Walmart prices keep consistently increasing, while services and quality are mediocre at best; as a whole. Now, this location and the other green Walmart nearby are basically food deserts. Produces almost always rotten or plainly unavailable. Shelves are not well-stocked with the product. Tremendously understaffed and most of the staff present are unable/unwilling to assist with vital items (hygiene products and etc) locked up.With that being said, I must I'm noticing patterns within diversified neighborhoods. DO BETTER! Other neighborhoods within are more prominent dynamic are substantially different.

I needed something from the cosmetic area which has their own cashier. The cashier was busy ringing up things that are not from the beauty section. I asked the second coworker for help to unlock the lock for my item. She acted like I asked her to climb a ladder to get something I want to spend my money on. This rude employee was just as rude to the next customers that needed something that was locked away. Needless to say, this took much much longer than necessary because the cashier was ringing up groceries for people and having to wait for my item to be unlocked. I will be going to Walgreens next time.

Too crowded. Everyone is slow. Can't get help anywhere with anything. Waited for 15 minutes in a self-serve line just to discover it was "Card Only" where I was paying in cash. Nothing marked the line. No signs. Nothing. And the employees were NO HELP. I had to go to another line and wait another 15 minutes. Drive farther down the road if you can.

Amazing store Can’t believe the product range - just about every product you can think of is available. The store is clean and the check out is quick

The WORST experience I've ever had from ANY kind of store in my LIFE. Waited 95 minutes for my pickup order that was "ready" to be picked up. Kept being told to wait and that someone would bring it right out. After 95 minutes I was informwd that my order was lost and that I would have to pull it myself. Went into the store to speak to a manager and there were none to be found. Store Manager, Adler, if you see this, you need to coach your team on how to be more proactive and handle customer service issues and stop trying to pass the buck onto other people that they know won't help. Would advise against shopping at this location unless you want people to be outwardly RUDE to you when you're simply trying to pick up a product that you've ALREADY PAID FOR.

They need a better way of doing their curbside pickup for phoned in orders. They are disorganized and understaffed. The designated pickup zone is crowded with vehicles, and it's been 45 minutes since I got here, and they've only brought out two orders. Never again!!!

I tried to refrain from placing a negative about this Walmart but it's been nearly a year of the same issue. I have tried countless times to pick up my groceries from this Walmart and you can 10/10 expect extremely long wait time (hour plus not exaggerating either) on top of rude associates. I'm not sure if they are understaffed but I refuse to keep trying. The management has to recognize this as an issue. I know they're losing money from this poor structure. PLEASE HEAR MY PLEA. This is ridiculous. Nearly a year and I have yet to get an on-time pick up. 2 months from a year, numerous attempts. I cannot express how much this needs to be addressed.

The slowest pick up I’ve ever been to. I waited an hour half to pick up an order for delivery. With the time it takes you might as well go shopping inside yourself. The meat aisles smelled spoiled and the shelves were empty. It’s always packed so this store never has what I need, the lines stay long, Walmart no longer allows you to pay using Apple wallet, it takes forever for an employee to come help open cabinets for certain items because only certain employees have the phone keys for those particular cabinets, and they close an hour earlier than the store actually says. I’m done with Walmart all together. I’m heading to target from now on.

I found everything I was looking for. The store was clean and didn't have to wait long during checkout. There were safety and security measures in place. The employees were helpful and respectful. It was a wonderful experience.

Website says the store opens at 6am. Got there at 6:45am (in the rain) and all of the parking spots near the grocery were completely filled. I run up to the ‘locked’ doors to have an employee come out and say they don’t open until 7. Which means all of the employees have taken the front parking spots so those will be filled all day so customers have to park further away in the rain. 1- update your website with correct hours 2-have employees park in the back of the lot so paying customers can actually park near the store.
