👍👍 I took my son here for a physical and it was super quick and easy. The ladies were very personable and great with my son. Dr. Lester and the nurse (I did not catch her name) were awesome and extremely helpful with all of the documentation I needed. Highly recommend for a quick pop in appointment. Been waiting 36 minutes for my scheduled minute clinic appointment. Went to the pharmacy to ask about the wait. Was told there was nothing they could do. I can hear someone behind a patient door laughing but haven’t seen a single person. I’m the only one in the waiting room. This wait is ridiculous for a completely empty Clinic. Will never come back here.

There was a wait time due to other patients ahead of me. But Dr. Sandra took me in and she’s great! Got my vaccine from her and she’s super nice and I loved speaking with her!

I had an appt, nobody showed up for work! It took at least an hour to find out that the Minute Clinic would be closed for the day. I went up the street to Novant Go Health and received excellent service!

The service is unsatisfactory because you can’t ever get the NP on the phone that serviced you for a simple request to refill a better prescription and yet they claim convenience.

My daughter schedule this Covid test for today at 12:20pm on Thursday last week. This was the first available date and time. She arrived on time and waited minutes for someone to contact her to enter into the testing area. No one ever did, even after she knocked on the door. She not only wasted her lunch period, but now can't visit her best friend and baby before they leave going back to Kansas. We called customer service and no availability for the next few days. No explanation, no nothing. Horrible customer service. This store has issues all the time and need better managment.

I visited the minute clinic on my lunch break about an hour ago for suspected strep throat. I signed in and was told that I was #3 in line. I waited for 20 minutes and once the patient before me left, I was told by the provider that she could not see me because she was going to lunch and that she would be back in an hour. (Lunch hours were not posted anywhere). She then proceeded to go back into the office and empty boxes of supplies. Best practice and good customer service would have been to see me because I was already there versus inconveniencing the patient and telling them to come back in an hour in which I informed her that I was unable to do and had to return to work. Not a good experience.

This place deserves a CLOSE DOWN. Katherine Mcguffin is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, lack of compassion NP I have EVER met. Had a sinus infection, she stated I was severely inflamed and full of fluid but would not prescribe me anything until I was sick for 7 days. Saturday night ended up in ER from excessive draining, thank god i got on some antibiotics and started to feel better. She has no bedside manner besides the lack of compassion. So upset that this happened on a weekend or I would have gone to my Family Doctor. Katherine needs to be re trained on how to thoroughly diagnose a patient!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On 8/21/2023 my husband visited the minute clinic because he wasn't feeling good. Since they didn't have any available appointments, the nurse help us to schedule an appointment for the next day(8/22/2023). Today, we arrived at the schedule time to find out that the clinic was closed. No notification was sent or no call was made to advise him about it. It will be nice for this place to be considerate of people's time. This issue created a lot of inconvenience since my husband had to leave work early to come to this appointment. Not recommended!

Did an allergy test there and the results were not usable at all. The value showed low and they told me on their result sheet it is high without further explanation. Waste of time and money!
