The
WORST
experience
I've
ever
had
from
ANY
kind
of
store
in
my
LIFE.
Waited
95
minutes
for
my
pickup
order
that
was
"ready"
to
be
picked
up.
Kept
being
told
to
wait
and
that
someone
would
bring
it
right
out.
After
95
minutes
I
was
informwd
that
my
order
was
lost
and
that
I
would
have
to
pull
it
myself.
Went
into
the
store
to
speak
to
a
manager
and
there
were
none
to
be
found.
Store
Manager,
Adler,
if
you
see
this,
you
need
to
coach
your
team
on
how
to
be
more
proactive
and
handle
customer
service
issues
and
stop
trying
to
pass
the
buck
onto
other
people
that
they
know
won't
help.
Would
advise
against
shopping
at
this
location
unless
you
want
people
to
be
outwardly
RUDE
to
you
when
you're
simply
trying
to
pick
up
a
product
that
you've
ALREADY
PAID
FOR.
