for almost 30 min or more. It wasn’t even full at all. It seemed like they cared more about making social media content then the customers they left there. Also the bartender allowed for another customer to sign off on my check, instead of trying to investigate the solution to that problem.

Great venue with a variety of seating options. Honestly haven't seen a place in Charlotte like it yet which makes it so much more fun. Went for a drink with friends on a random evening which was nice to have a chill lounge place to hangout and chat outside an apartment. Went back for a show and had a blast. The venue has so much. Outside they had a fire pit going, tents and couches under for shelter when it rained if anyone wanted to still be outside, grills to cook out, disc golf nets to toss some disc's, everything. Highly recommend checking them out!

This place is awesome! Great space, great people. There is an outdoor event that utilizes the vast outdoor patio every 2nd and 4th Sundays called Go-Go Gary that's really fun. Always good food, and great music. Love it!

This is a NODA bar that sparks curiosity and spontaneity. Full bar. Large outdoor area. Comedy on Tuesday and parking across the street. Owners are Fun Locals.

such a beautiful and eccentric spot. they’re literally growing ingredients for the bar on the patio & devote their space to artists. i’m really glad we stumbled across this bar. & the games?! the nostalgia 🥹🤟🏽

Came in on a random Saturday night for casual drinks and turned out this place is amazing and eclectic. Great outdoor area with new stage, outdoor games (Jenga, hula hoops, disc golf baskets to putt). Cheap drinks. Great company. Also had the opportunity to meet son of the owners. Great mom and Pop bar to support in the local community! 10 out of 10 recommend. I believe they have Santa comedy on Tuesday nights, drag on Thursdays and EDM every other Friday.

We love this little quirky neighborhood bar!!! They have something every night of the week from DJs, to comedy, to open mic, etc. Wanna just come chill and play a game? They got you!! It has a fun and eclectic atmosphere with a friendly owner and bartenders and they support live local music!!! Also! They are right on the light rail line!!
