The swimming pool is very clean. Lots of people are swimming here, but because the pool is clearly separated by lanes it would not be a problem. Most of the pool that can be used for free swim are quite deep though. There are 2 lifeguards on stand by near the pool. The toilets are clean, and all of facilities are really clean. The price for the entry is also quite cheap. Great place to swim in Charlotte!

Lovely saltwater pool facilities. I don't think they expected such a large group of people for this event - long lines for the bathrooms, not enough seating, could not hear the announcer - but that's on the event coordinator I would guess. The facility was clean and would normally be easy to view swimmers if they hadn't sold 650 tickets. Big round of applause for the staff continuing to bring in multiple sets of extra pop-up bleachers but then it just further blocked the lanes from view.

The meet started on time and was run very efficiently. The equipment was first rate. Look forward to the next meet there.

One of the employees was in the parking lot and saw me park. I walked across the street to drop off something to my attorney. When I cam back I seen him at the back of my car reading my tag and was going to try and tow me. He didn’t know that I also had business there at the Aquatic Center. I am also retired from MCP&Rec. I know all the rules and just laughed. He assumed that I was just parking there and leaving. Racism is still strong there. He should have been inside doing business instead of out monitoring vehicles. That’s what Park Watch is for. I am retired from them. Still the same oldGiod Ole Boy system.

The updated website hours never match the actual open hours. The website today states August 27th swim laps from 8am to 3pm, arriving there it says opening 1pm. Same thing on other days when you arrive to they regular opening hours and they say they are closed due do to competitions etc. and there is no info on the website whatsoever. The membership is definitely not worth it and as a customer is feel like they are messing with me just trying to get my money.

Nice facility, adequate seating for large events. Nice pools for swim meets because of comfort level, seating, nice locker rooms and close to 277. Only downfall is limited parking in front of building but parking is available along the street and in a parking lot behind the Aquatic center across the road.

Too many people. A 1 bedroom apartment should never cost 1300 dollars in the South. Neither should a room for rent cost 900 monthly. I'm really shocked by this. City people have taken away the southern delight of this place. I did meet some of the beautiful southern people that wave at you as your driving by and that say yes ma'am and no ma'am. I'm just wondering how city people move to the southern part because of the price, invest, and jack prices up? You guys should be banned from certain places

I just use the workout room because it is near my job. Great space, comfortable locker rooms, friendly staff. The other people that use the workout room are always friendly too (that really matters!)

Enormous pool always has lanes available for lap swim. Nice, cold, clear water is perfect for building my lap swim speed and distance. One day I must try floating in the warm pool and the hot tub. I like it so much I got a renewing monthly membership. Yay MCAC!

Participated in some swim programs here. The instructors are so good working with each child at their level.

Swimming here is fantastic, but if you want to use the fitness center as it gets close to 9 they spray a bunch of bleach while you're working out to get you to leave faster...

One of the best pools I've ever been to for lap swimming. Water temperature is perfect. Plenty of active lifeguards. Nice locker room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great setup for swimming laps and getting ina good workout. They have swim teams workout here but have many lanes and pools for lap swimmers or therapy. I love when they setup the lap pool for 50 meters. Great workout!!!
