Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I order a bacon Gouda that ended up having no bacon on it and my drink was made wrong and they refused to remake it.

I've never been a huge coffee drinker, but one of my teammates ordered a Caramel Frappuccino from Starbucks in Vegas for me. I ordered another one and it was so good. I'm hooked!

The worker who took our order rolled her eyes when i gave modifications for my drink and food. Then we got our order none of the specifications had been noted so we need our drinks and food remade (we have allergies). I felt terrible asking the other baristas to remake my drinks and food. I don’t know what the persons problem was, I was friendly and asked how she was doing- wasn’t in a rush and then she completely ignored any attempt at kindness. Which, whatever I get it but she intentionally left our order details out. That’s just not cool, just for the sake of your coworkers.

I mean the atmosphere was so bad, the way this girl was yelling at her coworkers I had to leave. Management has to step up and do something or get new workers. Horrible.

Lol ok this is now pretty funny . It all makes sense now reading these horrible reviews . The girl with the pink hair twist and pink eyebrows should consider getting another job she may like better . I walked up said good morning and smiled, said my order and she turns around and starts talking to someone else then says “what” I was sooo confused . I thought I was dreaming for a sec .Horrible attitude, horrible service I wanted to smack her and say get a grip. You’re working with customers sweetie put a smile on that stank face lol or at least pretend . Didn’t your mom teach you manners? I gave her attitude right back and dirty look and I’m so happy I did, it feels so good. It’s the girl with glasses and a blue hat . Let this be a lesson to you honey, learn and grow from this or else you’ll have a miserable life .

Came here a couple years ago and told them how my island has no starbucks and they felt so bad they gave me a free pastry

Worse experience I’ve ever had. 1. There wasn’t enough employees and the ones that was working look extremely tired and worn out 2. It took forever to get my drink and my muffin 45 mins or more 3. As I waited for my items I noticed a lot of bugs flying around all over the food and over the drink containers it was nasty.

The two team members working this morning at 5am were incredible. Zero to 60 as soon as they opened up! Thanks, ladies!
