    DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have no idea how this building even has 3 starsā€¦ I would wager these are paid reviews or reviews left by the leasing office themselves. As an actually resident, I am posting my thoughts. While the units themselves are nicely updated, everything around them is terrible. The elevator is routinely broken, and never fixed in a timely manner. Their is constant filth in the parking garage, the stairwells, the hallways, and the common areas. Some of the trash makes it to the trash chute, but is never placed down to the trash collection area. Instead it stays in that room to make the entire floor smell and attract pests. I have never seen a maintenance technician or property employee clean or fix any issues. And if you have a maintenance issue in your unit, good luck getting someone to help you. When you submit a ticket, a chat box asking you to describe your issue is all you will get. And once you complain enough that someone needs to be there in person, they still wonā€™t fix the issue. This building is full of mold, dirt, and trash. And I canā€™t wait to leave. Consider yourself warned.

    If you want to know how a beautiful building has a 3.5 rating, look no further than their new management. My roommate and I had our security deposit withheld without explanation. We had our water bill go to collection, which was supposed to come out automatically, and yes, we were on autopay. I had an expensive shower head I could not remove, and I politely asked if maintenance could remove it for me and return it to me, well they never cared to follow up about that one either. We also saw a few roaches, likely due to our proximity to the trash chute, which, while convenient, does invite bugs. Avoid this mess and go across the street. There are a million options.

    Pros: Apartments have nicely updated interiors. Nice pool area and clubhouse. Rarely hear my surrounding neighbors while inside the apartments. Maintenance staff is very friendly. Cons: Maintenance requests are often marked as completed without the work being done. All 3 elevators are currently out of order, one of which has been out of order 4 times in the last 6 months. Fire alarm has gone off at least 4 times in the last 6 months, one time it went off twice around 1:30 am. Very poor communication with tenants. Sometimes we are not notified if an elevator or the Luxer packaging lockers are out of order, and we only received an email once after a fire alarm went off to explain why. If they do send out email notifications on issues, they say theyā€™ll send an update in a few days but never do. Avoid apartments close to the trash chutes, those hallway areas smell terrible. Apartments are extremely overpriced for the amount of issues tenants have to deal with. I will definitely not be renewing my lease here. There are much better, and truly ā€œluxury,ā€ options around SouthPark.

    Have lived here 3 years and now regret resigning until 11/2024. The apartment complex and quality of residents is decreasing the longer I stayā€¦ Constantly smells of weed and/or trash. I have a dog and hate to see my other neighbors donā€™t ever clean up after their pets. Elevators never work. Leasing office/property manager never communicate effectively with residents. If I could go back I wouldā€™ve moved this fall and not have resigned my lease. Plenty of other places in Charlotte and SouthPark area that are higher quality and less pay!

    Moving from out of state and decided to tour Allure Apartments. I toured many apartments in this visit but my tour and experience with Jasmine exceeded all the others. Jasmine was just phenomenal at her job, extremely professional and very helpful with information and suggestions for me to get to know the city and explore. Jasmine really solidified my move. The entire team, especially Perry, was very welcoming and informative. The application process was fast and easy. I received a response within 24 hours. The Allure team really made me feel comfortable with this stressful move and I couldnā€™t be more grateful!

    I really like the apartments and move in, only downside was that the elevator went out not too long into moving in. We also had a busted cabinet in our office space that will need to get fixed. Communication with staff and front office has been good so far with taking the necessary steps to help! Update: staff was quick to help us get everything fixed and set up, very happy with communication with everyone and the help that they provided!

    The apartments are clean and spacious with high ceilings and plenty of room for furniture. The exterior is neatly maintained. The pool is gorgeous. The outdoor grills are an added plus. Allureā€™s staff is friendly, professional and very accommodating.

    Iā€™m a new resident at Allure South Park and proud to offer my recommendation of leasing specialist Perry Davis to whom I met when I was looking for a new home. During my time with Perry I have experienced an individual who is very communicative and honest. In addition, Perry is exceptionally gifted at coming up with creative workarounds for working with tight deadlines. He has my highest recommendation and should be contacted if youā€™re looking for a new place to call home in South Park.
