    If I can give ZERO stars I would because this Company has been charging us & sending us bills and even sent it to collections after the bill has already been paid for months & months ago!!!! I called their Customer Service & spoke to Mariah (customer rep) several times and was told that her Supervisor will call me but that NEVER happened!! At this point, I believe that they are just trying to steal or keep the money because they CLEARLY have ZERO Customer Service and does NOT have any intentions resolving this issue & should NOT be in this Industry

    I have had the same experience as several others here. I had a procedure and every medical pro involved filed with my insurance and billed the difference to my address. Suddenly I have a collection on my credit which dropped my score 89 points! When I inquired they have a note that I have no insurance and they were mailing bills to an address I moved from over 14 years ago. Further, for the procedure, another group filed insurance for pathology and lab work. They won't return calls. I have been trying for days. I disputed on my credit and they keep verifying the charge is legit yet no bill! If I owe I'll pay but I want some answers first!

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE. I have never in my life had a bill sent to a collection agency…. until now. A bill less than $200 too. I hope to never have to deal with these people ever again. Based off the reviews it appears I’m not alone.

    I've emailed requesting a copy of the bill I am supposed to owe, called and been on hold for 20 minutes before being told to leave a message. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would give them a zero rating , but one star is as low as the rating gets.

    I have no idea who this company is. Showed up on my credit report a couple years ago as a sold $8 bad debt. I challenged at the time. Received no feedback. Just showed back up on my report. I am fully insured and have not had this type of issue before. No humans would pick up the phone today or 2 years ago

    Received a bill stating my account is 30 days past due that is identical (same account number and balance) as a bill I paid on time last month. Used their automated phone system to check my balance and the system told me I don't have an account on file. Maybe its because I paid the bill... Waiting on a response, hope this doesn't hit my credit report. Will change my review if this is resolved, however, looking at others I'm not alone. Hope this doesn't result in having to get lawyers involved.

    This is the WORST!! Place to ever deal with.. I have tried to get a bill took care of for months!! I have email the info they needed 2 or 3 times talked to them repeatedly and was told it wld be token care of and it has not I continue to get calls from a collection agency that they sent a bill to and even though the bill has been taken care of they will not report it’s been taken care of!! They don’t answer the phone .. it’s such a awful experience…. Used to when Nataka was there she was the BEST and took care of everything but they switched to the Charlotte location and it the worst!!!!

    If I could give a zero I CERTAINLY WOULD! It's IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone EVER! I sent payment in via check and still got the SAME bill and they threatened to send me to collections!! Sorry sorry customer service.

    I received a bill for service 8 months after receiving care. When I attempted to pay the bill ONLINE and ON TIME numerous time, it asks for a number that is nowhere on the bill. This company is merely a pipeline for a collection agency to get the money plus a “5.99 convenience fee”.

    I received a bill for $70.00 which I paid. I kept getting the same bill as if I didn’t pay the first one. I called and emailed the billing manager, who said it takes 4 days for the payment to process. I still kept getting billed. I was reported to a collection agency for non payment. I emailed the billing manager again with no response. I reported this to the Better Business Bureau but Carolina pathology refuses to respond to the BBB. Patients beware! Ask for another pathology group to manage your healthcare!

    This place is Hell. They sent me a bill of 15 dollars a year ago and I called and connected them with my insurance and things were taken care of. Fast forward to last week, I get a letter from IRS because of failure to pay 15 dollars . I have tried to call them many times and no answer. I genuinely hate this buisness.
