    Awful service. Waited in the drive thru line a little after 10 pm, many cars. When we got to the speaker we were waiting for service for nearly 10 mins. We could hear some unprofessional chatter at a low volume thru the speaker, someone finally came on and said they were closed? I guess someone made an "executive" decision to just suddenly close wasting the time of all the remaining waiting cars at like 10:14pm? The posted business hours shows 11pm? I'm sure the management won't care given the many low ratings here but if I was the owner I would certainly get my house in order. My family will certainly not be returning to that particular store.

    I eat one McRib a year and today was the day! I ordered thru the app on a Tuesday at noon. My food was prepared pretty quickly and I dined in the restaurant. The restaurant was clean, even the bathrooms. The food was fine/ok. I requested extra pickles on my McRib but it didn’t look to me like I got extra? I would have also liked more bbq sauce. It wasn’t terrible but it could have been a little better.

    First I need to say thank you to Michael who was working the drive thru. I didn't have my wallet and for some reason my phone would not allow me to make a Mobile payment. Michael went above and beyond and paid for my daughters lunch. Managers at the location you have a great employee in Michael! Please compensate him for helping me out! We're not close by or I'd be back to take care of him my self. Thanks Michael!

    i go here at least once a week because i work in the area. they haven't messed anything up for me but i'm writing this review because alan in the drive through (usually first window) is the kindest individual i've met. he always makes kind conversation and i look forward to speaking to him! he's helpful and kind and a great worker!

    Walked into this McDonald’s and placed our order. When we went to select a table ALL of them were dirty. I told one of the employees, who was standing doing nothing, that the tables needed to be cleaned off. She said what did you say. I repeated myself! She gave me a look and walked back to the kitchen to repeat it to another employee. They stared at me and did nothing. I am here 20 minutes later the tables still need to be cleaned. This is disgusting! It shows the type of employee that McDonald’s has.

    Given wrong drink in drive thru. Parked and went inside to get staff to make me a correct drink. They refused- said make it myself. They made the error so why not- but No ! Started screaming at me and threaten to call police. Which they should- on themselves. I have worked also for a quick serve restaurant ( they are not so quick), I would never respond to a customers request when it was restaurant fault. They have become bullies because there is no recourse anymore- who you gonna call to complain about staff or service.

    Worst experience ever. Ordered online.Never brought food out. When I went in to get it, half of order was incorrect and it was an easy order! No one apologized. No one cared. Don't do mobile orders if you can't staff for them

    Somehow lost a 25$ mobile order and gave no food or refund. Proceeded to lie about a refund through the app that never came.

    Terrible service. Grabbing something quick for my son. Was in a hurry so I went for FAST FOOD. No one was in the drive thru or in line. Worker at the pickup window asked me to pull over to one of the waiting spots for them to bring out our food. I said there is no one in line. Manager comes to the window and says it will take them a few minutes to complete my order and if I sit at the window it kills their service times. Sooo,.. your service is terrible but you pad your stats so the company doesn't fire you. We dont wait on bad service. We went down the street to chickfila where they completed our order quickly and honestly. And oh by the way, McDonald's still took my money for food I never received.

    Drive thru both times; Gave incorrect coffee. Charged for extra pie that was never ordered. When tried calling the phone number on the receipt, kept getting 'number not available' message. Stale McChicken that caused sickness. Terrible experience!

    I asked for a McFlurry with no crushed oreos. The person then said wouldn't want a sundae and when I said no she oh bigger size. I said yes and I'll still pay the regular price. I do this at every McDonald's.
