Family came out to ATL this pat Saturday for the first ever PlantBasedDrippin vegan festival where I picked up the Tiki Tiki Dawg. I am soooooo glad that I decided to try them out of all the vendors that were there. I thoroughly enjoyed my Dawg and felt so happy and pleased once I was done. To know that I made the right choice made my heart smile. It really isn't possible to explain how amazing that dawg was, one just simply has to try it for themselves. The complement of each ingredient on that thang made it sing in my mouth. Thank you Dawg'On

Tried for the first time at vegfest Charlotte this weekend. We will be tracking them to get food more often from them now. I had mac and cheese and their fries. Both things were amazing and I can't wait to try one of their hot dogs. With all the sample at vegfest we didn't think we could finish a hotdog after seeing others walk away with them. Those things are full loaded and serving sizes are very generous!

this is literally my FAVORITE place to get take out!!! it really gives homey soulful gourmet meals for me!!! and the lady that took my order was the SWEETEST and she was just such a vibe!!! ❤️❤️❤️

The owners of this place are some of the friendliest people in the world. This vegan spot is about to seriously be the next big food trend in Charlotte and maybe even in the country. Come out and support. You truly will not be disappointed!

I finally made it!!! I was FINALLY able to catch them. And I was hella impressed. I went one time before but wasn’t expecting it to be inside the hotel. So we left. Next couple time we couldn’t catch them. But we did this time and omg!!! Shrimp could’ve been cooked a weeee bit longer for my taste but it was still amazing!!!

On a Sunday late afternoon it was quiet and I enjoy quiet. I grabbed my food carry out and let me tell you the smell from the bag a could not leave the parking lot! If you don’t know where to start I would say the Tikka tikka. It will amaze you! This was my first visit and I can’t wait to go back and try something else.

Da Rell Ting burger was delicious oh my goodness and the Cauliflower Wangz Carolina Gold was tasty. Customer service was great. I would recommend going early before everything is sold out. But I definitely recommend trying out.

The food is so delicious every single time!!!! I love how the menu rotates so I have something new to try each time I go by. The cauliflower wings, fries, brunch biscuit, Mac & Cheese, oh and shawty red are my absolute favorites!!!! You gotta take vegan and non vegans here, it's just all around great food from Chef Mal & Chef Darryl!!!

We came on a Saturday we got the Da'Rell Ting and Kappin Dee sandwiches which we split. When I say flavorful and amazing and I'm not even vegan. The texture on the kappin Dee was amazing forgot I wasn't even eating fish with the homemade tarter sauce chefs kiss. The atmosphere was amazing friendly staff and nice island vibes music playing. Definitely coming back too good not to twice or three times. I would have gave them 6 stars if I could. Da'Rell Ting Burger was one was of the best burgers I ever had serving sizes were great as well.

I've never had anything from here that I didn't like! Some of the best vegan food, if not the best I've ever experienced...underrated!..but not for long!

Get the Tiki Tiki Dog. And the Mac & cheese. OMG. It’s so damn good. ♥️😭

***EDIT: The people at Dawg'on Vegans were so kind to reach out to me after this review. They didn't have to and a lot of people wouldn't have, but that just shows they are open to hearing out the customer. I went this weekend to get a Tiki Tiki Dawg which if you get anything, this is the one to get. It had HUGE coconut shrimp with a delicious slaw and of course the delicious Beyond sausage. I'm so happy I gave them another chance and will be back for sure!*** There is no doubt about the food. It is amazingly flavorful and delicious. It is the customer service that is lacking. I was a supporter from the beginning and it seems like everytime I go the team is less enthusiastic. I know the food business is hard work but as someone who has worked in the food industry for three years, you have to be up front with the customers. I went to the last day of Vegan Vibe Fest at Heist because I hadn't had Dawg'on in awhile and I was craving it. Their Instagram said 12pm-8pm. We got there right at 12pm and they weren't there yet. You should post on social media if you are going to be late but there was no update. They finally seemed ready around 1:00pm when I placed my order. They said it would be about 15-20 minutes because the fryer was heating up. I went inside to the A/C and waited 15 minutes. I came back out and they said they were still waiting on the fries so I decided to stay outside there waiting. I saw them put a finished batch of fries in a pan but not into any of the orders. After ten minutes of waiting in the hot sun, I went back inside for another ten minutes. I got my order around 45 minutes after I placed it. Just be up front with your customers and say how long it really is going to take. Also, I debated leaving this review because I know someone got called out for leaving a bad one. However, communication goes both ways. If you want me to tell you in person, I also want you to tell me in person exactly what the situation is when I am waiting on my order. They didn't seem happy to be there which also didn't help my want to complain. I don't think I'll be back after this. I have been to a lot of small vegan food carts that have given me a much better experience. Also, I find it a bit odd you can't find any reviews for Dawg'on on Yelp, Facebook or Google.

I’ve been fan of Dawg on vegan for about two years and I can honestly say there food is amazing. But the customer service is lacking. I travel an hour to come taste there food and support them but they have lost my business for 2021. I ordered food from them on 1/2/2021. I had to wait almost an hour to get my food in which they forgot my order. I order my food at 1:35pm and didn’t receive it until about 2:25pm. I’m disappointed because all the owners had to do was apologize for loosing my order and I would have been okay. They didn’t even communicate and say we’re sorry we misplaced your order or anything, they acted like it didn’t even happen. Like it wasn’t just a simple mistake.

Without doubt, this is one of favorite restaurants in Charlotte. The Vegan food is absolutely delicious, I would eat here daily if I could!

Let me tell you something.... RUN to this new Vegan Spot!!!! I was a little leary because I couldn't locate a menu online. We went anyway and then they were sold out of the things we would have ordered. The young lady taking our order suggested we try the Mines Nachos Dawg. We also ordered the White Cheddar Mac N Cheese. The food came quickly and we didn't even make it out of the restaurant! The absolute BEST vegan food I've had in awhile! The service was amazing and that is HUGE for me. 10's across the board! The ONLY thing I don't like is that they're only open on Saturday and Sundays. I'm so glad we decided to give it a shot.

When I say the Da'Rell Ting is probably one of the best things I've ever eaten... And Chef Mal and Chef D know how I feel about the Jerky Twerk... This is easily the best sandwich ever. The vibes are always amazing. I also had the Kappin Dee which had me dancing in my seat... Another perfectly constructed sandwich! The tartar sauce was phenomenal! The menu rotates so make sure you check out their social media to see what they are serving or just stop in you won't be disappointed in anything you try!

On point every time! Real ingredients not just a bunch of heated up processed junk. They serve fresh mouth watering goodness that you wouldn't even know was vegan! You will not be disappointed ❤️🎊
