Spent the night after our connecting flight was canceled. Great hotel! The shuttle picked us up from the airport and about a mile to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was great especially the manager/bartender. Definitely will stay again next time.

The hotel is new and I can still smell the fresh paint. Seriously though, it's nice, with modern stylistic approach and comfy beds. The staff was amazing and the bar is a convenient and needed addition to tje Springhill units. Location to airport and downtown combined with great rates make this a perfect choice for people passing through of for the family like mine who needed a great place to stay while visiting Charlotte. Breakfast bar was adequately stocked and they do have a laundry room on site. Parking is ample and no issues finding a spot. Overall, a great experience.

Absolutely horrific stay at this facility. We had important meetings the next morning and were woken up from 2-4am with yelling and music in the hallways. With no front desk operator support, we took our concerns to the Marriott customer service team where we were offered $18.20 worth of compensation for the inconvenience and then when I asked for a better settlement, Mary B (supervisor at customer service) inconsiderately retracted the small offer and said there was nothing they could do. The way this situation was handled was brimming fraudulent and not at all what I would expect as a business group wanting to rely on Marriott as a trusted travel partner. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!

The only good thing for me was how close to the airport it is. Still, it took 20 minutes for the shuttle from the time I called. Front desk is unfriendly and more interested in talking on their cellphone and if you get in late, don't plan on sleeping in, the maids play music loud enough to hear. The area in and around the hotel smelled like a sewage spill, especially when the ac turned on.

Great hotel!! We stayed here for a stopover following an international flight and it was perfect. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, the entire place was impeccably clean, the breakfast felt upscale and was delicious, spacious room, very comfortable bed and the airport shuttle was convenient. We will definitely choose this hotel for a future stay!

Good, clean and updated Marriott spring hills hotel. Rooms are modern when usb chargers everywhere, big screen TV with working HDMI connection. Tasty free breakfast options and ability to have breakfast outside.

Great rooms at this all Suite hotel. It's nearly brand new so everything is in good shape. Fitness center has top notch equipment, rooms have huge TV and nice Suite setup. Left too early for breakfast, but there's a nice breakfast room for the free food. Great location here, close to airport but feels away from the crowded city. No riff raff here like I've experienced at other CLT airport hotels.

The room was clean and very nice. The area was quite. Staff was professional and polite. they don't have a full breakfast it's more of a grab and go. Occasionally they may have waffles and muffins. They don't clean the rooms every day you have to request the day you want it cleaned it's every other day.
