Wonderful. I needed to get the diamond on my wife's ring tightened as it was starting to rattle (yikes). Its the Friday before a holiday weekend and when I called my usual jeweler I found out that he had taken off early and was closed. A quick google search and I found Pavel's listed for jewelry repair and he was conveniently on my way home from work. Called him up and he confirmed that he was open and could do the repair on site while I waited! Stopped in on my way home, he fixed the loose setting, cleaned and polished the ring and re-plated it in under 45 minutes while I waited. It is really nice to find like minded people who put their best efforts front and center. It is so rare these days to find good people with strong conviction for craftsmanship and pride of work that when you do they really stand out. This wont be the last time I come to the store. Pavels is my absolute go to for all my jewelry needs. They’ve done my custom jewelry as well as any of my jewelry repairs and all cleanings. Dima and Wife are amazing people who will always give you the best price and I love that they always explain everything to you as far as what’s needed to be done. Their are not many real jewelers left around that so the work themselves with an honest and reasonable price. I very highly recommend them to everyone.

Stopped by today and got my Tag polished up and cleaned. Very reasonable and had it done in 45 min. Thing looks brand new! :-) I would definitely recommend for any watch/jewelry service. They have a great reputation as well. 35+ years in the jewelry biz.

My fiance got my engagement ring (family ring) cleaned and fixed up for the engagement. They did such a good job I went back to them for the resize and recasted. For years I’ve wanted my sapphire and diamond engagement ring and thin, contoured, wedding band made into a single, wide band incorporating my gemstones. I wanted my sapphire turned sideways and for all the stones to be set, flush, into the band (so they would not catch on things). Dima was wonderful to work with. He was able to create a beautiful, Celtic inspired, filigree design band that is absolutely stunning and is exactly what I’ve been dreaming of. Just perfect!

Was hard to find jewelry repair trusted shop, few calls, than couple visits and only after visiting family owned Pavel's Jewelry store I can trust and leave my expensive goodies to repair, clean and fixed. Fist was watches old rolex my husband fancy watch, they had broken mechanism and was need it repair , clean and adjust. We have used Pavel’s twice, and simply will not go anywhere else. It is a family owned business and they truly know their stuff. They made great recommendations to me, and returned my jewelry quickly and looking brand new. Once I lost a side stone in my engagement ring, and the second visit we dropped off I think 8 various pieces of family jewelry for fixes, polishing & a watch battery replacement. He got them all done within the week (the week before Christmas no less!), and they all came back looking gorgeous & as good as new. I love that they do all their work in house and don’t mail off my precious items. I appreciate Dima, his wife and the work they do so much!

Dima and his wife were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us confirm the diamond that was purchased online was in fact what we were told and they did a quick in house engagement ring resizing. My fiancé dropped the ring off close to closing time so we had to wait until next day but they normally offer same day work. I highly recommend supporting this business. They are trustworthy, the prices are fair and the work is excellent.

Pavel's Jewelry did an awesome job of repairing a beautiful heirloom ring belonging to my mother. He went out of his way to accomplish the difficult repair in a most creative and reasonably priced way. A pearl necklace was also restrung in a very professional manner.

I needed my Stephen Walker Celtic knot wedding band resized after 32 years. I was concerned about the continuous Celtic knot work. Dima was fantastic and resized it a half size. He also polished the entire ring back to new! Highly recommended!

I came in late afternoon on a Saturday to repair a wedding band jacket that was bent since it was too large compared to my engagement ring. He was able to offer the solution of not only resizing but to weld them together since I always wear them together. He was able to resize and weld all in one afternoon, we were able to pick the ring back up just a few hours later, same day. My ring fits perfect and is beautifully polished! I greatly appreciate the help!

I went into the store yesterday and was greeted by a very friendly staff! I thought my watch clasp was broken, but the owner (Dima) showed me that it was not broken and took his time with me to show how the clasp worked. Dina was very kind and attentive! I would highly recommend!!!

I have a Calvin Klein of great sentimental value that is about 7 years old. A watch repair/ jeweler had explained to me that my watch was a goner. There was nothing he could do. After 3 months of the watch sitting in a drawer, I took it to Mr Pavel to check if he could do anything. Today the watch runs great after 3 months. Mr Pavel is the perfect 2nd opinion on seemingly doomed watches.
