That beautiful new car smell. A bigger layout when I heard it was only half of the bills. Wish it had a couple of different achiness that you'll find at Belmont but it's ok. 8 stair masters and 4 bench press machines. Followed by 8 benches near the free weight sections. They def hit the high traffic areas. Well done. Will take have more pics next time I go.

Super happy the doors are open and it's such a beautiful facility!! Looking forward to being a weekly regular. I hope the atmosphere over time remains chill like it was today. Future will tell the tell but so far so good on day one!

You all opened up to close only days later. But instead of providing me a partial refund of my membership fee you all rather advise me to visit another location, unacceptable. Thank you for coming to my neighborhood but please stay open.

Great territory for this Planet Fitness location. Equipment is new and updated to more modern machines. They only have 5 cleaning stations so you have to hike to clean your equipment. Overall pleased with staff and gym.

There was no water in the toilets.

Glad they opened a Planet Fitness so close to my house.. now I go at least 3-4 times a week.. nice equipment and they keep it clean.. not too crowded most of the time.. 🏋🏽💪🏽

Well, now that it's open, I'm SO happy it is. It's really nice to work out with brand new equipment and lots of space. There's also a LOT of cleaning supplies which I greatly appreciate. There are small lockers with number locks outside of the locker rooms as well as bigger ones in the locker rooms, but you need to bring your own lock for those. I've never seen a machine that counts your reps and time on/off, so that was a really neat surprise!

Love this particular planet fitness. It is always clean and the workers are all very nice and welcoming. I rarely get gym anxiety going here and they have a wide array of equipment for a Planet Fitness!

I love this gym. It’s very clean and the staff are very attentive. The only con is the 7pm closure on Saturdays and Sundays, which does not always suite my schedule.

Good gym. IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP!! We went in person twice and canceled. Planet Fitness continued to bill us.

The process to get signed up was quick informative and fast. I was able to sign up then hit the gym in that order. The gym is never too full and the community there is there is all business. I asked tons of questions when I got to the gym and customer service was friendly and gave the impression there were no dumb questions now I knew I had asked a couple BUT they didn’t show it!

Staff is friendly, gym is clean with plenty of new equipment for a great workout for most members. During peak times, finding a bench and dumbbells can be a challenge. If members would put their phones down and stay off social media in between sets, it would help resolve said bench and dumbbell shortage. I’ve learned to be creative with the open equipment so getting in a workout in isn’t issue most days. Regarding cardio, I’ve never had an issue finding an open bike, treadmill, or an elliptical. For the $$ PF is a good value.

The difference in equipment there is amazing in comparison to other gyms I’ve visited. I like the different styles of the same type of machine being an option vs only one way to work one muscle or part of my body. Very friendly staff. Cleaner than a lot of the other gyms I’ve visited. I’ll most definitely recommend and also go the extra 10 miles out of my way to visit and work out here rather my home gym.

It is the best Planet Fitness I have ever been to. There are plenty of treadmills to accommodate everyone. All of the equipment is new and clean. The Black Card Spa is also awesome!

Love the new location. It’s spacious & clean. My only gripe is they have significantly fewer cleaning stations compared to other PFs. You have to walk super far to get to a spray bottle in some spots which seems poorly thought out. I don’t mind walking but it gets confusing when someone else hops on your machine before you clean it since you had to walk halfway across the gym.

This is a new planet Fitness to our area. The gym size is immaculate. There's plenty of room. Plenty of equipment in the month that I've been going here. I've not had to wait on one thing. People are not on their phones as much. The staff is really nice. The gym is very clean. Glad to call this my new home!!

This location hasn’t been open 2 years yet and they have already received this one star review. I had to quit my job which resulted in me dialing back on expenses for a moment. I went into the location to cancel my membership as advised and was sent the cancellation document via email, only to find out I was still being charged for months after my cancellation which resulted in fees from my bank. I called and spoke with the third party card processing company, they informed me my account was still active on their end. I then called the gym to confirm if I was still active after cancellation and Jessica (manager) informed me she saw my cancellation however it wasn’t relayed to billing 😡 she asked for some time to sort it out and give me a call back. I did receive a call back stating I would be refunded $30 of membership fee but that speaks nothing to the $87 of bank fees I received when I did my part. Moral of the story pay $10 and you’ll get a $10 experience

This is the largest Planet Fitness I've found. It's not too busy and the machines are always available. I will start going to this location instead.
